Code6 have provided the best service I have ever received. This is the first time after 6 years of the services I felt like the vehicle is back to the showroom condition. The dealer services have not fixed the complaints throughout the vehicle service history and code6 service has resolved those and I am really happy and satisfied with vehicle after the period service and fixes from code6.

Did stage 1 tuning for my endeavour.I was really shocked by the result..I have read about remapping and saw some videos too. But never expected this much of deference.Thanks to code6 they have done a great job for me.They looked the job so easy. Just called the contact number through a friend’s referral and instantly picked up call and was blaming me why i called him in morning. I was about to confirm the appointment for work.Was just questioning me.After one hour he have messaged a contract number and i tried 3 times and didn’t picked up.First impressions itself ruined. Better learn how to behave to customers first when they enquire anything.You can tell ‘Just call after some time’ politely.Anyway my plan was dropped.

Had always wanted to get my Duster tuned and lot of research led to Code 6 Kochi, Drove down from Palakkad, had taken appointment before visiting, Gino was very helpful with appointment and also ensuring work is done on time. Best thing about this place is not the work but the post Service part of it. I ran into a Check Engine issue few hundred KMs after getting the car tuned (this later turned out to be an issue not related to tuning at all), Gino was very helpful during this whole period and was also using his contacts to give me a solution. I would for sure recommend these guys not just for the quality of work but also for the post work service/help!

I am extremely happy with the way the work for my white mg hector petrol auto was done, very clear about the work they suggest after listening to my problem . Very aggressive pricing for the ceramic coating work done here. Plenty of tuning options availible, though I havent used that facility yet.contact Mathews for most optimal solution.

Thank you Code6, No other way to share my experience with Code6. I went there for stage 1 tune of my polo, I was satisfied with the tune and the service was good. A few weeks later the car brokedown(not related to the tuning) , I had to tow it to kochi showroom from Erattupetta, I was skeptical to tow it as the tune would void any warranty on the vehicle and called up Gino here and asked him what could be done, to my surprise he immediately volunteered to come down to my location (a 2hr drive for him) and erased the tune. Thanks to his help I was able to claim warranty for the defaults on the vehicle. The interaction with Gino has introduced me to a new level of customer service, a gold standard.

Recently I got my car detailed by gloss works kochi at code 6 and am extremely satisfied with the work and dedication put into transforming my cars withered paintwork to nearly new car (infact I would go to an extent saying much better finish than when I took the delivery of my car from showroom ) and one of the biggest qualities that I have liked is the frankness of mr Joseph in explaining me all the procedures and sending me updates in between the procedures and also giving me an option of going with either paint correction plus wax or the ceramic option whilst most just push you directly into the ceramic bandwagon, I would highly reccomend this place as the service I got really exceeded my expectations, good job guys !!
