Very bad service provider at Kakkanad infopark expressway area. I have used this service for around more than 6 months now. As per my experience, they do no have enough trained workers due to which they are not able to figure out the actual issue even after 2 working days. Getting different responses everytime when we call them for resolution.I strongly dont recommend their service.5-10 days in month they will be having issues with the network.Even the wifi is still not working to post this feedback, using mobile data. (awaiting for their response from 2 days though I called them multiple times).

I am satisfied with Infranet. A better response, Quick services, affordable monthly recharging amount, good speed, Interpersonal relationship with Infranet is very good.

Apart from the atrocious customer service and the pathetic connectivity, this is the only provider out there who expect services from the customer too. And these services includes finding a electrician for them to fix the issues because their staff is on leave, understanding that they have more important works to take care of, so being patient and understanding and the most important of all, whatever be the status of the connection, we should always be ready with money to pay them. The only thing they promptly carry out is disconnecting the service in case there is at least a second delay in making the monthly payments.

Good speed and reasonable rates...also have gud and experienced support team...

Good fast network

I can rate as below average service. Speed is not stable. Service outages are there , daily. Usually the downtime more - no service after evening. Customer support is average and lacks technical knowledge also. They dont inform about maintenance or plan changes. There is no online portal where you can make the payment or see the invoices.Positive side is, good speed and data in economic price. Usable only if youre not depending on internet too much.

Horrible experience with Infranet. Most of time I was facing connectivity issues, and customer service is pathetic. Better to look for for some other service provider.

A really bad experience. They only need monthly payment. They are not even ready to hear the customer issues. For the past two months internet is very slow and Whatsapp itself not loading. Whenever we reach them only reply is you might not have paid the monthly bill. Such an irresponsible people.

Not even single star deserves for this fraud internet service provider. I got a decent service for a month and after that it became pathetic. No proper customer service and the service in kakkanad area is packed with daily outage and speed issues. Almost all the time getting below 5Mbps speed for a 50Mbps plan.

The internet plans are economical but there customer support is miserable. Whenever we call the office they provide us with technicians mobile number who never picks the call. The service outages are regular nowadays.Pros:1- Economical internet plans.Cons:1- Frequent service outages without any notice.2- No proper response from customer service representatives.

The worst internet service provider, they are very arrogant and doesnt bother about customer care at all. No service, no speed no support and poor connectivity almost all the time

Not happy with speed at all. I am availing their RS 999 plan of 50MBPS speed but i am barely getting speed of only 1 Mbps. Frequent outage happens. 2 star given only for the response they are giving when outage occurs.

Good speed at economic rate and great customer service

I have not used their service yet and cant comment on that. But, I had approached them for a new connection and their office staffs behaviour and attitude is not at all welcoming, friendly or professional. If presales service is not even up to a basic standard, I am not sure how their service and post sales support will be.

I am using their internet for more than four months, its truly unlimited. No data cap at all.Their support team is very pathetic, dont expect any on time service. Keep a back ISP for your office needs. You have to call them every month for renewal though you pay monthly charges in advance. Automatic extension is missing.

Now its very pathetic.....poor network and sometimes no internet connection.

Excellent broadband and courteous service. Highly recommended.

2019 July EDIT : I have been a customer for over a year. Completely satisfied with Infranet. The response is quick and recharges can be done as per my needs. Some of the negative review comments may have come from competitors.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Infranet is hands down the best internet service provider in the kakkanad area. Their truly unlimited plans are unlimited with speeds they are really fast. Their customer service is also top notch. When I reported a problem today, they came within a matter of hours and fixed the problem. Zero service charge.I have been a customer for over a year ,and by Gods grace , I am 100 % satisfied .Pls call them to get their latest internet plans. The plans shown on Google are not the latest. They offer a download speed of 15 Mbps at very competitive prices.Disclaimer : I am not commercially associated with infranet in any capacity. Pls read my reviews . I call a spade a spade .

Worst customer support, very frequent outages on a daily basis, no reply as to when the connection will come back online. Horrible experience. even for planned maintenance, the customer is not at all notified. some days the network is down for more than 8 hours. Horrible service. If you have any other option go for it.
