What I liked about this mall is, its best place for getting branded cloths. All the brands are there in Central. So much of clothing lines. One thing bad about the mall is navigation. Rest is fine.

In central square mall total 6 floors are there. If you enter the mall from the main entry go straight to the end then you can see the centrals own shop. tota three floors are there ecclusively for central. In the ground floor Ladies items like chudidars, Tops, fashion wears, bags, chappals and makeup inside are available. 1st floor you can select gentswears like shirts pants tees coats shoes etc 2nd floors household Items like home decors beds sheets carpets are available. Escalators are provided for easy movement of customer

Good place to visit. Dresses are good and there will be cheap price for dresses. Dont go to ice cream centre Baskin Robbin that icecreams are waste of money.

Amazing shopping place with very cooperating staff. Plzzz use the sbi debit and credit card. Enough of discount available on those cards.

The place looks empty due to Covid. Most of the shops are partially closed. Old stocks kept in Central store for Divali shopping. However we can see crowd in some shops in the Mall which is a good sign. Looking forward for a vibrant crowd.

Not too big, not too small. Its the perfect shopping destination in the heart of the city. Its location on the MG Road, once-busiest shopping spot in Kochi, is more accessible now with the launch of Kochi Metro. Almost all branded shops are inside the mall. Food court, Big Bazaar, Fashion Bazaar and Mirror Magic (beauty salon by Jomon) make it an ideal shopping arena that offers a complete experience of fun and treat. The absence of multiplex is a big negative for this mall.

There is a really good collection of cloth for all kinds of people. A wide array of brands are available to choose from. Spread through three floors, one of the biggest fashion centers in Kochi.

Good stores for clothing. Presence of supermarket. Good parking facilities. Satisfying food courts. Book and gift stores available. Located in the city which enables easy traveling.

Was ok.. I had good experiences shopping here earlier, however today was really bad.. Customer service was poor.. Not enough staff to help out.. Billing was very bad and slow.. Maybe I just bought 1 dress and they might have thought that need not give service to this fellow.. I think the entire place is getting ready for Christmas.. Not sure.. Everything felt out of place.. Will go again at Christmas time and see..

This is located at Mg Road. 3rd floor Central square. A place were you can find good collection of fashion, shirts, pants and many accessaries. My main purchase of fashions are from Central stores. Affordable price with good quality. Good staffing, easy shopping.

Normally there will be offers and the quality of products are also good. The staff is very much cooperative and gives good recommendation to customers. A good collection of items but have to say that the sales staff is poor. They lack the skills and the will to do the job and sometimes seem like they are doing us a favour when we ask them for something. Compared to place like seemati, this place is miles apart. As seemati is much better in customer service while having much better items on display.

Best mall. So many shops. Central is excellent for purchasing dress for all. Big bazzar is a good super market with all items

They fool people with their advertising and messages. On ground the sale is a farce. Had 2 different bills billed about fifteen apart and were eligible for the offer of discount and cash back but the manager refused to honour it inspite of myself being a member of Central. Waste of time.

I just love this place. Variety of brands and awesome collections of clothings... Only one suggestion that they may include more resting seats in each floor.

Still one of my mat recommended places for clothing when compared to lifestyle and such fashion stores. They have good collections and offers too. 1 star less since the malls food court has become a nightmare with Cinepolis getting shut down.

No proper collection. Difficult to sort and get things out. Most items extremely priced. Ladies trial room is so much crowded place. Only 3 rooms available. So much rush there and youve to wait hours for your spouse to try something and come out.

Good ambiance and centrally located.However PL be cautious when buying garments on discounts.They offer discounts in installments forcing you to make six to eight visits( offered once a month only ) if you wish to cash in on your discounts.Watch out for highly priced garments .They could be cheaper elsewhere.

A good space to spent around. I often visit this mall. Though not very big mall. But has everything. Has the stores of good brands like vero moda, reebok, skechers, roush, apple store.And the Central store inside has mostly all the brand items.Big bazar is also there inside. Has many things happening.Earlier theatre was there,but now its not open. Has good parking area.

Its a final destination those looking latest trendy mens wear. Two floors are full of mens wear with one floor reserved for casuals n the other for formals. It offers good promos n discounts n they notify us each n every time whe there is any offer running in the store. The staffs are courteous and provides cosy ambience. You can use the car parking available in the basement which can accomodate more than 500 cars

Plz make sure that your staffs are working properly ...i am not satisfied with staff... so many are there for the help...but they are not corporate with customers...if we are asking anything they wl say.... is ther ...u can see on that side...for that purpose..we dont need any staff over there.

Ok mall...Small sized...Wonder who designed it as the corridor to rest rooms can only have one way traffic due to narrow passage. Such designs exist in shopping malls.

This Central is located in prime shopping area of KochiMG road is already popular for some of the biggest fashion stores in the state. However, Central stands apart..Waiting for lift can be a pain the wrong place.. besides that.. I love the shopping experience..

Nice lively mall in the heart of the city. But they switched off the lights at 9.20 pm which most of the customers disliked. If the timings r till 9.30pm, it should be adhered to. Try to avoid shopping at this place after 8.30pm
