One of the top builders in Kochi. Very Professional, Reasonably priced and yet will not compromise in the quality of raw materials. They have a very good Customer Service team who is very responsive and dedicated. Special mention about Ms.Jessy andMr. Kishore who always make sure that customers are updated about their respective projects.

Fraudulent Builder. He will delay transforming the township to owners and then construct things according to his money minded wills. Eg: promise a swimming pool and construct an extra villa, promise a supermarket and construct a bar etc. Many cases owner wont transfer Corpus fund which is illegal.

The quality of the flats are good and spacious. I’m giving 2 stars only for that fact. But after sale support from the team is very poor and deliberately pathetic. They want to get more and more money out of the customers. The management is a bunch of liars. They promise so many things, but for delivery we have to pressure them for years. Attitude is one of the big problems with the employees in management. If you are planning to buy flat, enquire with the current owners and the status of resident association. If a resident association is formed, you can buy the flat and it’s worth checking it. If it’s still managed by Olive management, I would suggest to look some other place.

A very bad experience after buying their apartment at Olive courtyard. Their after sales service is poor. Do a thorough study if what you are going to buy. They have a fantastic marketing team that ensures the hiddent problems are not shown out. They promised a lot but delivered little. We are struggling as an association to talk to the reps at their office with no avail.They promised a supermarket at the frony for the which the common areas would be part of the association, but they went and built a hotel and haent yet handed over the common possession.STP is build only for 1000 pax and there are more than 2500pax the whole complex. They are dumping the sewage in the nearby stream without any proper permission. It has been a really bad experience so far.
