Worst ever experience here.Food quality is very very poor. No proper ambience. Lot of misquotes and cockroaches. And last but not least, service is awkward. They will watch TV and ignores you.Don’t go for it.

This place here is very modern... they sell a lot of items .... first of all it is a bakery .. they sell different kinds of food stuff.. the prices are good.. this place is near to colleges and some schools and is very famous nearby... i visited this place a lot of times with my friends and enjoyed a lot with the favourite food

Today i ordered vanilla cake. Cake was not good in taste, it is full of cream only no cake taste. Online service was bad. Taking money 592rs per kg for normal cake but taste was creamy.

The service and food was UNIMAGINABLE . So BAD and HORRIBLE . Not a single person said the food was good. The rusmali sweet was like a rubber dipped in sweetened and coloured milk. The biriyani and ladyfinger fry didnt have any nuts. We ordered lunch for 200 people and breakfast for 60. Not a single person complimented the catering. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!My Family and friends complained about the food and said it was tasteless. The paper plates were not good quality either, it was like eating on the table with a thin wrapper shaped like a plate in front of us. It was not worth the money. They gave us very low quality things as if we paid less money. I and my family are not satisfied at all. Be careful with this caterers to avoid experience like us.

We ordered food for 200 people and breakfast for 70 people. It was very horrible experience in all aspects. For breakfast they charged Rs.75 and it was ok.For lunch it was Rs.370. They took extreme care to not include single nut (kaju or groundnut) in any item (shame), all the items were tasteless and people felt, as if we compromised and ordered food for Rs.100 per person.Both breakfast and lunch they delayed by 1and half hour. Guests were hungry and few of them were quit without having lunch. No single positive comment from any guest on food.My strong recommendation is to think ten times before approaching Food Waves.Our function was held on 13th Aug 2017 at VTR Grand Eluru.
