This is the best store you can find. Its not just the great collection they have ,but the kind and warmth people.The franchise owner especially was very nice and kind. She was polite and very communicative. She understands your situations, asks for your requirements and suggest and shows you the best. She took extra step for me when my mom wasnt in a position to visit the store. We bought birthday dress for my nephews 1 year birthday and a second dress, and the fabric and designs were very good.I was glad that I found this store online ,as I live abroad and I will make sure I visit the store again when I am in the city. Low quality and bringing some products from online and selling them with too much price.No return or exchange available. A maternity nighty there brought from online which costs 300/ but selling it for 1000/-.When I asked the staff about this matter their agreed.New models are not available. Selling old stock you can also find dust on the productsFor that old stock the prices are very high.Please dont waste your time and money in this shop.

Good thing is most items found are made in indiaItems being sold were not that good, they say magnetic but items are velcrow ones like that...Too limited toys soo..

Products are of same price as first cry dot com, often discounts are available. Visit this place for good quality products. Only downside is no car parking.
