Very poor quality of servicing for Enfield vehicles, especially manager suman need to know how to behave with the customers. V already lodged complaint on this service centre hope v get positive reaction from the enfield authority. The brand images has been reducing in eluru because neither they have gd technicians nor gd manager.

Very good receiving and they give bikes within time. Fully satisfied when I take delivery from showroom.

If you are going for finance option at the showroom, never ever consider CHOLA FINANCE there, especially dont spoke to a person named SRINIVASA RAO. Worst service for the customers from their side. showroom staff also involves in gambling type incidents, like you may book the bike prior to 15 days or 30 days, but they will allot our vehicle for some others who are willing to pay extra bucks to take instant delivery. The whole system there is fraud. Even after booking one have to roam around their showroom for at least 20 times to take the delivery. They not even attend your phone calls and never do a call to customer that their bike is available for delivery. If the customer didnt check regularly, they allot the bike booked on your name to someone else. The biggest worst showroom i visited until now. Giving 1 star is also too much for them

Worst service, not up to mark and they arent doing any things that bike needs they just keep your bike clean and give you a pricy service bill, no matter for what others they did but for me and the people I know its not that worthy .
