A very good hotel. Good staff. Had a pleasant stay with family. Good rooms and atmosphere. Was also pocket friendly. Love to stay more.

Very poor service, quality as to the price of the food was very poor. Dining was also terrible.

The bar is pretty good. You can choose any of the three options according to your taste and budget. But beware when you order hard drinks. I strongly believe they are not serving the right quantity. If you order hard liquor go to the counter and make. The bartender is pouring right amount. I had been drinking signature for a very long time but when I mixed ice with their signature peg it tasted like water. I gave another visit and tried something cheaper, green lable whiskey. Again same thing after having 5 60 ml shots of green label I was not even feeling high as having 2 beers. This shouldnt happen. Food is decent, but when we pay double or triple the amount for peg in bars what is point if they are not serving the right quantity. I will only have beer from bars going forward.

Best bar near thripunithura-mulanthuruthy area.. I am talking about the avalanche bar at ekachakra residency.. they have three bars.. one local and two a/c bars..avalanche is the top bar with awesome interiors and moody lighting... its clean and tidy too.. have almost all drinks
