The team checked all all the power supply points in a short span of time and ensured that the issue identified and corrected quickly. They also rectified a water logging issue, even though it was informed in a short hour. The team explained us the issue and also told us how to operate the mains before they left. What should I say ? I have always thought annual maintenance contracts and such things were a waste, until my friend, Mr Shijith, recommended Vinod, Tech Solutions to me. I signed a annual contract for maintenance and cleaning and though that the cost would be justified by the cleaning service, thus, lets take a chance. The cleaning service ( not the first time that I am getting it done - I have used other service providers before ) itself was superb, spic and span. My swimming pool, which hasnt been used for years, was made spic and span. This surprised me and I was really happy about that. The icing on the cake was when I was out for a small vacation with my family and my maid was doing the routine cleaning at home. A kitchen pipe broke and there was not a way that it could be stopped. Getting a plumber is a nightmare, and on an emergency , it is impossible. I immediately called Vinod, who in no time, sent his executive and the issue was sorted immediately.
