Taj On high have totally lost their values. I ordered through Uber eats, paid 30 dollars, only received half of my order. When I called to ask, the call attender girl giving me excuses. You guys really focus on your customer service and food quality. otherwise you will loose your regular customer from last two years

When it comes to looking for authentic food, we always like to take bit time to drive to the neighbourhood where many of particular ethnic group reside. We worked in India for 2 years. So every once a while we would hit an Indian eatery, it brings back some fun memories of India. Taj on High doesn’t disappoint.The flavours are on point. It is spicy, it is flavoursome, it is not overly sweet. The place itself is not hard to find with plenty of car space in front. The waitress was friendly. We didn’t make reservation beforehand. There were plenty of tables when we got there. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Always satisfied with their dishes. Service is good. I love the goat and daal dishes. Curries are not typical ready made stereotypes. The chef tries to put good flavours. Restaurant is neat and hygienic.

I was a regular customer of Taj on High from last two years. I liked their food a lot but from last few times I am not getting the quality of the food ( Uncooked Naan) what I used to have. I thought to share my feedback with the staff and chef. But it feels like they ain’t ready to listen any feedback and trained to disrespect customers who support their business. Waitress their knows very well that I am regular customer but she also behaved like she is doing some kind of favour on me. Highly disappointed and regretted to support Taj on high.Especially, staff are so unprofessional.

Such a bad experience Ive had with this restaurant on 13th may at 10pm. when we entered, the girl standing at the counter asked other girl to clean the table around our table, she didnt listen. After the on-tray, she came to clean my table for mains but she left half of the stuff in between and came back with the main menu items, there wasnt enough space and she kept the curry and naans on the uncleaned side table, even though she didnt indulge while serving, didnt say thank you, I felt like she was forced to work there as she is not interested in serving her customers politely. completely unsatisfied, unacceptable behaviour and never ever going to this place again.

Made a booking online which was confirmed but upon arriving they had no record of the booking but they got us a table.Food was good except the starters had too much tamarind sauce which overpowered everything else. Decent prices and good food.

I went there down yesterday and the first best thing was they served us at closing hours and the food was literally amazing like speechless. The taste which paneer sabzi was giving was enormous and if i talk about chicken curry it was same as my mother used to cook for me. Definitely coming up again with my family after lockdown👌

I am very old customer , I think I ordered a lot of time and many time I ignored quality because I thought some time it’s happened, some time chicken not good and some time 🫓 naan and many time I leave a note to them that your quality not good today and I did that because I thought they improve and they give a good quality food but I don’t know what’s wrong with them. whatever reason behind it they always gave poor service , today I ordered kadahi chicken and 7 naan , I am so disappointed because there naan quality so poor so bad , there was very bad smell from naan , I don’t know why ? And I throw all naan in my bin . I am so so disappointed from service .

I am regular customer of this restaurant & it’s really disappointing to give them this review. I ordered noodles from them asking to make it spicy but it was bitter not spicy. Not able to eat the second bite. When I called them to let them know the lady over the phone started arguing instead of apologising. They spoiled my wife’s birthday night.

Going to Taj on High from 3-4 years, very good food. Yesterday ordered a pick up tandoori platter with goat rognajosh and punjabi chicken curry. Best goat i ever had at any indian restaurent. Tandoori platter was well cooked and value for money. Good job. Highly recommended.

Put an order through Uber eats. Food was four minutes away from delivery as per the tracking... then the restaurant cancelled the order... Not very professional and very dissapointing.

Your butter chicken was actually that good i considered getting my name changed to matinder singh the butter chicken king .Legit this butter chicken with a side of garlic naan is incredible.

I had the opportunity of visiting this restaurant on Mothers Day and was completely surprised with the overall experience I had. Despite being busy on Mothers Day the staff paid careful attention to our requirements as we had a kid with us. The food, ambiance, service all were amazing! This is my absolute favourite Indian restaraunt ever !!!! My partner and I eat here every week and they always spice the food to our perfect liking. I have been Taj On High customer from last two years. I love their food but from last two- three months I do not know what they doing with their food, Each time I eat their food I get nausea and Vomiting. Its not me only, my whole family gets sick. I would not order it again. It happened with me 4 times now.

This place is situated on a prime location with amazing in-restaurant ambience. Serving time is long as they have shortage of staff. Not only food is tasteless but also pre-cooked a day before. Order Paneer karahi which tasted like capsicum and too much oil makes us naucious. Others might have good experience but we left disappointed by their service.

I placed the order with uber eats and my order supposed to deliver 7:45pm and then it’s jump to 7:55 and then 8:05 and then I called them up she said it will be ready in 5 or 10 minutes I said my kids are hungry she said yes it will be ready soon and I was looking at track your order display and my order was getting picked up by berinder Singh and minute after my order is canceled and I rang them and she said it’s not there problem we made the food and we can not do anything.I will never go there again in my life and I will make sure none of my friend and family member go there in future.They are hopeless .

I went with my family today for my mother in laws birthday. The customer service was atrocious! The lady taking care of our table basically ignored us for most of the night to the point where we waited an hour for someone to clear the table and ask if we wanted desert. My mother in law really wanted desert but we didnt want to wait a further hour to order so we left. The lady we dealt with was extremely rude to us. The food was not great either. Wont be coming back here!

WORST FOR HEALTH READ FULLThere food is worst i am a chef i tried there food they microwave mostly all food there rice were served to me hot but microwaved i can’t say those were fresh moreover chicken was also microwaved (tandoori chicken). They serve quick because every thing is microwaved...Worst worst worst.Please take this advice and never choose this restrau.

The smell of curry makes me so moist i marinated myself in it for 18hours and slow cooked myself. This is an experience i will never forget. Raj was so helpful in the kitchen but even more helpful in the toilet.

We’ve always loved the amazing food, great service and clean environment of Taj on High! The food is authentic and flavourful without the typical greasiness and sameness of run of the mill Indian restaurants. We’ve even hosted our youngest’s 1st Birthday here and loved the party and buffet menu organisation!

First of all u should understand that in fine dining restaurant people come to have food where they can eat peacefully but in my case they were hosting party and the music was so loud that I cant hear anything else.when waitress came to take my order I could barely listen her.if u hosting party there is nothing wrong with that but then you have to think of other customers as well.one suggestion if you hosting party then put sign there that private party going on and dont invite other customers. It was terrible experience really unprofessional.
