I have tried few cakes from them. They are light and has the right sweetness anyhow the amount of cream they have on their cake is relatively more. So feels like too creamy. Not a big fan.Service is good.

Today, I ordered fig and honey cake for my sons birthday and they have delivered at 12:15pm.. The promised time was 11:30am....The delivered cake was wrong... When I contacted them they have agreed to replace cake to fig and honey (what I ordered). For the second order they promised to deliver at 1pm. But the cake was delivered at 1:20pm. Whole family was waiting for the cake to deliver... Our cake cutting was planned at 11:30am but we could cut the cake at 1:30pm only!Such an unprofessional way of dealing with customer orders.. Pathetic service... I will never recommend.

I ordered for mixed fruit cake for my parents wedding anniversary. Next day when I called them they didnt bother to pick my call nor call back. Every time when I called number was busy. I knew that they had blocked my number. After sometime I called from my moms phone and I told them to cancel the order. ATTITUDE THESE PEOPLE HAVE. I ordered online cake and they delivered within 2 hours. NEVER EVER I AM GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Our experience at this store was very bad. The staff at the store really doesnt know how to interact with customers at all. It was half an hour drive from our home. We wanted customised cake for our daughters birthday. At the start they said they can get the cake ready for next day delivery but after we spent 15 minutes there and finalised everything suddenly they refused without giving a single reason to us. Their attitude towards customers is really bad. I would never recommend anyone to go to that store. After that we went to another outlet of cakehut to order our cake. The experience there was very nice.

Found a gem in the form of a small outlet . Was in that area to withdraw some cash from the nearby ATM when I saw this place. My craving for brownies got the perfect match. Ordered for a brownie and some puffs. First the bad one, puffs were bad I felt . Felt soggy and could feel the dalda in my mouth. Then went on to have the brownie and trust me the place definitely has got its name spot on “Cake Hut”. The brownie was yummy. The place also offers a wide variety of pastries to try out. The small outlet has a couple of tables where one can sit and have the food. Must have place for cakes and pastries. 5 stars for it. 3 stars for the puffs and related items bringing the average to 4.

Bought Chocolate Triffle cake. It was nice and delicious. Rs.540 for 600gm cake. Candles and Knife was present inside the package. For free home delivery you have to address them earlier.

Guyzz please dont buy from this place. Today 22-05-2021 i was in need of a cake for my parents wedding anniversary. Im tring to contact them yesterday onwards, there is not responds. I just texted them about the order, then they told me to call inorder to confirm. I called them several times they are not picking up the call. Not even tring to understand customers need. Guyz please dont waste your time contacting them.My review is all about the cake hut shop located in pettah. And its not about the entire cake hut brand.

If need any specific cake u need to prior book, otherwise you would have to pick the available one. Usually chocolate truffle is available.. vancho n hazel nut are my favourite. Apart from whole cakes you can have pastries, chocolate sweets, cheese cakes..

Found a worm in the chocolate lolly pop, thank god I spotted it dangling from the lollypop before my child was about to take a bite.. wow that was very disappointing😞😞😞 I went back immediately and shared this with the vendor

Im extremely sad, rather devastated after my experience with cake hut. We had ordered a tender coconut cake in October for my daughters birthday. It was an exceptional one. In the memory of the same, we ordered the same cake this month. Since it was a lockdown, we were not sure if we will get it, since the guy had said he might not be able to deliver the said flavor. Later he confirmed, that he would probably provide us with it. We received the cake worth rs. 850, which had no sponge at all!! How the hell can a cream cake be made without sponge inside to form layers. The cake was completely only fluffed cream with a tinge of tender coconut flavor. To our surprise, even kids didnt like it. Kindly review every order before purchase from cake hut. Im not telling this with pursuit of this particular experience, Ive had a similar experience few years back too with the same shop.

Cute little pastry/snack outlet serving some good pastries and snacks.We just had their Rainbow Pastry, which was sinfully delightful (why, because the icing was too sweet). Also had their Chicken Puffs, which was quite good.Priced quite well. Impressed.

Very poor service.I ordered a personalised cake for my sons birthday party. They did not even manage to make it available at the right time they agreed to deliver and simply passed lame excuses.It delayed our function and we were in trouble. The cake was very well prepared.But the service part was miserable.They didnt even provide a stand for muffins even though the order was such a big one.

We usually get cake from here good fresh cream cakes . Cake is well moist . Chocolate cakes are awsome . Only Redvelvet cake we dint like it was too sweet .

Very bad customer service. They told me to make delivery at 6 30 pm so i waited from 6.15 onwards at puthiyakav buststop. (form there i need to travel half an hour to reach my home)But the delivery boy came at 7 pm so that i just wasted my 45 mins jus for waiting him .REally bad service.
