We hosted an event in this hall, very beautiful and big reception hall, food is awesome. Has got all the amenities, the staff is polite. Got two big projector screens. Nick arranged all the decorations and the DJ. It was a wonderful ambience all together. Really recommend it.

Had an amazing Eid gala function there

I was there for a 18th birthday party.The place itself is very large with a step down (sunken) large circle dance floor.The food was ok (-my son practically polished off a whole dish of fish pakoras )It was a set menu so could only try what was on offer so everything was ok.The staff were very professional and attentive to the guests.

The best service ever I saw here in this function hall , food was so nice and tasty , staff is so friendly great service owner Narinder is very caring.Highly recommend

One of the best reception hall we have ever been too! its the place to be! Thanks to Nick for providing excellent customer service and serving really authentic indian food. Our guests loved the service and the food. The prices were also very affordable compare to other venus we looked at.thanks Nick will deffs come back with another event!

Dont spoil your function, mood and money. Their food 🤭, service🥱,money 🤑. Excuses given by mistake food overcooked, service sir table service is hardest(why you charging for service), we order dessert no one couldnt find name of it 🤣 and taste 🥵 . people from next hall was out on counter with their served gulabjamun and complaining it has sour(khatta) taste. sir its been 8 month since we last open. Simply its just place to avoid if something else is available.👎

A lovely venue for indian as well as pakistani weddings. The food is JUST AMAZING, we tried chicken chilli, fried fish, chaat papadi, veg Manchurian and many other dishes; all were absolutely delicious and the owner was nice and polite and accommodated to our situation! definitely recommend!!

We had a birthday party of our son on 18 January 2020 in the heritage. We had a great experience with very nice food and variety and the decoration they done was awesome. It’s awesome place for celebrations🎉🎉🎉

Food was amazing. I love the hall layout with the huge dance floor in the middle. I have been here twice and food has been consistently good both times. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is because I found the service was not up to the mark.

We had this place for a long time in our bucket list, finally this Sunday on the occasion of my friends birthday, we went there. The first thing to mention about this place is its ambience and cleanliness. The staff service here is one of the best I got.Now coming to the food, we ordered quite a plentiful. Honestly, most of the dishes were delightful and chicken wings in barbecue sauce were the best. I think everyone should try that. The taste of the food here was amazing. Wish to visit there again.

The place is not bad however the organization on big function or party is not good.They need to be training in how the food go to be serve on self area. The carpet need renovation and the place need a good cleaning as you smell

I visited to this venue on 4 reception dinner program. It is a great place with plenty of space for DJ, dance, interaction , friendliest staff, great varieties of most delicious exotic Indian cuisine and lots of parking place. The owner Natendra Garg who is a very amicable person personally supervise to make sure customers have a memorable time. I recommend this place a worth visit and enjoy and later you will tempted to come again

Ever since the venue was sold the service on big functions is appalling. People wait for an hour to buy a drink. Not enough staff and they dont even sell real Coke. You would think that by now they wouldve learn but i think they just dont care. So disappointing... Zero star rating!

It has very big function room, last week my friends engagement held there. I love that place. Kids also enjoyed.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE PLAGUE !!! This is probably the worst reception center in Melbourne. Absolutely RUDE Customer service by the FAT ARROGANT Manager/Owner Nirender. The center does not have a safety rail along the dance floor and one of our kids almost fell 4 feet down. I really wonder how this place is still open as this is health and safety issue. I will be putting a complaint to whittlesea Council to assess this center for safety . When we raised this issue with the owner he advised that nothing happened so it shouldnt matter and if it did he has a first aid kit.Everyone, please be careful if you are thinking to book this venue. If you choose to do it please make sure your kids and elderly are safe and all the details are written and agreed on paper as the owner changes tunes.There are other better places in Melbourne in northern suburbs. AVOID this place if you want no stress and no injuries.Thanks

We were being there last week there , food was amazing and beautiful ambience , staff was very friendly and responsive . Owner is very humble and sweet spoken. We love to recommend this place to our friends as we would like to go there again and again.

Very unprofessional owner Narinder who call himself Nick, before booking will make so many promises and once you have booked his tone will change. We booked for 1 function , no paper work at all he will only say dont stress we will look after you. at our function he was having food which we paid for and making videos. All the ladies and kids were dancing and he kept making videos, no shame at all.He gave us a menu to select and we got back to him, he told us certain items would not be possible. i questioned him why he did not let us know before giving the menu, to that he replied either select whats available or u may cancel the booking. He charged us for every small thing, also will not provide you the food to take away which you have already paid for. seems he will be using the same food for the evening function. Probably he is still getting booking under the name of the old owner Goldy we have done few functions there before but previous owner was really nice and professional to deal with. This new owner Nick is very unprofessional, and still getting booking based on the previous owners reputation. If he gets a chance he will even charge you for free parking as well. will never recommend him to anyone.

Last week I had a chance to go there,One of the best venue and reception centre , plenty of space ,very tasty food , excellent customer service,Owner and staff very helpful.Highly recommend for any parties.

Absolutely horrible catering service by the New owner Narinder. Got catering done by them for my brothers 21st. Half of the guest didnt get enough food and wasnt even dishes out. To top it off the food was horrible. The previous owner Goldy was phenomenal! Never again under this management.

Their wedding reception is dirty and the waitresses there were no help and the owner only had 2 people running the place during the wedding! the bride began to cry because the smoke during their first dance didnt work and by the time it did begin to work it didnt stay down it went up to their faces and we couldnt even see them anymore!

Soo many negatives dont know where to start from. This venue is an invitation to accidents. The stage doesn’t have any railings or bars to be safe for kids and elderly. The stairs have sharp edges which could easily lead to a mishap if not extra careful. The day we had our event it was raining outside and there was leak in the roof which spoiled our event and th reputation in front of our guests. The owner kept loitering around making videos of our private event and kept grazing from the food we had for our guests. He was least bothered about th services he promised us. We ran out of bread for our guests where as the owner was standing right in front of the buffet eating dessert. Very unprofessional and over confident. It was a very disappointing experience for us. NEVER going back there.

Very bad service, the owner making video of our function and eating as well. The food wasnt good too. Wont recommend to anyone. (begani shadi main abdulla deewana).We booked for two functions and paid advance, (for the second function) after acceping the money he gave the hall to another person and cancelled our booking two days before the function and said he will return our advance, which he hasnt until now. (two weeks has gone) he has stopped answering calls as well.
