The employee has no respect for customers.She is around 30-40 old and still has no work manners. She addressed me without honorifics while I was talking to her politely.No respect for customers.. Bad attitude. Also,Customers should be careful while getting recharge plans from this store.. I was new to this store and she told me the wrong and higher price plan without asking for my choice when I was looking for a minimum plan. So beware and ask clearly what you want even if she doesnt ask and misguide or talks hesitantly... Ignorant.. I wanted to leave the store because of her attitude but I couldnt because I was in hurry. But, you can do it.

They dont deserve even 1 star. I would have given negative rating if it is there. The people who ever sitting inside the store doesnt have any Common Sense. We tried to change Postpaid to Prepaid of my parents mobile which is hardly used for Voice communication, but they demanded to recharge of First time recharge is Rs.600/- minimum, other wise they are not ready to do. My question is why 600 for Basic mobile phone? where there is no data usage. When we contacted Idea Customer support they said there is minimum FRC - first time recharge is from Rs.76/- can be done, but the store people denied and given rude and arrogant replies even after multiple followups with Idea Customer Support also. I am not sure why Idea is not taking care of these kind of stores / people even it is going to sink.In simple words the store people service is pathetic and worst, they talk if the amount is high, other wise big no 👎. After multiple tries I have ported to other Tele vendor.

Not good, no proper parking, interior was too bad. No proper seating arrangement, negative response from operators.
