Worst service ever met. Not even deserves 0 rating. Rather taking service from this people better stopping watching the TV. Never suggest this provider even for enemies.

Bad experience with Asianet Cable Connection.Requested a connection and waited for 5 days.Nothing happend.Then re-requested it ,again waited for 2 days nothing happend.Customer care people sing that we have informed to the local office, that is what we can do from our side , you have to call to the local office.I agreed and collected local office number, when I call on it , it is diverted back to the customer care again.What irresponsible people they are...I think they are not getting remuneration from Asianet..

Wonder how a brand like Asianet gave their services to these fakes. No support or responsibility taken for any issues told. Totally avoid.

Worst service and customer care. They even dont know how to talk to cutomers. Dont take connection from this place. You will lost your money for sure.

Bad service ever experienced..get lost

I am not getting some channels for the past 2 months. Despite complaining they do nothing. Whenever I call they say they will send someone but No one comes to check the issue. They simply dont care. I had paid the last 3 months bill in advance else I would have disconnected before. When I called Asianet call centre they informed they could not do anything as it is the local cable operator who isnin charge. I was also shocked to hear that the set top box was registered in some one elses name. Better go for Dish than these cheats.

Please dont take connection from here..You will suffer
