They have selections and there cost for the cards is also proper but the printing cost is higher comparing to there competition..There cost for printing was 8rs per card that was double compare to there competitors... I brought cards from there and my printing was done by a small shop in palluruthy..

If you place an order there will be many mistakes in card we need to check really carefully. The service is very bad.

Not only the sales person but also the fat guy sitting in counter also behaviours like if you need buy orels go to hellReally bad and they shows it has been working for 100s of year but the behaviour has not changed its still like the shop keeper is land lord.If you have any choise for better place its better. The printing charge for redemade cards are also high nearly double that of others charge , there is a lot of other places in Ernakulam from where you can get the cards printed for you at half price of what valavi cards do. If you have no other choice get the redemade cards and take it to other place to get it printed.If you prefer custom made cards you should be a person who can spend lot of time on it , because they will not make the card as we want . We need to make a lot of corrections. And they use to make many mistake plese check the sample printed card carefully or els money lose will be the result.After paying the advance amount for your order if you try to reach your sales man atleast you need to call more than 3 times then only they will attend the phone. Even if they attend the phone they wont listen to us they will be talking to other stats and laughing . Really it shows the heretage of their experience and customer service. I paid more than 40% of the total amount of my order or els I wont ever go back to that creepy place .So if you pay the least amount you wont go back you wont care about the money lose. You will definitely cancel the order.

Worst experience. Everyone suddenly becomes so arrogant after you give them the order. No one cares to rectify your problems, even the people at the cash and that manager or owner that guy that sits at the back. They are like buy if u want it. We have other bigger things to take care of. This is the experience even after buying a costly card from them. Never ever going back to them. Lots of card shops are there in ekm with better prices. Here only those budget cards are cheap. All else is expensive

They have kept a parking board in marine drive. But when parked my car there, an attender came and made me pay money. He said i dont know why they kept their board there. This is our parking.When i visited Valavi showroom they said theyve kept the board as an advertisement only. But its clearly written that Valavis parking.If we wanted to park in a pay n park, we could park anywhere. Why should. Valavis customers fight with an anttender because of Valavis fault?

Valavi did a great job of designing and printing our wedding card based on the specifications we gave them. It was impossible for us to go visit them since we live outside India but they were very co-operative and used to email us a sample design of the card every time we requested an edit till we got to the final design. I would definitely recommend them but if you want a personalized card, it might be best to go visit them in person.
