I has visited gold section it having articals of good workmanship but fixing up charges for tarugu is 13% which indicates too high I feel and further when we enquire about the sales man generated a quotation by entering our name and mobile no but refused to give for our reference if it so how we can compare with others I do not under stand

I think rating 1/5 is also very high for this. They display that all products are under offer. But, when we purchase and go for billing they say offer is not applicable on this product. I dont know why they cheat people like this.

We have visited this store to buy ear rings and had a silly and irritating experience. We liked two pairs of ear rings one of which was coincidentally liked by their MDs daughter. They said its been on hold and are not willing to sell it to customers. I gave them a workaround to get it from some other location as we needed them for an occasion next day. They were ready to lose business after making some requests to whoever it was. Not sure if they give importance to something called customer satisfaction. Definitely customers are not their priority. They should run the whole show for their MDs daughter not for customers!!

One can easily come by Bus, get down, go to shopping in one minute walkable distance and after shopping easily can return by bus. Jewelry wing also available.

Worst Experience in my life while purchasing gold. While entering into shop there is a board displaying gold rate is 3628/- but when we purchased it is 3665/- . If we ask about the rate they say that board is yesterdays rate. If there is zero I would have been it instead of one.
