I am staying here from more than 1 year ..Good place

Worst environment. Build in the lake and named it as like view homes. Everything is available inside. From hospital, school to groceries.. so you no need to go out for anything. Which will make you feel worst atmosphere

Looks just okayish from the outside. The front arch ruins the whole appearance. Could have done a better job with the aesthetics. Marina Mall is nearby, so yeah, thats something.

It have all facilities like gym,meeting hall,garden area,power back... during vardha time also we didnt suffer from power cut..full safety

I think this is the best place for anyone to live...specially those who work in an IT park bcoz its very near to this place. In this building, there is also place for those people who have to take rents. Its a 3 BHK flat and in one bedroom 3 people have to live .... So in total 9 people in one whole room. Security guards are really good. Even in the night times when I used to come at around 3 or 4 from Airport, they used to be awake only...so this is one good thing. No water problems...only some times they will stop water for maintenance and cleaning. Otherwise everything else is nice.

Just ok bcz security was rude behavior with flat owners and guests.

Safe and secured place to stay...very convenient for working people..but the rent is bit costly..and there is no supermarket nearby..girls who are staying in pg must register their finger print outsiders are not allowed to enter.

No respect for people.. even in winter and rainy days they will cut water supply due to drainage problem.. never addressed any problem in a short period of time

It is Outside sipcot. Easy for new ppl who came to Chennai for the first time and when they are working inside sipcot.

Trust me only location is its advantage... rest all negative

Nice flats with very weird and restrictive rules. The major part of the complex is given as PG for women and they treat the entire complex like some ladies hostel. The security is also pretty rude.
