I Face bad service from lady who was serving me. Firts she didnt gave proper service. Very disappointed with service. While serving me she was distracted saying to another colleague have you seen Snapchat, I sent it to you. Colleague answered oh nice Im hungry. And I didnt like that she wasnt paying attention to me. Im loyal customer more than 12 years. We had looked at an offer on the app and she said they didnt have it which confused me. But also I said I wanted to compare and look at offers and she didnt tell me about any. I just decided to leave and that Ill do it via phone.

Your employee, Naidin provided me with warm and comforting customer service. I never felt that I was asking too much and any questions I had to ask she went above and beyond to help to reach a conclusion. Great work 👌

The manager -Ahmed were extremely helpful. Deal with unsolvable problems that I had from three phone support and he offered me the best deal on the market and setup new contract & get my phone back. I highly recommend this store!! Thank you

The manager , Ahmed was extremely patient and gave me the best customer experience ever. Im going to recommend all my friends and family to the Enfield store. I did even sent my sister to the store last Friday but Ahmed wasnt around so she will definitely go back to the store this week to complete an upgrade.

Before I start I just want to clarify, whom Im talking about isnt Ant the previous manager I havent got a bad word to say about him, He is top tier its a shame he left. BUT the new manager who I had high expectations for unfortunately has fallen very short of them. Speaking as an ex employee of Ahmed the new manager, I came to him to discuss my leaving the business and moving on to something that I wanted to make a career out of, we spoke in length about this twice over the phone about how its time I do something for my career rather than just working a job the sake of it, once we came to the decision that me staying on wouldnt be beneficial to either of us before the store reopened to the public he accepted my resignation and I came into store the following day to give in my uniform.At no point did he stipulate to me that upon me leaving the business that I would not receive my last months payment or holiday pay. Payday came around and I received just over £135 when I was expecting a full months pay to get me through the month so I could move on to my next job and get through the month. When I called Ahmed to ask him whats going on he laughed and expressed that I should have known better and know the policies.I dont know what man in a management position wouldnt let an employee that is father know that if he left the business he would be left financially unstable and have no money to provide for his family and pay his bills. Three have said that they will make sure he doesnt do that again in the future which is good but doesnt help me right now who cannot put food in his fridge. Three have made NO effort in making Ahmed or them take responsibility for his either lack of training or lack care for his staff past or present, and made no effort in helping me with what he has caused!Anyone who now chooses to work with someone like this I say read this before you trust these people with your lively hood as they will drop responsibility at the drop of a hat and make it out to be your fault and left out to dry.

Lots of phones to choose from but most are expensive if you want any decent amount of data, even if the phone is cheap. Staff were friendly.

I have been in the store this afternoon because I wanted to buy a phone, the manager very unprofessional talking to me with the bow on the table , telling me that he couldn’t help me in a very rude way.I just went in the store in Enfield because the guys from Wood Green’s store told me that Enfield had it in stock.Anyway, I wanted to spend my money on three but I can’t go back after this behavior.

Never been into a store where the staff were so disinterested a complete waste of time, went in for a cover and a case, was told nobody could help me as I had to return the following day for a member of staff who could use a particular machine, on returning the following day I was greeted by the same individuals and had to wait for someone to tell me they were out of stock, very professional, I think not.would not recommend 3 to anyone.

Horrible - they are cheap -but absoluty lack any sense of service. They will try to charge you cancellation fee even when you leave within 14 days. Be aware!

I had an unusual experience at this branch yesterday. I was swapping from an iphone to a Samsung and had NO idea how to do the data swap!This is where India comes into this. She friendly, knowledgeable and patient.This is not a process that takes a few minutes, yet at no time was a made to feel like I was taking up too much time, not where other customers ignored. We even went past India,s clocking out time without complaint or looking at a watch!Altogether a friendly experience and a very happy, satisfied customer. The other staff were also friendly and not clock watching. It must be a good atmosphere to work in. Thank you for your help!

The store is very responsive and is located inside the shopping mall, so its convenient to stop by while shopping. Its not so crowded during the day, so you can use it without waiting too much. He explained that the sim card is cheap at £ 15 for 5G and can be used in 71 countries, but no one explained that there is a separate data roaming fee. Whats more, when I traveled to Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and France, turning on data roaming didnt help and I bought a new sim card for 3.5G 20 euros at Vodafone in Spain. Vodafone was very convenient to use in EU member states with no data roaming charges. Also, I felt inconvenient because I had to go to the store each time because I couldnt do top-up online without an account in the UK, and I was told that it would be useless until just before the expiration date. .. ..
