No body picks up calls after the Initial Sale. Non existent after sales service. All the good ratings are rigged with the help of the owners friends and relatives. never picks up the calls. Bills are never given

I have not still got my receipt post money paid. these guys charged me a bomb on pretext of 1 year service and 2 year replacement warranty. and when asked for receipt, there is no response at all from their side. Pls avoid these fake service promises. you can buy the same camera from amazon at half the price and get a local electrician to do the same work at a marginal rate. because of lack of receipt we can also not claim warranty from ezviz. rubbish dealers

No proper office setup,but staff sincere. no Demo kit to be shown to customer before installation,no proper bill and warrentyCabling is v costly

Fraud company , didnt give gst bill though they collected the amount , now unable to claim service or warranty on product, pathetic service , they only install , no after sales service , my installation was incomplete , 2 ip cameras not commissioned even after paying full amount , totally incompetent , only gives reasons for not coming , he never responds to calls or mails ,Google reviews are fake, please avoid these worth less fit for nothing bunch of people, not worth a penny of your money and time
