Ours is a old house nearly150 years old. We recently got it renovated by Viya Construction.we really appreciate the workmanship and the precision with which they completed the work. Only few workers will do the redoxide flooring .seperate maison was arranged and the flooring was perfect. The team always responded positively to the time to time changes in our plans. Overall we are completely satisfied by the team work....

I have a G+2 structure in Kochi which was built by another party. However, they could not complete the work and I wasnt able to get the completion certificate from Government authorities. I am in the US and the work had stalled and my building has become a hub for antisocial activities.It was at that time one of my friends suggested Viya to me. I wasnt sure if they would take up the work which was partially done by another party. Anyways I contacted them for getting me out of this very difficult situation.They were very helpful and took up the responsibility of getting the completion certificate. They helped clear the mess around village/municipality documentation, finished all the pending work and got completion certificate from the Government.Once the building was handed over to us, my next issue was to find tenants. Sitting in the US, it was very difficult for me to handle the inquiries and finalize on a tenant. Viya team helped me there also. They got me a tenant, got the agreements done and helped the tenants move in to a clean house.A special mention to their Operations Head, Arjun, who was my point of contact at Viya through out construction. I have been working very closely with Arjun for the last couple of years. He has helped to resolve many problems related to this building and supported very well in periodic maintenance of the building. He went above and beyond to suggest many ideas and proactively addressed many concerns.Three cheers to Viya!!!

Construction wise they are good but they are unable to establish corporation water line connection even after 15 months of house handover.They need to improve the coordination with municipality authorities.
