Very happy with our experience with Vicki Evans at Ray White Epping during our tenancy. She was always polite, friendly, responsive, and prompt. We had a few wear and tear issues with the house, as expected, and Vicky helped get onto a plumber or electrician within 24hrs each time we needed it.We just vacated the property after giving it a good clean, and our bond was returned to us in 2 days. Some property managers are petty and generally difficult (I have horror stories!), but Vicky made us feel like our efforts in looking after the property and communication were appreciated. I would happily deal with Ray White Epping and Vicky again in the future.

Trying to lease a property through Ray White Epping was the most stressful times Ive experienced ever! Within a day of the property listed we had made calls to the property manager and tried to organise a inspection, being told we had to apply for the property before inspecting(only real estate company ice come across doing this). so i told he agent (Whitney Young) that i would have the application sent through by end of day. She said we could inspect the following day after application was submitted. We received one question about our application the following morning... and with that she was gone. No communication, email or phone calls. Myself and my wife tried every day after to contact Whitney to no avail. finally 4 days later i got onto the lovely receptionist Sophie, who had to be the giver of bad news, that was out of her control. the property was leased this morning. and we are still yet to hear from the agent. I feel like the bad person leaving a negative review for a business when we were let down by a individual. But as a business your supposed to provide the proper training and coaching for your staff. I hope that if anything is taken from this experience it is useful for future training. I will not be recommending RW Epping for others. Such a Shame that it had to come to this.

Avoid at all costs!From Ray White Epping (Vic), I experienced the worst customer service. Lease agreements were provided late, and only after they were expressly requested. My emails were responded to late, if at all, and only occasionally acted on. Inspections were not undertaken when they were supposed to. And when they were, they were poorly done. A post-tenant clean was arranged, but the house was still dirty afterwards. Keys went missing and I was lied to: “there were no keys!”, only for them to be found in their office weeks later. (A related note: if you get Andrea Picone as your agent, insist on getting another.) My calls were rarely, if ever, taken. Text messages are ignored. Their agents are almost always “in meetings”: too busy to take a call (or, rather, to do their actual jobs).The fact that Ray White is a nationally-recognised company offered no consolation. Complaints I raised via the Ray White corporate office, including their Complaints section, which claims to take “all concerns seriously” and that “every complaint is fully investigated”, were discarded or completely ignored. I even escalated the matter to Dan White himself, and received a deafening silence.Ray White does not care about you. In fact, they disdain you, the customer. My advice: go truly local. Find an agent that’s from your area and doesn’t belong to a large money-making enterprise. You might actually get something in return. Ray White is a sink hole for your money.

During the past few months they changed the property manager for my investment property so many times.I called them about an inquiry and they knew my number and didn’t pick up. I called from a different number and first time Sophie pick up the phone. I said why are you ignoring my calls and she responded because you called so many times and I didn’t have time for you. Very rude staff . Take your business where they care and have the decency of answering your phone and replying to your email.Another incident the water burst in the roof and took them more than a week to send a plumber. Water was constantly going out on the hot water system. We got 750 dollars for usage because the property manager was so slack to get a plumber on site ASAP.

We have had a great experience with Ray White Epping. Especially our property manager Danijela. She helped finalise our build through inspections and providing the builders with a defects list. She helped arrange for our property to be rent ready as we live in Sydney and could not travel down.

Danijela is the best property manager! She has attention to detail, great communication skills, very efficient and found me a tenant in less than 2 weeks! I have high expectations and she exceeded these expectations. I wish I had found her earlier.

In 8 years my family has used Ray White Epping they have never once turned up on time to an inspection. In the last 3 years I received only 1 inspection report despite requesting many times. They moved me from agent to agent saying they were one off experiences. It all boils down to poor management by Natasha who believes her team was just having an off moment and couldn’t believe those would be ongoing issues. Sent tradesman out, I was charged the tenants said the tradesman never came and agent confirmed he “accidentally” missed the appointment.My recommendation is to strategically evaluate your team with a non bias lens and action feedback promptly without simply introducing a new agent each time.

Where do I begin. Well I rented a property through Ray White in 2014 and vacated the premises a few weeks ago. Belinda Sackett was the property manager and I wish I had better words to describe my experience. Upon inspections always advised this was one the most well maintained rentals and we maintained it better then the standard. Upon vacating well it was a different story. Upon doing a thorough vacat clean, it appears the clean was not up to the owners standards despite going back the second time and cleaning the items she had pointed out. We had trees that grew more then 7 metres tall surrounding the edge of our backyard. I was told by Belinda that the owner was going to cover the cost of cutting the trees down to head height and I was to maintain them. A man was sent out to quote and thats about as far as it got. Never heard back from Belinda despite email contact questioning what was happening. Upon vacate she has lodged a claim through to vcat to cover the cost of cutting the trees down at my own expense and to have the rental cleaned for the third time as it is not to the owners standard. Not only have we been good tenants over the past seven years, never paid out rent late and always in full, maintained the property and always spotless. Its disheartening to have this go on. Not only has Belinda failed to pick up the phone to discuss these matters, she much prefers sending texts. Just poor communication, nothing was followed through efficiently. Just poor service and a waste of my time. Never took the time to listen and help resolve any of my concerns and very GREEDY OWNER, I just feel sorry for all of the other renters that will get the run around for no good reason. Not only do I have proof of emails from Belinda stating that the owner was to cover the cost she failed to acknowledge that and as such proceeds to inconvenience me by stalling my bond refund. At some point the line needs to be drawn but they have taken it way too far now and I will be seeking legal representation for the stress and time that this has inconvenienced me.

Danijela was fantastic, always a quick response, went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended. We are based in Sydney but feel we are well represented.

We have rented through Ray White Epping for 2 years. The service was fine until we decided to vacate due to new working location. Towards the last 2 weeks of the end of our lease, we got a new property manager - who clearly had a huge lack of experience and empathy.We had already vacated, completed the carpet cleaning, end of lease clean with some small detail to tend to. 5 days left on our lease and lockdown happened. As soon as it was announced, we emailed our property manager with updates on the rental and if the return of the keys can be delayed (as we now lived 1.5hrs away) and the property had not been listed yet.4 days later with no reply, we called the property manager only to be told she needs to speak to the landlord and get back to us. 2hours later we get an email saying that the reply from the landlord was basically return the keys at end of lease or pay rent until they were returned (we had 1 day to do this.. during lockdown).Luckily for us, we have a very good relationship with our landlord and have his contact details. He has always been good to us and felt this was SO out of character. We contacted our landlord to explain the situation and welcomed him to inspect the property himself. He was happy with how the property was left, thanked us for looking after his brand new house, said that he was NEVER contacted by the property manager and was happy to have someone pick up the keys from us who worked between our current rental and his rental. He also advised them to release our bond straight away.BIG thank you to our landlord who was so considerate during these challenging times. Its so disheartening to see that while property managers (obviously under the instructions of department head) are ABLE to work from home during lockdown, while half of Victoria has/have been stood down, lost their jobs or worse. And here they are trying to squeeze you for every cent.

Danijela did the impossible to find a tenant in just three days. A property which is brand new remained on the market for 40 days due to poor marketting by ex-prorperty management service. Professional in everything she does! Thanks much.

Raywhite Epping manage my property for 1 year. For new customers they r fine but then the care factor goes to zero. My property got vacated and my agent left the job, but there was no care factor for anyone to tell me.. I was without tenant for 2 weeks and no response from this agency. Apparently open for inspection was conducted no results.Excuse, excuse, excuse.. that’s all I got.. promises of call backs went begging and only response from head of their property management stating staff rotation is common!! Seriously why should vendor care about their staff issues, isn’t it the reason that I have employed agents ?? One phone call from the agency stating my property manger has left would have given transparency but no .. too commercial and careless. They asked me to reduce my rent (typical agency), I did one better sacked them and changed the agency. After sacking them, in 2 days I got 4 applications!Stay away from Raywhite property management.. you will get better value from 100’s of other agents in the area!

We had Danijela Pekic to assist us with leasing out our first investment property. Our property was leased out pretty quickly with the rate that we had requested (despite of competition from lot many other listings in the area).She was extremely professional and patient with our questions throughout the process. I wanted to review this company as we had deal with them lately. We found the house we liked and it was amazing. to this day we still think that. it was up for rent for 435$ we said we will pay $440 and gave a move in date. The agent was polite and said thank you. After that we never heard from jessica again. She refused to answer any of our calls or emails. The office refused to put us thru saying oh she is working from home today but u never heard back. We thought it was quite rude that she thought she was above us and couldnt be bothered to response. Im writing this review because other ray whites are really good and respond to we in fact used to have a house thru ray white bundoora. To this day of the review the house still hasnt been leased and we applied back in jan 2021. We ended up getting a nice house with a different real estate that are really nice and resond quickly

Courtney Halliwell has been the most amazing property manager, she is very experienced, responsive and always delivers on what she says she will do!

The worst possible real estate agents you can possible work with in Melbourne as first home buyers. We bought our first home with them while I was 9 months pregnant and they literally made us sign the contract and left us for dead without any updates. We had to basically chase the seller ourselves. And when we tried to follow up on an update we were told we were very hard to deal with and that they were disappointed in us who were spending our life savings buying this property. We were shown no manners or basic empathy, Bal Singh and Vanny Bains did not even have the basic curtesy to send us a text message congratulating us once we settled on our first home. Wouldnt wish this kind of first home buying experience on anyone. Property buying is stressful, if you want to avoid the added stress of wondering if the REA is dodgy or not then AVOID buying using these souless men.

NO IDEA... they have no idea what is expected of them from a landlords point of view... if you have been through a few of their property managers and not been notified a change of property manager i suggest you pull out and find yourself a real property manager because you just wait until you come across a real issue their property managers will crumble and leave

Please stay away from Epping ray white they will try to take your money and they will find a way that how to take your money. More than a month I still haven’t got my bond back or they can’t be bothered calling back .Epping ray white receptionist told me that they are not helping me out because the way I talk to them but anybody would be angry if they haven’t heard regarding their money more than 1 month and also not returning their tenants phone calls .Worst service ever I never dealt with people like this in my life I have been renting for so long but this is a torture to the tenants .
