Thank you for the lovely receptionist this morning with no patience at all, she booked me in for 10:40am appointment with doctor Mackie ( i called the clinic 7am sharp ). Also big thank you for the doctor, GP whatever everyone is calling them for not bothering at all to call for the appointment.It was a 5 minute consultation where no one, one person from that clinic was able to call me on my appointment for a antibiotic prescription.Thanks, it was not a first time. You forgetting on you real patients!!!!!

I havent been to the centre in over a year to the covid19 lock down however the service provide by the GP was excellent as it always is

The only reason I still attend this clinic is because of my doctor, if she was no longer working there I wouldnt. Their phone system is terrible and cuts off after being on hold. Today trying to chase up information , for which I was given incorrectly, I have been on hold for over 3 hours and have been cut off numerous times. Some admin staff are rude and arrogant, and just ignore patients. You can get quicker and better service at Centrelink and Medicare. Normally I dont write negative reviews but this has been going on too long and something with their system needs to change, they have good doctors but the rest of the business lets it down.

Shocking Receptionist/front of house - waited forever to be seen by doctor for our newborns shots. after being told to wait outside until the doctor is ready, hours later finally get frustrated and tell them weve been waiting long enough they ask which doctor were here to see. only to find that doctor is not in..........doctors and nurses are usually great every time we go there. its a shame their reception has no care and nothings changed over the years.... its about time they hire people who actually care or have people skills.

Wait times are terrible. Receptionist staff rarely ever pick up phone calls, I understand that it gets busy however being left on hold for almost an hour is unacceptable. Doctors are great! Reception needs work

Ive been coming here for 10 years. Apart from sometimes having to wait longer than expected (thays why I chose 4 out of 5 stars), the staff are great, the doctors are caring, and they offer a range of treatments/services so theres less pressure on the emergency room at the nearby hospital.

I had a bunch of documents to collect this evening. The staff were extremely helpful in sorting me out. There were many people crowded at the entrance but the staff managed the chaos very well. Really appreciate the service provided at this Centre and thankful to Dr Ali Ziabari for supporting me as my longtime GP. Cheers. A* service!!

I am petrified of needles and they were amazing and took really good care of me!

Very professional staff and doctors. You can always talk to the reception over the phone without putting you into the hold for hours. Plenty of parking outside and easy access to the center. Also you can shop in Pacific for groceries before or after the appointment.

Receptionist cant even bother picking up the phone was on hold for more than 1 hour 🙄 terrible and its not even busy we are in lockdown get your act together and start doing work !!!!

First time here on Saturday found the staff very nice and helpful.Didnt have to wait long for the doctor, and he was caring and very thorough.Very happy with their professional and good attitude.

Went in for a blood test and the nurse was extremely kind and friendly. Loved my experience. However, waiting time was a little long, otherwise 5/5.

Amazing medical and dental centre, many staff and workers are always there and available. Very spacious and wonderful environment to get treated. One of the receptionists, Iresha was very kind and helpful with my appointments. Great place!!

A reasonably good clinic in Epping for all your medical needs. Staff are friendly and the nurses are efficient. May be will have remind the reception staff once in a while to send certificates/scripts through which is not a big deal.

Ive been attending here for quite a few years now and have never had an issue with any doctor I have seen. Having many health services on site has been a major help for myself and various issues Ive had in the past. I have and would again recommend many of the doctors here.

The ladies on reception were very helpful. They helped answer my questions regarding the covid vaccine and helped me out with a booking - quick and easy process.

The whole atmosphere is at great quality, wonderful doctors and staff, always kept to the right standards. Medical clinic is always following COVID standards and aiming to keep us safe.

Dr. Vidya gave me the right opinion and arranged my iron infusion. The nurses were super friendly and caring. Nurses Selene and there was another nurse i forgot the name of, really took care of me and explained everything in detail ♥️

I loved the reception staff, they were very friendly and polite. The reception staff named Mariam was the one who assisted me!

My father had a appointment yesterday and arrived 10 min early to find that they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances which is understandable but my problem is that no one even bothered to call my father to advise of the closure (deep cleaning)Today, 10 min on hold to make an appointment then was cut off, they answer the phone then the line cuts out.Is there a problem with the phone lines? Someone did answer after the third attempt. This seems to happen often.

Even though there’s a couple of good doctors, I won’t be going here anymore. They have introduced appointment times, you still need to wait for 1 hour plus. You can never get through on the phone. I only come here as a last resort or do telephone appointments to pick up a script .

I would just like to say that the Reception staff are great. We have attended your clinic since just after it opened and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We attended on Friday for our Covid-19 Vaccine and thanks to Val and the nurse the process was extremely easy. They are always helpful and accommodating. Dr. Alaskary is also exceptional. I have been visiting this practice for over 11 years. The doctors and nurses and technical staff are very skilled and thorough. From the time I have been visiting this practice, I have consulted from Dr.Vidya Prabhu and she is a very versatile and talented physician with an in-depth knowledge of medicine and articulation of the diagnosis. Dr. Vidya has diagnosed conditions which has gone unnoticed and has taken special care in providing the right treatment. I highly recommend this practice.

The addition of an appointment system is great! Previous wait time for first available doctor was massive, now running on appointments you can at least have an appointment time, go away do some shopping and come back. Great improvements happening at this clinic. Also self serve check in! its brilliant! well done on the massive changes, impressive. Highly rate this clinic, very satisfied patient

I had my flu vaccination in Epping Plaza centre recently. Receptionist (dont remember the name) was very nice and friendly, advised me the doctor and its so comfortable that there is a pharmacy next door.

Amazing, helped me out well, Cora my nurse for the day made things easy for me and was calm and professional.

Spotless facilities with welcoming staff and plenty of waiting areas. Found the whole process really easy.

This is by far the worst clinic that has ever existed. I wouldn’t even go back to this clinic if I was on deaths door and no other clinic exists! The staff are so rude! You book an appointment and wait for an hour to two after the appointment only to be asked oh do you have an appointment? The clinic should be shut down for ever!

Came in for flu vaccination today, Dr Mackie and the immunisation nurse were friendly and caring. Was a nice experience. Didn’t feel a thing. 10/10It would be nice if the reception staff could smile and be slightly friendly. They seem a bit unprofessional. 6/10.

Terrible experience. The doctors make us wait for more than two hours every time. They hardly check the patience for five minutes. No respect for time nor for patients.

If I wanted a joke I would have gone to a circus. Poorly managed telehealth experience. Have had a few experiences of not being called on day of pre booked appointment since start of pandemic. Today had booked a double appointment after an experience on Monday where the GP said they didnt have enough time to my fulfil request during my booked telehealth apt. Today when I finally got the call 3 hours late the call dropped after 5 seconds, GP made no attempt to call back. I called reception twice to ask for a call back and they assured me the GP would call back. Have had no call back at all.I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years due to convenience of location but after these experiences I will be moving to another practice.- Also please dont blame my phone number. I have been on several other phone calls today which all have been fine. Please fix your service.

Could be improved with a dedicated telephonist arrangement so that calls are handled quickly, instead of staff having to multitask continuously.

I needed to see a doctor and i had called several in the area, i finally got an appointment at Epping. I can say that i will never go back here again. The doctor was so rude and made me feel small. After completing the procedure my hearing as gotten worse. I will never recommend this place to anybody i know. Bad customer service.

Called up for an appointment for the next day and who ever was behind the desk had the nastiest attitude... Lucky I stayed positive about it!!

Shocking service, will never attend again. Called multiple times to get my results - no answer. Finally got onto someone who said my information had been entered incorrectly. Fixed this information and all the private text message said was I need to make another appointment. Asked for results to be sent to my regular GP, this couldnt be done because the were at a different clinic. Dont waste your time with this joke of a medical centre.

I am sure that anyone can find what the chaos is in the rubbish Epping Plaza Medical center, from the given low ratings to them. I had an appointment today and drove for about 30 minutes to get there. Then I was told that the doctor has gone and my appointment cancelled. When I asked the receptionist why they did not inform me about the cancellation earlier, then I was told that they were busy. Really? Are you serious?! Only you are busy and the patients are not busy? This shows that this medical center does not have any respect to their patiens and their valuable time. They only think about themselves and their profits. Never go back to this rubbish medical center. Very poor customer service.

I don’t know how many times people can complain about the reception staff here before management actually take it seriously.Weekend receptionists aren’t that bad, but the weekday ones, incredibly lazy, impatient, zero people skills, wait times for phone calls exceed 30 minutes. Poor attitudes and somehow get away with it.You need to become more family friendly, your doctors are actually pretty good but theWait times are not worth it. Yes you made appointments but I think you need to consider longer appointments so then the wait time doesn’t lead to hours. Patients push themselves onto doctors even if it is not their appointment time, which is incredibly frustrating, receptionists just brush off complaints rather than show a small bit of empathy and understanding.It is extremely poorly managed, with wait times being faster in a hospital.I have been waiting for a call from my doctor for over 24 hours now (and I wish I was lying or exaggerating) but I’m not.The worse clinic, not family friendly, receptionists are far from friendly (you will find friendlier staff in prisons) and unfortunately despite my doctor being one of the best I have ever seen I have no choice but to seek another clinic due to terrible managing of the whole clinic.

Just had my second shot of Astrazeneca, here at Epping Plaza Medical. All the staff were great and very friendly and professional making it for a stress free experience.

I am disappointed, instead of giving me the treatment, Dr Akhter Hossain told me that I was visiting other doctors in the clinic, so why didnt I ask them for treatment, I left the clinic and was angry about his mistreatment.

Took 2 hours late to receive the telehealth from your gp and no solution after unlimited times attended. Really lazy doctors. They rush you, do the bare minimum and just want you out the door.

This place is disgusting! Reception staff are hopeless! Over 37mins on hold, only to get hung up on. They didnt even answer my call at all! Ive seen them be rude to other patients. The place is filthy, no-one cleaned or disinfected anything in the couple of hours I waited for my appointment, instead sat around & complained about the patients.Do your family a favour and go somewhere else.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Quite possibly the worst managed medical center I have visited in the whole country. Made an appointment at 1.30 and had to wait for an hour and half.. The center is not even too busy today, so that cant be the excuse.The system overall has absolutely zero regard for the patients time. Does anyone know if you can bill the medical center for time that I could have been spending on my client instead - this is the only way things will change.

Nursing service is good - Sue is efficient, friendly and often make the injections less painful by distracting me with friendly chats

Great doctors, very caring and very informative with information at time of appointment.

Every time I book my appointment its never on time. On top of that they reschedule your appointment for next day at 1:10 pm but doc shows up at 2:00 pm. Please do consider 10- 15 min is something that we can wait for But its always an hour which is frustrating. Thank you!

The worst clinic! first, you don’t have doctors who know their job, they’re not doctors and I don’t know how they work at all. and at the reception work the worst workers who are neither for collecting carts nor for work in the clinic!!! Horror!!!!

Always waiting close to an hour to see doctor even when making a appointment. Doctors rush you out the door and barely help. When their is a good doctor their they always leave a year or two later.

Previously customers would walk in to see a GP without appointments and sometimes there would be long waiting periods depending on which doctor you were waiting to see. Now it is changed and you cannot see a GP unless there is appointment. The issue is now is that when you attempt to book an appointment through the HaloGP app you need to wait until this appointment is confirmed and very often you will have your booking declined due to doctor not available . When you attempt to call the clinic very often they will not answer the calls for very long time. Ive had times where i could not get through to them unless i went into the clinic and even then was advised they are fully booked for the day and to use the App to book appointment online. My last recent experience was that i had a phone appointment with the doctor whom called a bit after the time agreed as result i couldnt answer however i have tried to call back the clinic within 5 minutes to speak with the doctor but no one has answered the call for 1 hour of me waiting on the line.. eventually i hanged up and did not end up speaking to the doctor. i understand the clinic can be busy with other patients walking in or othe phone calls but i honestly struggle to understand how a phone call is not answered for 1 hour . This is a very poor service and maybe the clinic needs to recruit more admin staff to be able to provide services on time if they are that busy that they cannot answer a call for 1 hour ( note: the call was made from 2.20 to 3.20) i dont think these are peak hours.

Highly rate this clinic, they are super busy and I see some people so rude to them, they do an amazing job. My GP there is always so kind and the reception does their best! A+
