Useless and stupid staff. No timely response and communication

Extremely satisfied with their speed in finishing a work. Most units demand one or two days for organizing a promo equipment as per requirement, but Signtek could do it with one or two hours. They really have a good back up I think.

I was hesitant to visit Signtek after reading some harsh negative comments among the reviews. I still took a shot where Im pleased to say that the staff and management there proved to me that those negative comments are false. I demanded high quality which they called LDP and once I got it delivered, I ran my finger through the matter and print which was surprisingly embossed a little and I loved that kind of depth they used for printing. Thank you Mr. Vinod for the print and also for the coffee. We will work together again.

Post press solutions require strong supervising and quality control over staffs and Deliverable.the outcome of my assignment was not satisfactory.room for improvement and lot to advance.

Dont get deceived by the shop size, there are far better small shops around there with better quality prints. Worst customer service ever Ive experienced. They gave me worst quality prints which got faded within hours.

Customers are treated as if they are some beggars asking for free food, very arrogant and they get angry if you ask them doubts about other options or finishes. Not just signtek this kind of behavior i have seen from lot of old shops like Valavi etc They smile if they see their old friends or some old associate otherwise they have this- why did u come to spoil my peaceful sleep attitude

Do you expect a customer to keep a product that too damaged for more than 9 months? or Do you expect him to carry the whole package from Dubai? Its funny to see your lame reasons for covering your firms mistake. FYI am least interested in your refund. If I was keen on getting refund for the inferior quality work you did, I would have got it when I visited to show you the damaged cards and I know how to get it. I just considered it as another charity after hearing your fathers implausible reasons. Do you think I will waste my productive time writing review about your firm hoping you will refund after seeing this? Sorry dude !!This platform is for sharing our experiences and letting other users know about these unethical firms and to take precautions while dealing with such crooked persons.Hi Amal,it was 1000 cards which I printed and as you said i came back and showed 15-20 cards which I had with me at that time. Am I insane to carry all the 1000 cards from Dubai just for a refund? . BTW your father never agreed for refund if I bring back the remaining cards. In fact I did not even ask for any refund and I told him whether he would like to see the whole cards. So do not put your plain lies here and mislead people. I just wanted to let him know the quality of his work thats the reason I came back to ur office.. However It would have been nice if he has accepted his mistake and as part of basic courtesy offered a refund. Instead he just gave a foul smile as if it was somebody elses mistake. BTW who cares whether he is a millionaire or multi millionaire. Is that an excuse to loot customer? Is that mean he cant be criticized? Funny Lol!!You have every right to defend your father ( I assume) but do not try to mislead users with wrong information. You do not have any clue about the issue and just because I wrote about my bad experience with your firm you came back and offered refund which ideally your boss should have offered in first place itself. If you were so concern about your firms reputation you should have inculcated ethics in your business rather than crying foul now.- Saw one response from Mr Amal, representing SignTek who tries to advertise his firm rather than addressing the issues mentioned by users. If you were concerned about your company then u shud have ideally genuinely taken a step to resolve issues faced by us. In my case even after submitting damaged prints your owner was least interested to address the issue. Instead your unethical owner gave a foul smile and never bothered to take the responsibility. His lame reasons were stereotypes from a crooked businessman. Your bragging are only good enough for ads and looks like you accidentally got into Google review instead of Google ads.
