Today after work I went to a nearby hotel hungry and bought six poratas and a chicken pepper from there.When I got home and ate it, it tasted ugly and faul smell.When I contacted the contact number inside the bill to say this, I got frustrated and disappointed,Because they say if you bring the food you got back here we can test whether the food given to you is right or wrong.I dont know how they are serving food and hospitality to customers..I will not recommend any family of frnds to Thaal Restaurant..Bad staffs bad customer recovery..Wastage of money and time..

Had their Fried rice and chilli chicken combo through Zomato.It was the worst chilli chicken I have eaten from anywhere in Kochi. Tasted like plastic..!!!Iam a fan of Thaal restaurents but this Restaurant is so far their worst outlet.

I am telling you, I havent eaten the porotta yet, it looks good tho. The place looks somewhat a high class version of a bombay street food setting.You can order ahead and there are many options from veg to non veg obviously.This is all pretty evident when you go there, so.i suggest going there. I hope they see this and shoot a parotta and Motta curry my way as a token of friendship or in pure enemity I am fine with whatever.

One of the busiest restaurant in Kochi, situated near to Lulu Mall, precisely on the way to Vanitha, Vineetha Theatre complex. All most all South Indian dishes are available here, this place is hectic as it is budget friendly. Tried Porotta, Appam, Chicken 65, Chicken roast, Beef roast. Not that yummy, but as far as the rate is considered, its an okay deal.

I have been to 2 different outlets of this restaurant at kochi. Both were superb. The quality and taste of the biriyani was delicious. Havent had a mouth watering biriyani like this before. It was different. Had ghee rice, beef curry and , chilly chicken too, all were good.

A good restaurant with a nice wybe. Suits all kind of people. Quality of food is good and upto the expectations. Eventhough the price is not so low but it is tolerable. Service is fast and good. Staff are wuite friendly. Neat and hygeinic. An outside area is there to relax and chill with friends. Restaurant is large enough and can accomodate quite a number of customers at the same time. Considerable amount of dishes are available. The location is perfect as it is not too inside from the main road and also not just side by side to the main road.

One of the worst thaal franchises I have ever visited. Mostly the quality of food they provide is very poor eventhough the prices are optimum . I have visited this hotel a number of times but they havent given me any reason to give a good review. My first order was porotta and beef fry. The beef fry was contained with waste part of beef. The meat was not good it consisted of more fat than meat. And it also had the burnt taste also much oily.
