The spreads were a few in number , the taste was mediocre and the service slow. The saving grace was the sweets and ambience.Not at all a 5 star service.

Despite the fact that the place is amazing and the decorations and interior designing is fantastic, the food here isnt that great.Maybe an off night is when I stumbled about this restaurant, but the pricing is definitely not worthy of the food served here.Cold stale food on the buffet.Dessert spread and presentation is plausible but definitely not palatable.Not recommended for any occasion.

Tried their weekend brunch buffet. The range was quite extensive: North and South Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and European. There was a live grill, a brick pizza oven, chaat stall and egg station. Some flavours were slightly modified to appeal to the local palate; the modifications were not so subtle in quite a few of the dishes. Price was pretty reasonable and included open bar.

Good ambiance, good service, tasty food

I had fantastic experience with Radisson Blu. Right when I entered the hotel the security, the front desk, housekeeping everyone was so friendly and helpful until the day we left. Felt like a family.. well my family and i was there for 2 nights. Food was really well organized and tasty too.. Tremendous Hospitality.Thank you Radisson Blu for giving us a happy stay. You guys really did good job.

I visited Oasis restaurant which is in Radisson hotel, Egmore. The worst experience I ever had. We booked a Sunday brunch buffet. There was no one to serve us or to tell us about the menu. Have ordered pasta and it took them more than 30 mins to bring that. No one was even noticing the empty water glassese. There was no rush at the restaurant, only 3-4 couples were there. We had to remind them multiple times to bring the ordered starters but the staff was least bothered. Will never visit again..

The restaurant inside Radisson blu Egmore has both a la carte and buffet options. We chose the Sunday brunch buffet and observed it to offer very limited options on the spread. Apart from a few dishes, the spread was the same run off the mill items. The waiters were very courteous and polite.Due to an AC malfunction, the place was hot which further added to the misery. Overall for the price you pay, the restaurant is not worth your visit.

The variety was too good.Service and ambience was excellent.Live counters are also there.Soup was creamy and the desserts were just melting in our mouth.

One of the best and top pubs in Chennai ..enjoyed very well with good music ... The cost of alcohol also very reasonable.. better to go with your loved once you can enjoy well

Food was good, but wait time was very long

Oasis -Radisson Blu has both à la carte and buffet. We went for a Thursday afternoon lunch. The buffet was Rs 1399 and we didnt think the buffet was worth the cost so we decided to go with à la carte. We felt the number of appetizers on the menu was very limited. We ordered the calamari fritters , chettinadu chicken satay and chicken biryani. Both the appetizers were really good but the biryani was just horrible. The waiter was kind enough to take back the biryani and tweak it per what we had wanted . Unfortunately the biryani was still not good.Overall the restaurant has a decent ambiance, very good service and mediocre food.

We had booked this hotel through make my trip. While booking we had given the details as to how many of us needed to ve accommodated I. E. Two adults and 2 children. However when we went to the hotel the manager said that we have to pay extra for the kids. When we told them that we had specified the occupants very clearly while booking and that their voucher also specified 2 adults and 2 children and also asked why this extra charge was not mentioned. The hotel had multiple answers, one of which was make my trip booking are confusion and that we should not be using it. When we asked them the question as to why are they even partnering with make my trip in that case, they had no answer. One guy then said its my problem and shows some terms and conditions that the hotel can charge extra for the extra bed. When we told them we do not want anything extra and want only what we have booked for he did not have any answers. Then we called make my trip who first said that we are right and that hotel should not be saying this bit afterwards they said what the hotel said is right. After escalating the situation to 2 managers make my trip and hotel agreed to give us the extra beds without any charge. Hotel breakfast - we saw a cockroach timing where the tea and the omelette were made. When I showed it to the chef he simple took the cockroach down and killed it with his feet and started to make on letter again. The front desk is useless . When asked for places to see and information about the surrounding areas they simple told us to Google. We also kept getting wake up calls whole night after 2 hours for 4 days. When we complained they said they will clear the wake up calls and may be it was kept by the previous occupants of the room but this never happened. On the third day they told us that IT person is not there and so we ahold unplug the phone to avoid any disturbance. This in short is the bitter story at this hotel for us. Plesdr avoid it at all costs and done go by its name!!! Hope this helps.

Doesn’t worth to be a 5 star buffet. Limited menu, takes forever to get one item, hence service is bad and food is ok. Doesn’t worth that money. Think properly before putting your money since the 5 star service and food and ambience you’re expecting, is not happening.
