I must appreciate Lijo and his team at Crystal for the prompt and professional support given to us. We had an early morning difficulty to open main glass door of our retail store at Kakkanad and the staff were panicked and could not get inside the store. Understanding the situation and seriousness, Lijo personally visited the store helped us to open the store in 45 min. Later, he has deputed his team to do a proper work so that we dont have any problem in closing the store. He advised us what precaution we must take to avoid such eventuality in the future. Kudos to Lijo and him team.

Crystal India is where i purchased two Pillars of 8.2 foot for my house interior work. I should appreciate this people for the support they gave when one broken due to transit. They gave me a replacement. I would suggest crystal to improve on the packing and send it on direct transit. VRL is stupid to have dropped it hard. VRL moved it from kochi to perungudi to salem and finally reached Trichy. I visited their godown and they have lots of ready stock and the staff are friendly.
