I have seen Green Valley project and Platinum in Kannur, both of them are unique in style and excellent in quality . superior construction quality .. excellent ,exterior wall painting.

I suggest every customer who approaches PVS for an apartment....LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP. As I had a bitter experience I wont let any more customers to have the same. The electrical connections are too low level. The switches of ABB who claim to be the best seems to be the worst for the work done in PVS GREEN VALLEY. As switches low quality and many of them has no connectivity also, only switches but no connections done. We the owners of the flats rectified the issues from their own pockets. The builders even did not provide us an electrical drawing to each individual owners of their owned flat. Anyways I personally would not encourage any single person to own a house constructed under PVS BUILDERS and DEVELOPERS.

I came to know PVS through KTC , the most trusted parcel service company.They are carrying the same trust with their builders group also, all the projects were completed on time and they are one of the few builders in Kerala to use laterite other than cement blocks. I do recommend PVS in Kerala..

I owns 2 pvs flats and i used to recommend pvs to my relatives and friends. spacious flats and good ambience at very attractive pricing . Keep it up pvs group. Waiting for new projects. Try to include swimming pool and a kids play area

I have visited your Green Valley flat at Chala. I thinks its one of the most beautiful project with hill rocks in background .. i would like to get a two bedroom flat for rent, your security person gate informed all the unites are occupied . My daughter in studding in Chintech near by your project , some one kindle contact me so as to get a two bed room flat at least by Jan 2020. The rent it seems too high . security told me that for 2BHK they are charging From 12000/- to 15000/- .. its little bit higher...
