My first time using a Lensball. I was so excited when my flowers started to bloom. What do you think?

I got a Lensball as a gift for my birthday just before I went to Paris, been wanting one for a while and obviously I had to take it on the trip with me.The Lensball itself is well packaged, it comes in a box fit for the size ball that you’ve got with a mould around the edges so the ball can’t move about and it’s kept in a bag made from the same fabric you use to clean glasses with.It’s a great addition to anyone doing photography for something extra and a great idea for a gift to anyone. The Lensball is a fun and interesting tool that creates outstanding photos. When most people see my photos, the reaction is usually along the lines of “What is that! Cool photo!”

I would give Lensball ZERO stars... Lensball has TERRIBLE customer service. They give inaccurate shipping estimates and when you reach out for help via email they will ignore you for days at a time. When they finally reply, they will not answer any of your questions, just keep sending you the same useless tracking number over and over.  If you post on their social media about your problems they will delete your posts. If you are persistent   like me and repost them, they will eventually reach out via messenger to give the same terrible customer service and no answers. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I bought my lensball around Christmas time and Im in LOVE with it! It arrived in its own protective bag and in a very protective box. It is very high quality and is an amazing new addition to my photo bag. It has opened up a whole new world for my photography hobby! I now see things differently all defined by how they would look through the lensball! I would HIGHLY recommend this item and strongly suggest not to buy the knock off items. Buy direct from the site for the best quality! I dont leave home without it!

The presentation and packaging of this product is absolutely on point. It makes you want to open it .... as if it were a jewelry box. And it kind of is! A little gem of photographic sphere that requires almost no learning curve to use. It took a bit of time to arrive but well worth the wait. Oh, and on that note, well worth the weight lol. You might notice your bag a bit heavier carrying this, but a small inconvenience compared to the fun youll be having capturing shots. Very responsive company to communicate with as well. Impressed with everything about this purchase. P.S. Christmas stocking stuffers . . . done and done!!

The lensball is such an amazing tool to use in your photography. It’s probably better than any prism i’ve ever used and adds a really distinct touch to your shots! It’s made my photography style more elevated and I’ve been able to use it for sports and portrait photography. All in all it’s a 5 star product and should be owned by anyone and everyone seeking cooler photographic shots in their portfolio.

I ordered 2 lensballa they were delivered to the wrong country but when I contacted Lensball they where great & reshipped the balls to me. I can say Im very happy with the way they arrived packed for the long trip to Australia to arrive undamaged Thanks Lensball.

Buyers beware! Package ships from China and takes forever to arrive to the destination. Ordered around the end of November 2018, unfortunately never received my package. After emailing customer service I was given no other information other than tracking number and a comment that Lensball is not responsible for local delivery service. Seeing as French postal system is not the most reliable if I was given a choice on shipping provider I would have chosen signature upon receipt or a different method of shipment. However , customers are not given such choice when paying and now my package is no where to be found and the customer service stopped replying after the first email. Frustrated and disappointed in the customer service.

Had a bad experience with the Lensball Customer Service. After talking to them, they want to make sure I was taking care of. They made sure I got a email or a message to tell me where my Lensball was. When I received my Lensball they wanted to know if I was happy. Slow shipping. Was told that it would be europe shipping but it was shipped from China and still hasn’t left their airport for 3 weeks now. Not sure why they can’t do anything with this courier especially when things are meant as christmas gifts. Can’t cancel or reroute the shipment either.

A quality made product I have received from Lensball. The packaging was superb and obviously made to keep it safe in its journey to me, which by the way took less time than I had anticipated considering the current issues around Australian importing laws and such. Optically clear with no issues with my camera, phone or DSLR it works wonderfully. The ball is able to clearly showcase things such as the heart of a fire its in front of, or the joyful face of a dog. The large sphere is also an excellent way to accidentally learn about the fine art of magnification glass and its ability to create heat and harness the power of the sun! I digress though, hold the ball incorrectly and this finely crafted ball of crystal glass will instantly create a heatspot on your hand equivalent to a dozen stove tops concentrated on a single point all thanks to that optically clear glass fine work manship and durability, even withstood the dog giving it a test bite out of curiosity.

Love it a lot, is so enjoyable and the quality is top notch. For me is a must have.

Definitely a 5 star company! I have two Lensball’s. Both the Pocket and the Pro version. I ordered them separately and a few weeks apart, but each took about a weeks time to reach me here in the US. The packaging is top notch! Very well done! I’ve managed to get quite a few images I’m super happy with, using their products. I have the Pocket with me on every shoot and I bring along the Pro for bigger trips or longer shoots. From my experience, they consist of an awesome team of individuals who care and communicate with their customers. I am in contact with them weekly on Instagram, sharing images I’ve captured with their products. They’ve even been kind enough to feature a couple of my photos on their Instagram account, which is super awesome! 😁 If you’re not following them on Instagram...what are you even doing? Haha😆 it’s awesome seeing other creators and their work be featured. It’s great for inspiration!(No I was not paid to say any of this, I just love this company!)

I got my lensball aproximately one week ago. I usualy don’t take many images but tend to shoot few well planned and thought captures. This small item inspires me and so I have been out three times already.Of course I know the classical (and wonderful) landscape and light works, that are possible.As my photography is more dark and bnw only, I tried a different approach. I was interested whether this completely different genre might benefit from the lensball and are thrilled to see:It does.The lensball offered so many opportunities and facilities and it’s a wonderful tool to improve and enhance ideas and creativity.I am surprised from the solid the quality of the lensball. It will accompany me in future and I am looking forward to realize some ideas I already have.A five star rating from me.

After two weeks which seemed to have not moved from the starting point, I contacted the assistance, which replied to me and asked me to wait just another 3 days; I made 6 pass, without result, so I contacted to ask for explanations on the matter. It had to take 15 to 30 days to arrive .. Mine took 33!Eventually it arrived, I had almost lost hope!

I had previously ordered a cheap ball from a large supplier on the Internet, but it was both smaller and lighter. And when I took pictures with it, the picture was never clear. Then I left that for a long time until I came across the Lensball Instagram page and then I got over it and ordered a lensball again and that was the right decision. The packaging and the quality of the ball alone cannot be compared with the cheap one. This lensball is so clear and of high quality you can see it directly. No matter where I unpack it, everyone is fascinated and wants to look at the world through the globe. Ive mixed a few photos so far and they have turned out to be uniquely beautiful. As a photographer, I can only make one buy recommendation. In my opinion this is the real lensball of all other money wasted.
