Store is well managed and good but Ive mixed reviews for the staff. Some of the staffs were not quite helpful few months back. But recently Ive visited store to purchase monitor and chair so tech guy who help me was very humble and helpful. He helped me with the trolley and billing. Apart from that a lot items are available in this store.

We made a mistake in ordering the wrong item. The manager on shift today, the person who greeted us and Ahmed were very friendly, honest and helpful. Thanks guys! Keep it up!

I placed an online order of 120 photos normal 6x4 which usually take a few hours or within a day to pick up during Covid lockdown. I waited until the next day and gave them a call because I havent received any updates via email if my order was being processed.They said on the phone that it could take upto 24 hours so I checked and it was more than 24 hours so I called back again. The lady said she couldnt find the order but it should be done already and told me to just come and use my name instead of the confirmation barcode.So I went and picked it up. It took a bit for them to find my order. My guess is that theyre not organized as well as they should be. The system didnt update the order whether its done or if its ready for collection. I couldve been waiting still if I didnt call and ask for it.Hopefully, they have better organization to meet customers satisfaction.

Absolutely ridicules service!They don’t even refresh the mail to check mails. No one responds on time they just manage to do their own work. I believe only boss will be working effectively in this store.Waste of time to visit here rather we can travel some more distance to Bundoora branch where the service is outstanding.

Poor service and quite rude at the entrance .Tried to treat me like a fool when I asked a question. If other outlets for essential goods are handling goods with disposable gloves why cant you???.if too scared of covid 19 please close the front doors open the back door for the click and collect instead of being rude to customers.

Stores are closed due to covid, but employees are doing their best under the conditions. This evening, the girl at the entrance door showed me how to order online C&C and even double-checked if they had my items in stock so I could have them right away in 5-15minutes. It was quite beneficial.

Staff at Officeworks Epping are amazing. There are always willing to help and also go out of there way to find the product you need to get in store if not instore. Such a happy environment to go to. Would not shop anywhere else.

Staff is not friendly. Seems like they are not interested in doing the work. They have put a big poster which says that respect the staff members, which is fine but they dont reciprocate that respect.They are frustratingly slow most of the time. Intentionally. A whole bunch of unprofessionals.

What an amazing group of staff members you have at the epping store. I want to give a special thanks to meriam, I ordered photos online and once I got the email I called the store to see if they could be printed ASAP as we needed them for my daughters headstone. When I told Meriam( I think thats how you spell it)why I needed them in a hurry they were ready in half hr. Then we decided we needed another pic for the stone mason and she processed my order in recored time again. All of you guys there on Saturday 10/9/2021 late afternoon were fantastic.

Just want to compliment your staff, especially Theodore, for your work. It was busy on a beautiful Sunday, and there were quite a few impatient people. But we can see that your staff are doing the best they can. Keep up the good work.

The lady at the click & collect (on Friday 4th June @ 1pm) had such a bad attitude, not sure if it is same towards everybody or just certain communities. You are there to help the customers, not to make their collection process more stressful. Your actions and words could ruin a persons whole day.

This store is useless. I tried to return a large Brother MFC printer to this store this afternoon (all intact with its original padding and invoice too). Out of the blue the click n collect personnel went like we don`t take return on weekends, you need to call this number, do that etc etc, so I kindly asked them what else I can do cause the item is highly heavy (about 25kgs). She brings in a supervisor, who basically used echolalia from minute 1 and told me I had to take it back home, apply online for return then wait for days to get a response.Why even bother having a store who doesn`t work as a store?

I think the thing I am going to post is similar with all the Officeworks store around Australia. I went to this Epping store wanted to use my email id and print some documents. The guy just said to me you can send it to us on our email id and we can print it for you. This is similar with all the other stores too. I mean seriously what if someone has some sensitive information and they dont want to share it with anyone else. Its so stupid.

Unprofessional staff. Are always busy with their own stuff, like talking on their mobile phones and leaving the customers unattended. Really disappointed every time I go.

Horrible experience. Waste of time.I ordered office chair from Officeworks for pick up and it never reached their store. I wonder what happens to the home deliveries. Tried to call the store couple of times, they never answer. Called on their central call centre line 5 times and they all promised to return my call, that also never happened. Even small stores do better than that.I would never recommend Officeworks for anything, especially Epping store.

Worst Customer ServiceI have ordered just one charger cable, it was supposed to be available to pick up by the next day. It’s been one week now, no answer, no update, I call them and they say they can’t help. Worst service ever, I will never shop from officeworkers again, Epping one in specific, absolutely the worst.

With print and collect, they ALWAYS make a mistake printing colour orders to black and white. After pointing out on the mistake, they brought out another black and white documents receipt out instead of the colour docs receipt trying to trick me theyve got it right. Finally another receipt after that was the right one clearly saying colour.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I purchased a desk that was faulty so I could not assemble it. I called the store to discuss and spoke to the store manager. She told me that I could not return it to the store and I had to return it online. So instead of making the return quick and easy, I had to call the customer service number and book in for the desk to be picked up. I was told within 1-2 days however when they emailed me a confirmation, they it said 1-5 days. This thing is sitting in my lounge room on the floor, a hazard to me and my family and they are taking their time picking it up. I called customer service several times to no avail because no one seems to know what they are doing and just pass the buck so that they dont have to do any work.Officeworks should be training their staff to know the polices and procedures, because had I returned this desk back to the store, it would have been less frustrating and it would have be over with instantly. Instead I have to wait for it to be picked up and still dont even have my money back.After this issue, some research shows that this particular desk has the same issue for many people and is obviously defective, but they are still selling this item. It needs to be pulled from the shelf.I will never shop at Officeworks again and I will not recommend it to anyone that I know. Epping Vic store have a bad attitude to their customers and are getting paid to do nothing. Really disappointing

I ordered an item on click & collect as it said that it was in stock. I called to ask if I could collect and was told that it was NOT in stock and had to come from the warehouse. Quite frustrating!!!It would appear that there is now NO ONE working at this store.I have been trying to call, and have tried pressing every option, only for it to ring out and then become engaged.Get your act together and answer your phone.Unfortunately this will not give me the option of choosing NO STARS.Auuuuggghhhhh.

Except print and collect, I order 3 times items and they fail to inform me till I call them. For printer they told me its not delivered from warehouse, I checked on track my order It was ready to collect, I call them after that and told them that its ready to collect the. They said yes it is.....

Dont normally leave reviews but this store has provided me with efficient and quality customer service on many occasions. Amidst this pandemic, Ive had to order click and collect 3 times and every time, Ive had prompt collection with my order being ready in less than half the recommended collection time! Im very impressed, keep up the good work :)

If I could give a zero star I would. I came buy apple earphones and wanted to use Afterpay as Afterpay had changed the system asked the attendant if she knew how it works. She replied I can’t help you and I only buy items when I have money. Why have Afterpay if your staff what to use their privilege to talk down to customers.

Tried calling as I have some questions and wanted to speak to someone. Apparently, no one is working customer service as it’s just a recorded message about click and collect.Not happy I wasn’t able to actually talk to someone who could have answered my question without me then having to go searching for a similar one on the website.Officeworks needs to do better.

I would have given zero stars in possible. Terrible customer service. I went in for binding of my notes. I think the girl who attend me was new. First she messed up punching holes in my notes and then tells me how she has to cut out the portion to punch again. When I said how my written notes would be cut along, she goes on to say that i have to pay to reprint the whole document again. Why should i pay for her mistake? Later not only she messed up the order of my whole document but also put some pages in wrong orientation. Now my lectures notes are jumbled up and pages flipped inversely in between. Never visiting this place again. I would recommend travelling to bundoora instead and get the job done correctly at least.

Fantastic customer service from Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he went out of his way more than once to help me with my pc and was very knowledgeable. Thanks again Nathan for brilliant service.

Extremely disappointed with customer service and my laminated posters which arrived in the mail both bent. I contacted the store via email and did not hear back and tried calling with no answer. I knew this place had bad reviews but seriously my posters arrived with two boards on either side and still came back bent!!!

Legit been waiting a month for my click and collect order to be ready I tried calling them no answer I tried emailing them and they said we will get back to you in 5 days its been a month

Paid $17 for passport photos two days ago. The lack of care was appalling. I was sat on a chair and asked to wait while another customer wasserved then they went to serve another customer and seemed to remember I was waiting for a photo. Team member came by with a camera. Two clicks and my photos were taken. No opportunity to review - pictures were printed (not sure if it was the first or second click) and money taken. Then I was handed a closed packet with the photos. No follow up at all (are you happy with them?) and frankly Im not happy with them. The colours are dark, the colour is flat and I would not want this picture to represent me on anything for the next ten years.Go to Australia Post.

They only accept click and collect orders which is understandable due to COVID-19 restrictions put in place by the Victorian government, however it is unclear that the processing time is 2 days to progress a copying order of just one page.Very Hopeless!!!!

Two staff members not only pushed passed my son and I without practicing any social distancing, they didn’t even have the manners to say excuse me while they did it!!

Visited to get some printing jobs done on 1/2/2020 in the morning and the lady manning the desk were super duper. They were very accomadating as i did not know what my end product should look like and they did a fantastic job.

I ordered a gaming chair for pick up, they told me it would take 2 weeks which as it is a long time for a pickup, after 2 weeks when i called then in to collect my order they extended another 4 days, after that they added another 7. Its a very good way to get people angry, not a a good of representing an Australian companies customer service.

Last officeworks store in northern suburbs. The other option is their Bundoora store. Being part of officeworks chain, the Quality of products on sale is very good.

Long queue waiting for printing and no one serving for purchases. When I asked it anyone is serving, the girl at the door said she could only take card. Payment by card for a 99c purchase??? Very poor customer service. Ill get my stationary elsewhere, even if its a different Office works. Epping needs to brush up on customer service really quickly.

The staff there denied to print my document in email by telling that i have to send them downloaded items. How can i download the items in their computer and the other fact is that they are of greater mb which are sent as links by gmail.

Officeworks Epping, I will not return here for my purchases of office supplies. The staff were off-key and very distracting for this purchaser. On one member being told that assistance is not required it appeared to be an invitation for harassment. I felt that i didnt meet the managers ethnic/cultural profile of customer he wanted in his store. Very disappointed in officeworks epping.

One of the only office works that makes a big fuss to price match with ligitamate online products. Most of the staff sing from a similar policy note, seems to be exclusive to this store. Havent had this issue with other stores even the one in the city.

Had a chair put aside as another store didnt have it in stock but it still took 45 minutes to get out of the store as they had staff who wernt really happy to help me get the chair and then only 2 registers when its back to school week and extremely busy

Often go in to buy supplies for our business. Last visit, with arms fully loaded I asked if they had trolleys. Young man on the door looked around and pointed to the far side of the car park saying there are some over there.I guess the days of having trolleys collected and kept near the door, or offering to get them ore even send someone over to get one are gone.This is the price we pay for wanting things a low prices I guess, companies must cut on investment in service in favour of discount prices.Will keep this in mind for future purchases.

Have telephoned Officeworks Epping 8 times in one day and the phone has rang out every single time. They either have little or no staff and/or they couldnt care less that a customer is seeking their business. Simply dont understand. Either way, its bad business.

I receive excellent service every time I visit, I never have a problem getting assistance even if I dont need it they still ask which is a lot different to some other retailer where the staff seem to hide. They have an excellent selection of products and great service

Yes they were busy and slightly under staffed they should hire more people. But what I ordered took 4 days to be delivered what they said was 5-10 working days . They were friendly, business is business and sometimes they hire less people, but thats life.if it was not for quick delivery which was a photo mug I would not give it five stars. which why it got full five stars from me. I like the mail service as it’s a good alternate to the joke that Aus Post is and I can send stuff on weekends. But that’s about it.There’s always a queue a mile long here and no one behind the counter but staff spread out wandering around aimlessly. I’d rather be served quicker than asked ten times if I need any help in the aisles.Items are almost always out of stock especially electronics - always a need to either wait or go to Bundoora/Campbellfield.Good potential let down by slow service - not staff fault, they are obviously doing as directed but poor management. It can’t be that hard. Long queue at the register? Put more staff in place. Not rocket science.

Needed to alter document for photocopying.Was going to purchase liquid paper and marker pen for that job alone probably never to use the items again.Approached Kerry at photocopy and printing counter. Explained that I needed copies but had to purchase aforementioned items to do it .Kerry kindly worked out a way of creating blank to write on and offered marker pen use.In the blink of an eye the alteration had been made and photocopies produced and paid for.This was customer service above and beyond in my opinion and Kerry must be congratulated and encouraged to pass on her CSO attributes to junior staff who i may add were helpful in directing me to the pertinent stationery aisle.Well done team.

Usually the execution of print jobs is fine, but particularly one morning, Carol/Karol a 40s 50S lady did a terrible job at printing my colour documents. None of the pages were aligned, there was an overlap, I was told how difficult it was to stand and do the job for me, and lastly my passport size photos looked yellow!!! It felt like all my photos suffered from Jaundice!!

They NEVER answer the phone!! You end up having to drive there to ask a question! its a joke! Hire more staff!! Waiting in line just as ridiculous, printing anything is a very long waiting to be served process!You can purchase at door if you are aware you can (a lot of people arent aware) otherwise you stand in a line for ages not being served.

This is my closest Officeworks store and I used to shop there often. The product range is excellent. However, the last three times I have been there the service for people wanting to pay cash for items has been dreadful. They will have three staff members at the ( busy) printing desk and no-one at the purchases desk. You have to wait, and wait, and wait.....The other day I gave up and paid with my card at the desk by the door, which I didnt want to do but needed to be on my way. I am going to switch to Bundoora or Campbellfield where hopefully management will be better.

Such a worst service, went to Epping office work for print passport size photos which have been clicked by them, the first lady told at counter that she cant print the photos so I need to go to the self printer system and have to print by myself,those printers are so complicated and I asked for help from another staff member and he said he has no idea about this and I need to asked the members who work over printing section, then third staff member came to me but she was also unable to solve my issue, then i have been told there is someone will come to serve me but no one came after waiting 20 minutes , then another staff member came and asked me that no one came to me yet, finally they told me to go to the same counter and to wait in the queue then the lady at the counter told me that she cant print the photos on photo paper she can only print the photos on A4 paper even i have the soft copy of the photos which i want to print a, after wasting 45 minutes over there Walked away .Please hire some trained staff there to help customers, at least give some training for using self photo printing system and asked them no to give excuses and if u guys cant print the photos from soft copies which is e-mailed by you, do stop that

Located in the Epping hub High Street Epping. Got lots of items but this is not a large store even though this has the printing section plus passport service etc. However the passport photos can be not up to standard. Got rejected by the post office and got to take another set. Also the service at the paying counters is horrendous. Either no one at the counter or on the phone for 15 minutes until the queue gets out of hand and people leave without buying.

Went to buy undesk drawer today. Got excited when I saw the wall of product cards. Range and styles looked awesome. BUT my style not in stock, said thats ok how about one of these others. None of those in stock (2 other styles). Asked about the black filing cabinets, on checking none of those in stock either!!! Staff member was helpful and apologetic, and said when his logger came back online hed be able to check other stores. My point, why advertise a huge range of items when you dont or cant keep at least one of them in stock. Very disappointing. Also agree with service desk staffing, 1 person serving and huge line. Also agree with other reviews, Ill be bypassing this (my local) store and go elsewhere.

Poor service! Paid for poster paper. The staff gave change except my usb. 2 days later, i came back to usb lost properties and it wasnt there. The staff thought i was a joke and laughed. Horrible service to their regular customers. Please go elsewhere.

Walked into Epping (Vic) store with the intention of buying a new tablet. Stood next to tablets for 30 minutes and attempted to get the attention of 3 different staff that walked past. Apparently simply ignoring customers is the new customer service.I finally lost interest and thought I’d take my bag of money else where, and as I walked out this fat sloth behind the counter gave me a look as to suggest if stolen something.Terrible service and apparently don’t want to sell anything more than glue sticks and blue paper.Would not recommend. Poor service seems to be pretty common with this store, what are Officeworks going to do about it?

Terribly unprofessional . I have called this store on a number of occasions and never had my call answered. When I go in store and ask staff why my phone calls ring out Im told they do not have enough time to answer the phone. Im extremely disappointed with this store.

I wish there is a zero star. It was the first time for me and it will be the last. The worst experince ever in the good guys Thomastown branch, I stood infront of the cashier for around 10 minutes and I looked like I was invesable and no one helped until I asked, they are very very very rude!!

Photo printing equipment had no paper to print out your receipt to get the photos printed.Happened in 2 different days two photo printing machines had no refills.Manage to check those paper more often to avoid wasting peoples time...

I did my self serve printing and if your going to do Google Docs printing make sure you bring your phone for security reasons and it took me 30mins to wait and Im not happy for that long wait because I didnt print anything because I had to leave before it closes. I refer you do USB printing because its way quicker to do than Google Docs and I will never do Google Doc for printing ever again

A very slow moving atmosphere here, the comments about the lack of customer services is consistent and very true.The staff are nice though when they eventually get to the cash register.No problems with returning faulty goods though.

Yesterday I visited officeworks to buy laptop for my office. I ask a person there to bring laptop for me, he checked on his gadget and said we have 4 in our account. So i waited 30 minutes for my laptop and finally a man came to me with excuses sir we dont have this model in our backup. You can go budoora office work. My wife was with me, she randomly pic some notebooks and highters fom the front of cash counter where markers are listed at price of 99 cents for a pack. We we are aboyto pay for notebooks and highlighters, the computer shows that highlighters are of 7 $ . So i pointed that u put on 99cent then why we pay $7 for that. Again we have same excuses that sir someone put this lot on wrong shelf we apologise for that. The story still on...Then my wife pickup another set of highlighters whicywas bit cheap and came back home. Next day my wife opened that highlighters to try and finally all of them are dry and not working......Worst experience ever

I went to office works just like any other week to get photos printed or in a album. After waisting 1.5 hours trying on every computer for my photos to upload I asked for help several times and finally someone came to help ... I was told the system was down earlier and that’s why the computers could be slow.... I’ve waisted my 1.5 hours to hear that ? No one was interested to help me the entire time either. Will never go again

Employee had no idea what he was doing. I waited for 50 minutes for my 13 photos to be printed off my USB. I had to print my photography for a uni assessment and office works employer cropped all my work, as he “fitted it to the page”. After saying that each photo was cut almost by half, he reprinted it, and me pay double for his mitake. I did not ask for him to crop my work, and was very disappointed. The service was terrible.
