Great collections. Location is very accessible. Salesman in this store is very friendly. Bata is a legendary brand and the quality is excellent. Im a loyal customer of Bata.

Very bad customer service . The way of talking towards the customer is so bad that they will make us walk out of the store free handed. Today I went there and I personaly didnt like the lady staffs way of talking towards me .

One of the better batas in town and good service as well. My mother enjoyed her shopping and we are gracious to the lady who helped her.

If you need to access the Bata shop and if you parked the vehicle infront of the building owner will charge you parking fees. Yes, may be next time they will ask you to pay for the building rent too..... Parking charge

Please avoid this bata store at any cost. I did not even step into this store but still i am forced to give 1 star because of arrogant parking staff. The guy doesnt have any sense on how to talk to customers. I had hard time following his directions and it seems like he was drunk on duty. Finally i returned without stepping into rhe store. My humble request is to have courtious staff on duty. I will definitely escalate this to bata india so that they take serious steps in getting this mess cleared.
