This is a very good apartment complex. Facilities that are available here are very good. There is a basketball court. There is an indoor badminton court. A pool with a dedicated kids pool section. There is an indoor gymnasium. Overall the flat has got over a large area for activities. The apartment themselves are also quite good. The view from the apartment complex is unobstructed in 360 degrees. Square nearby toaster medicity and to amrita hospital. Doctors who are working in amrita and aster medicity are very likely to find this flat complex comfortably located.

Only very few apts in cochin have this much land area. This apartment got almost all the facilities. They got full Basket ball court, Tennis Court, swimming pool, gym, party area etc etc. The building is well maintained and got plenty of parking space as well. Its worth every penny you spent even if you are buying an apt here or renting it.
