Horrible experience. Lost 14k. I went to them to solve laptop not starting. After 4-5 days of wait they called me up saying its dead. Since it was my first personal laptop n din want to leave it like that. So I asked them to put new board which is better than my previous board spec. I also paid advance. After almost 2 weeks I was informed that laptop has arrived ( they dont repair laptop in this shop they collect and send it over to another center). While I checked I came to know that processor was i3 not meet my requirements and spec was much lower than my previous board. I was disappointed and was reluctant to take it back. Later on I was called upon by repair center and promised me it will do all my requirements and they had in installed latest i3 board. So hoping it would be fine I went and collected. Once I reached home after checking further I came to know multiple keyword buttons would not work not even enter button was working. I called them up they were asking me additional amount to solve it. My keypad was working absolutely fine before I game them.later on many found many support software were outdated (obviously pirated os after they put new board but even that not done properly I get error and pop msgs while using). I was terribly disappointed. I never turned on my laptop. Got myself a new one. I remembered this now after nearly 2 yrs bcz I saw their shop today. Big cheaters. They wouldnt communicate properly. Only keep giving reassurance.Plz dont go here.

Bad experience
