Hi have recently serviced Friends hunk here. Dealing was good. Supervisor has checked everything properly. Only problem I have found was as the service center situated in main road car parking will be difficult. Service was good. Friendly behaviour. Overall good.

Customer Handling is need to improve.Technical and professional services is good.Payment and charges are higher .One of Security was found rude.Hectic delay while booking for services.Need to wait for one week to get a schedule for regular. Unable to imagine if any serious troubles found in services.When I had call from your show room . They asked me to come before. 9 am. We are reached 8.30 with 2 Brand new Bikes for first free services. Got token 8 and 12. They are making Job sheet 9.30AM . No value for customers . Make awaited for long . Very often I visit palarivattom. But I realized how bad 👎 you guys are making . In coming days i will attach more proof. Then only people will understand.I went few times , planned to purchase new bike. They wont pay attention for new buyers. Same day I went irumbanam hero branch . They advised and I bought brand new bike . Very hesitate to choose palarivattom hero comparatively.Behave and improve your self. How to treat customers.Attached brand new one from another showroom.

Very bad service, I went there with my fine bike for regular servicing expecting bike performance will improve, but since then I have found many problems in my bike. My bike carborator overflowing and I have already visited service center 3 times for resolving this issue and I have already lost petrol worth of ₹3000 due to this, these people are good for nothing. Now I will never visit this service center. Dont want invite problems then stay away from this service center 😃😃

Very bad staff behavior, . , they doesnt know how to identify the problem. Make sure all the issues are solved and any new issues are created before you leave the service centre. Very bad service experience.

Until last year i was paying my insurance offline but this tym I tried doing it online and the insurance executive helped me a lot with the process....the service was excellent. She makes it a point to remind me about the insurance premium payment dues on time.

Excellent service with timely delivery. Normally I will be getting calls only for insurance renewal for my car, but from MSS hero I used to get timely reminder for bike insurance renewal and smooth issuance of policy.

Very good and timely service, got my bike repaired and serviced after an accident. quality of staff is also good.Shop is easily visible from the road and have enough space to keep many vehicles even though its on road side.A few disappointments are, we cant buy spares from then, they dont sell spares alone.they also dont do wheel alignments, it is usually done by giving it to nearby cycle shop. Which they dont have enough confidence. (Luckily theres a shop nearby named Perfect Wheels where i got my wheel alignment done.)

A decent service center. I had given my Hero Honda Splendor here for a service. The staffs are not really customer friendly. But the work done is fine. The staff did not take even a second to explain to me about what service was done. He did not even ask if I was satisfied with the service (probably because he was busy with other customers). The service cost was affordable and was done almost on time (a little late though).
