After a long time different varieties of dishes we experienced different types of tastes. All food were average but its a must try spot atleast one time. Liked the ambience.

Came here for the for time. Tried Buzai beef and chicken lollipop. Loved both of them. There are a lot of varities to try here. I am definitely coming here again very soon.

Glad that I visited this place on a weekend. Starting from outside, I love corner restaurants. And open air seatings. Salt have both. Ambiance was really good, greenery music everything.And the food was soo good. Never had something similar in that reasonable rate from Kerala. Had similar experiences from Bangalore but not from Kerala.We ordered Chicken Red Honey Dry, English Biriyani and Buzai Beef.All of em was yumm. 👌🏼People who serving, and I guess the owner, everyone’s behaviour was also welcoming.Worth for the money.

They have got a different menu with lots of fusion food. We tried almost all the special menu items and they all were really good. The chineese chicken biriyani and khaf chicken was really good. I would totally recommend this place its a different experience. The food quality and quantity excellent.

Nothing serious happened bt it was something avoidable from there part. ALL DISHES ARE LUCIOUS & VERY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER RESTAURANTS. MORE THAN MY WORDS WHILE GOING THROUGH KOCHI TRY ONCE THIS RESTAURANT, WORTH SPENDING MONEY OVER DISHES THERE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I FOUND HERE IS AVAILABILITY TO DINE IN WITH FAMILY WHENEVER GONE THERE ITS FULLY FILLED, LUCKILY GOT SEATS, & MAKING TIME OF FOOD ALSO BIT SLOWER, IF IT MAKE BIT FASTER IT WOULD BE GREAT. The food was good. The service was also good... All the staffs are friendly. Little delay for serving the food.The chicken pieces were less meaty but it was delicious though...

The Salt panampilly nagar stands out as best compared to the one in Thoppumpady. Food was really tastey in Panampilly Nagar. We ordered the same soup , Hot and sour Chicken Soup, but The Salt at Panampilly Nagar provided the best. English Biryani which can be considered as a full meal, it comes with French fries, boiled veggies, sauce is a must try dish.

They have a much varities of dishes with good quality and good taste and better food service, and a good ambience in the restaurant .

Salt provides you very best class food in city with varities of food but they are not customer friendly, the food is good but the person in charge of this hotel is extremely bad. Only come here if you are looking only tasty foods. ( And one more thing you will get omlett with every dishes)

This place is a literal gem in Ernakulam. There are so many variety foods which taste extremely good and the quantity is remarkable. The affordable rates is the cherry on top. The ambience is top notch. Dine in is available. The open rooftop dining is a great dining experience.Onto the food. They have a bunch of unique biriyanis.The english biriyani is for people who like subtle tastes. The saroh mandhi has a very flavourful rice with a big portion of alfaham. The chineese biriyani was average but the chicken lollipop in it was very good. The Khaf is a must try item. Overall very satisfied and impressed with the food.The staff was very friendly and was attentive. When we arrived the handwash was blocked. They fixed as soon as I informed it.Overall very happy with this restaurant.

Chinese Biriyani is just ok. I think Shezwan sauce in the rice is little low. The quantity is good for a person. The prices are little high for the specials. + GST and packing charges extra.

Its a nice dinning space with the perfect ambiance. You can get both Arabic and Indian foods. Rates are moderate and it is okay for the ambient. They have dinning space for upstairs also.

Just Aced ItThese guys have made it tight for other multi-cuisine restaurants in Kochi.And these people have improvised it in an another level with their food.Be it the dishes offered, the plating, the taste and so on. They have made sure that everything is perfect.e ven the dishes and the names make a curiosity in tasting it.The English Biriyani is among the favourites along with Family Kebab and the Sizzlers.Dining space is ample.Parking spaces are available for two wheelers and cars have to park near the water body.They have an open space which was not open when we visited.Had recommended to cousins and other relatives and they all loved Salt.

Its a new take on our already known foods... The presentation is so cheerful and happy. I went with my kids, high chairs are available. Good food. Different varieties of mandis and other food items available. Most of the items are made fresh so it will take time to serve food. So if you are in a rush i will not suggest. If you are with your friends and family to hangout and have good food this is the best place for you.

This was my third time visiting the panampilly nagar Salt Restaurant and the experience was not so satisfying! The food I ordered was English and Chinese Biriyani’s . To be honest the rice inside was fried rice instead of biriyani rice and I still ponder why they have given this name to this item . The chicken lollipops in Chinese biriyani was just okay . Both the fried rice lacked flavours! The steak in English Biriyani was not properly cooked , it was like rubber tbh ! Keeping this aside the ambience of their restaurant and presentation of their food items is excellent ! Staffs too are groomed well !When looking at the price of these items they could’ve offered much more to customers!

If you are looking for fusion foods lioe chinees byriyani or English Biryani do visit this place. They have a lot of fusion dishes. Tried English biryani and chicken kaaf. Taste different but must try!

To start with, this is one of the best food joints i have tried recently.We tried, hot and sour soup, sweet corn chicken soup, chicken lollipop, dynamite shrimps, crispy chicken khaf, crispy prawns khaf, iranian alfaham, buzai beef, lichi mojito, watemelon juice and orange juiceHot and sour soup was so good. Was little spicy but for me it was just perfect.Chicken lollipop was really yummy that we ended up ordering again.Khaf was star of the show. Both prawns and chicken versions were equally good.Buzai Beef was also great. Especially the steak was perfectly cooked and tender.The service was on point and the ambience is good too...Doesnt have a lot of parking space but can manage by parking by the road nearby.Now to the pricing, we were expecting the bill to be heavy on pocket, but to my surprise, that wasnt the case.Will definitely visit again to try rest of their menu...

After a wait of more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, got the wrong dish that isnt ordered. The Vegetarian options are literally nil, and whatever I could try from an entire menu turned out to be veg. Chopsuey. Apparently the dish that they got us after an hour and half was unfortunately chicken chopsuey that too a bland flavor less one. I would not mind trying again but still I am a vegetarian and there isnt much out there thats signature for us lot hence no. The only vegetarian there is, will be the curries which I would not probably have from the restaurant.. but might from another north indian restaurant...

One of the best restaurants in Panampilly Nagar i would say. The food served here is very tasty and delicious. Arabian dishes are the signatures ones. Car parking facility available. A lot of varieties are waiting for you here. A must visit restaurant in Panampilly Nagar area.

Food is not that good. The shrimps were covered with flour only and it was only tasting as maida that too little raw.Rice was good. Never go for chicken steak it is looks so dull and dead.

Not everything out there is very tasty but there are some must try menu like family kabab, beef buzai, honey red chicken, chicken lolipop, Mandi etc.Chinese biriyani wasnt that tasty though. Every time I went there the place is crowded but still service is very good.Overall its a nice place to chill out with family and frnds.

Tried Saro mandhi, Khaf and couple kabab. I like the couple kabab very much, and Khaf somewhat. However I didnt like the Saro mandhi.Ambiance is okay, and this place is not too much crowded when I visit there.

Visited there as per one of my friend’s suggestion for Manthi. Kuzhimanthi is not available on that time and bought the Alfaham Manthi as take away. Packing was very bad and the parcel is already in leaked condition before receiving. It is the worst Manthi , ever eat. First time it seen Manthi without mayonnaise.

We had visited this restaurant a bit late so Mandi was not available so we ordered porotta, biriyani, butter chicken, beef roast, chicken lollipop and Irani Alfahm. The porotta and the chicken lollipop wasvery crispy and tasty but their biriyani was not at all flavourful and edged more towards a Mandi rather than Biriyani. The butter chicken was good but a bit too sweet and the beef roast was also average. The Alfahm pieces were mostly bone with very little flesh and the mayonnaise given with it was tasting almost like water with no flavour at all. Overall the food was not at all worth the money we paid.

Visited the restaurant after watching a YouTube vlog, with high expectations.Had a good experience, not upto the high expectation.Pros:1.awesome ambience at the top floor.2. A menu which is new and different from others3.location is easy to access4. Khaf and a similar dish tasted great.5. Fried ice cream is superb. The thick outer crust and cold ice cream combo felt good.6.The presentation of food is a treat to our eyes.7. Finally pricing is at a sweet spot, for 4 people 1500rs.Cons:1.we tried hot and sour soup which was a lot hot and less sour.(4 people had same opinion)2.corn soup was high on salt.3.Their special mandhi, not that special.4. Mint mojito, a liquid sugar candy.5. The boiled vegetables served together with main dish felt cold and bland6.The side dippings too wAere bland.

Gd ambience and gd food and gd service.Bt the Broasted mandhi is not recommended by me .Broasted Chicken alone is good ,bt it is not a perfect combination with the mandhi rice.

The ambience of the resturant is good they have some private corners to seat and hand with friends and family easy to 6-8 people can fit in what found good but the things which were not good or maybe not so good was the food was below average specially vegetarian food.But the drinks were quite good pink lady is there special drink must try but I found kiwi mojito more tasty than pink lady so if you are loking for some good private place to sit and hang with your friends you can go there but if you are looking for very good food then I dont suggest but however you can give it a try. Advice for restaurant is please add more vegetarian options in menu and focus on the preparation as well as taste. Will I go here agin maybe.

Had the famous kuzhimandi ( chicken) today from The Salt. Honestly speaking the rice was fine. But the chicken could be a bit more juicy. Bit it was perfectly smoked.Had fried icecream too. It was the best today.And from deep heart... EXCELLENT SERVICE..!!!

Horrible place. Speciality is how much they make you wait for food. Even soup takes an hour and it happened to me. Dont ever plan to go with a hungry kid as they will starve to death and staff will enjoy that moment as a maniac.Super unprofessional staff either they dont know abcd of hotel management or they never received their salary for last few months.Also to mention their super menu, but none serviceable only thing they selling is manthi.And dont plan to come in a car as the staff will make you park it in the road under a no parking sign board. Because they have reserved parking for their likes?Compared to the waiting time, cost of food, staff behaviour, no parking space, the hotel is nightmare for people value time.. food is okay but not that super either considering other inconveniences. If you can spare 6 hours at a dine in and you dont have a home to return then you go here.

Staffs give quality service.The menu offers a variety of dishes to choose from. Ranging from continental to local. I tried Beef Broccoli along with Rumali Roti, Al-Faham and sizzling Fire Ice Cream. Beef Broccoli is my favourite, it has a different flavour. Overall, an excellent spot to dine.
