My packet reached Eluru 2 days back. God alone knows when it will be delivered. The delivery is delayed in the hope that customers who are in a hurry pick it up themselves. The customer support number is pathetic. Tests your patience just the way these people do. Going to advise my clients not to use this courier in future.

Its average place to courier the products.. Staff need to be improved in both communication and managing skills

While tracking my package in online its showing successfully delivered, But i did not get my package yet and after that i went to the office of DTDC (eluru Branch) and the response i got from them is worst than i expected. this was the second time i am facing this problem due to DTDC courier seviece eluru,rrpet. please dont trust this organization for your valuables to send.

Worst courier service in Eluru, They simply saying customers to come to office to collect or we will return the parcel by this evening that too in a very impolite manner. They are just saving delivery boys salaries and making customers as pickup guys. If you cannot deliver at home what about the charges we are paid for that. Your end is near guys wait..

The worst courier office among all India, these guys never deliver to home as these are Bosses of Eluru city, very very arrogant staff, if DTDC has one more office like this Eluru RR pet office it will be shutdown in near future...

They dont deliver the goods to asram, Malkapuram. Instead they they will call to the person and ask us in impolite manner to come and receive the parcel in Eluru office.DTDC should deliver the parcel to the door.
