I have a current account with AXIS bank, Vytilla. I opened my account with them in March 2019. Today when I write this review, it is January of 2020 and still waiting for the debit card to arrive. No matter how many times I call them, their standard response is I will check and get back to you and as usual there is no call back. I have spoken to 3 different people and still no resolution. Im hoping someone higher up will see this review and do something about it.

Very poor customer service at Vyttila branch axis bank. I am Binu. I paid Airtel using the axis bank’s mobile app. The first time the app said the payment was unsuccessful and so I repeated paying Airtel one more time. The second attempt was successful. After few minutes I got email notification for payment deduction twice from my account. The unsuccessful attempt has also been a charged. I lost 2828/- + 2828/- twice from my account. I called and informed. I went to the bank and gave a direct complaint. I also submitted a written incident report. Beyond all my effort the bank is silent for the last one month. The incident happened in 7/5/2020. No response yet. The lady in the customer service now hesitates to even pick the call or respond d to the situation. The gave me a few landline numbers which is of no use. I am fed up with their cold attitude towards my problem.

Axis bank is not providing good service, in mycase i waited for more than one hour to get a DD issued for my sons school fee, after getting DD i rushed to school and deposit it, next day school caall me and said ther eis no sign on DD. again i have to go and give back DD to bank, this is ignorance . While waiting for DD in from of the official he was asking me to join insurance, trading etc which was irritating me .Anothyer major drawback is that axis bank is not providing cheque drop box in its branch at panapmilly nagar main avenue where i have account, so it is difficult for me and other acount holders to deposit DD/ Cheque in drop box afterr offic hours or on a holiday. We have to go and put cheque inside banks office.The bank is not user friendly and i am shifting my account. where banks privide drop box facility, speedy clearance etc.MORE OVER WPORST THERE IS NO TELEPHONE LANDLINE TO CALL DURING THE URGENCY , ALL CALL IN ALL BANKS GOINGTO A MOBILE NUMBER AN DIT TAKES MINIMUM 10 MINUTS TO GET LINE TO SOME PESONTHIS IS HORRIBLE SERVIECQUIT AXIS BANK IS MY BEST ADVISE
