I would like to refer the review of Mrs. Rekha P Antony on 5B, SSK ENCLAVE, KOCHI, I have rented my flat with due respect to Mrs. Rekha P Antony who is working at Navy Hospital, Kochi, trusting that she will take care of my flat. She Plugged in a very low quality air cooler that she brought and not even bothered to switch off while leaving the flat. Due to her sheer negligence and callousness she has ruined my flat. I got a very minimal amount on insurance but the pain and mental agony created by Mrs. Rekha P Antony is unbearable. Hence the review made by her on my flat is false and malicious. Mistake being on her side and writing a review doesnt look good. So i request the viewers not to take her review as it is purely false and malicious.

I stayed in 5B SSK ENCLAVE THEVARA. While I was not there was Fire in the apartment. So much loss for me.No fire alarms. Got so much damage. House owner not good.He had not returned back my advance amount when he got insurance claim of 20lacs.Mr.Harish of 5B ,house owner has not returned the advance amount to the previous Tetants also. So I request not to take 5B on rent.
