I bought my insta one r one inch from vtraders, camera have many problems battery heat up and camera hanging issues. I bought this camera for my all India trip after complete my trip I give camera for service. I hope they give me good service after sale. Complete review will update after this. Till now everything good.

The store is not good to purchase small accessories as the staff do not even try to find out the article which we want to buy. Also the staff should be more professional in their approach towards the customers. What I felt is that, each of the time, when a customer enters to the shop, they expect that he is going to buy a new camera. If it is not, their approach will be different. If you are looking for tiny accessories, what I suggest is online stores or any other shops. Most of the people cant buy a camera every time, of courses there may be somebody!

The shop has every utility and best cameras but the price is bit high i think comparing to other shop. Wireless receiver, transmitter, camera,gopro,insta360 they have all equipments.

[Review is outdated]Referred this shop to someone based on a former experience. After-sales was disappointing. It is understandable that quality varies with price. A tripod by a brand suggested by the shop was damaged in just a day only because the quality was mediocre. Whilst the original plan was on buying a reputed brand with acceptable quality within the same budget beforehand, things changed during the visit. No replacement or service was provided either.In any case, the shop has a decent collection of products and equipments. All sales are on the ground floor, as first floor is now closed, possibly a corona prevention protocol.PS: couple or more landphones mentioned in bills and other contacts, but only the mobile numbers work, it was told 😒

Good collection and timely delivery of promised items. Helping staff and management. Only negative I felt is the parking. Limited for single Car as the rest of the space is occupied by staffs vehicles. Cant blame them for this, since it is located at the heart of the city. Near to the showroom(500m radius) many pay and park slots are there, you can opt for that if you are unlucky enough to miss the single slot at Vtraders( which happened for me only once in my 4 visits). Keep up the good work team. Cheers!

Horrible customer service. Bought gimbel from here and the product was having some issues from day one. Asked them to replace the product but they were not willing. An executive called Alvin, tried to cheat by giving the same defective product by saying that its new replaced gimbel. Will never return and will never recommend this place.

One of the most trusted company for me is V-Trades. The availability products, Lower price, offers, and accuracy of the service should be highlighted. Also, what impressed me most was the manner in which the employees at this company were treated. It is my hope that V-Traders will be able to provide the same level of service at all times.

Doesnt even deserve a star rating for their lack of professionalism in dealing with the customers. My experience: Visited the shop to get Canon M50 with instant payment but alas it was not available that day and Mr. Alwin tried to sell me canon 200 mark D II. As I was not interested in the same he promised me to deliver it the on Monday or Tuesday for sure for Rs.48K.At this time amazon price was 54K. For a bargain I contacted Nimmys camera shop and the store owner confirmed one last stock with him for a sale value of Rs.49.5K. I badly wanted to camera same day but only because of our Gentleman Alwins promise I rejected the offer and waited. Called him on monday but he didnt answer my call.. called again and he said he would call me back in 2 mins. no response for an hour and finally I made a last attempt and he replied he had contacted their other office and would call my back by 5pm evening for sure. I waited .. waited and waited.. and Finally I lost my nerve and bought the camera from Pioneer Cameras Vytilla. Mr. Reji really helped me with the brief description about the use since I was a beginner and never tried to load on me any extra accessories for the camera. It was really a pleasant experience there.My Advice: Please dont trust or wait if you are planning to get a camera from V Traders. Their service is pathetic. (Now even after 2 weeks I still didnt receive a call from MR. ALWIN). Buy from wherever you want butV traders? Think twice.

I am writing about yet another very dissatisfying experience with VTraders..I recently bought a Fujifilm XT3 on request of the respected Owner of the VTraders who at least had the manners to call amd apolozise about the mistreatment done to me..but same as my previous experience with the GO PRo this product also didnt work.I chain of yet another annoying and unprofessionalattitude of the customer care executives is yet seen..I dont believe that a reputed shop like VTraders have a useless and unprofessional staff.I trusted them but It is very appaling to see the employees ofsuch reputed company as VTraders behave with their customers.I was both shocked and disappointed to have been misbehaved and disrespected by their customer care executives.When I called to complain about the complain their response was rude and Instead of helping their attitude towards thier customer is mocking and rude.They have a we dont careattitude towards their customers complaints .It seems they are least bothered about the customers satisfaction leave alone that the respect for the customer is till u pay the price.And once the product is bought and if there is any complaint it seems to be the customers headache to get it replaced from the company because u ha e yo fight with the company to get your product replaced.And if by your good luck u get the product replaced u should not be surprised and shocked to find out that its a product from the old stock.Its really disheartening and broke my trust once again being they proved that mocking and illteatment is a part of their customer service and one should never ever get misguided and disrespected by believing to buy another product fromV Traders.

I am a film maker and animator by profession. I wanted to invest in a couple of lenses and some other gear and decided to check out V Traders.I have to say, that I had the most horrible experience at this store. Their customer service is deplorable.In this day and age when customers have a million online and offline options to purchase camera, lenses and associated accessories, I would think that it is crucial that these stores ensure, at the bare minimum decent customer handling.The staff at V Traders did not only seem uninterested but were pretty rude.I could only assume that,me in my shorts and t-shirt did not seem like some one with deep pockets.Whatever the reason, I will not recommend this store to anyone.N.B: I took my business to Nimmys Camera Centre, Ponnurunni. Though I am in no way associated to this store, i have to mention their good customer service here.

Did make call for 4 times at the third time he was telling there is no stock and will call and let me know. The next day I called and he said go buy from online.. what a response.. is he up for selling or interested in loosing it?

A good place for buying camera and other photo equipments. The store has a wide array of all professional cameras from Nikon, Canon etc. All kinds of accessories, including lenses, filters, tripods, lighting systems are available. They also sell GoPros and equivalent video recorders.The staff is very supportive too.The store is on a narrow road and parking will be a problem during busy hours.
