The mall is very neat and clean. Its smaller than other malls but the design and architecture is very nice. The skylight brings in more light and makes the place very bright. It has good food court and kids play area. It has a well planned parking space also.

Quite an organic structure, not like an usual mall. The atrium space is very good and can be seen from everywhere. A bridge runs in between is the main attraction spot.

Very good mall around OMR.. this place has lot of outlets for food, clothes, electronics etc.. this place also has INOX theatre and has ATMOS in it.. Lovely place to hangout with friends and family.. the place was maintained neat and clean.. there security is very good, also the sanitation of the place was very good.. the mall has a bigger food court which has multi cuisine food outlets like KFC, TACO BELL, MCDONALDS etc! Totally recommend this place!

One of the largest malls in Chennai and largest in OMR region. Kids enjoyed the toy train trip. But the charges of 100 for a couple of minutes was too expensive. Many of the shops were not opened due to corona. Limited rest rooms were available as others were under maintenance

Parking space is not as big as EA but just good enough to accommodate, easy and simple as well there is no complications. If you have too many shops and too many levels of parking it is quiet confusing and annoying. There are not much of shops as most of them have either vacated or moved out due to post pandemic bad market. Rest of it is fine because it caters the needs of people who around the vicinity of 10-15kms hence it is fine.

I visited this mall 3 times, during initial 2 visits Unlimited Car parking Fee of 100 Rs / day seemed quite attractive, however same has now been cancelled forcing to pay Rs 40 per hour. Either parking fee per hour has to be reduced to Rs 25-30 or Unlimited Car parking Fee of 100 Rs / day has to be reintroduced. Otherwise mall is good place for hang outs, neatly maintained.

Not too big. Not too small. good restaurants, both stand alone and in food court, nice theater, good lay out, good photo op, good play area. No ATM.

This is a very great mall in the whole of OMR road. It has all you need. There is a food court and restaurants, children play area, cloths shop and many more. There is also Inox Cinemas at the end of third floor which is also great. But the problem is that it is a bit far away from mainland Chennai and even though there is a bus stop at the entrance still almost no bus will stop here.

Nicely maintained mall, with many known and quality brand stores lined up. Food court has both local and international food brands, which serve a good variety of fast food and desserts. A good place for a family outing in Chennai.

A state of the art mall beautifully constructed and bang on OMR at Navalur. Its one of the finest malls thats available in Chennai. A very large and spacious one and am sure you cannot cover entire mall in a day. It has all the leading brands available like Nike puma and super Market. There is ample space for parking here. This has a movie theatre too.

Ive been to marina mall for movie in Inox.Mall was too good. Not so big no small its a moderate size mall. Good for shopping.Spar hypermarket is there so we can do budget shopping also.

I am very regular here, and contains a very good ambience and architecture. Best in maintaining the mall, its neat and cleanness. Even the parking is very organized and good workers are there in my experience. Its location is such that, one can hangout with friends or family on its slab outside by looking at the thin busy road underneath the open sky. I love everything about the mall and the stores in it

Located in Egattur this Mall is no different from any other Mall in Chennai. Nothing special about it. Yes, The crowd is not as much as there is in most of the well known Malls in the City. Could have more fun stores to grab the attention.

Much better than Phoenix. Have a decent food court. Neat collection of shops. I personally like Marina and Forum malls for food court alignment and theatre availability. Phoenix doesnt have any of them.

I liked the place but the parking price can be a little lower for just 3 hrs and 15 mins , I paid 100rs...Since, the prices for an hour is 25...I feel like they robbed me of 45 mins🥱

It is a very nice mall to shop and spend time with the children and family. Movie theatre is there to enjoy your time. It’s situated near Navallur, OMR and very nearer to the Siruseri IT Park. It’s surrounded by beautiful apartments. Many leading branded shops are there in the mall. One can shop there, enjoy their time in the theater and can have their dining there. Very nearer to the beach.

Nice place to relax and shopping, have ample car parking slots. Kids can enjoy running around the mall and have various options in the play arena. Rest rooms too are neatly maintained.

One of the best mall in OMR(Navalur). Infrastructure is quite different from other malls. Very neat and well maintained. There are different brands of shopping centres just like other malls. There are no cons for this mall as of i know. There is a cinema theatre(INOX) which has really good infrastructure. Picture quality was very good but not the best. Sound quality was very good. Bathroom maintained well in entire mall. Parking charge bike 25/hr. Car 40/hr. Sometimes there will be a offer like 100/day. Please check about offer with parking staffs before parking the vehicle. There is also a kid zone where kids can play variety of games.Good place to spend time.

Its a very good mall. Small and clean.. We can just walk around the whole mall within 20 to 25 minz.. Food court and dining was really good and clean.. Very spacious parking for bike and car.. 50 rupees for unlimited parking and 30 rupees for hourly parking..

Located on the highly popular OMR, the marina mall is truly one of a kind. Im assuming the gaming center is the highlight of this place, although I havent personally tried it. The whole infrastructure is different from any other mall I have seen, and the decor was really amazing. Although its a little far from the interior parts of the city, I would definitely recommend a visit.

Great day shopping at the mall. Had good food too!However, the worst part was Parking Charge - whooping Rs. 240/- ... Yes! Rs 240/- may not be that big amount... but for parking??? I think its extremely high and annoying. May I request the concerned administration of Marina Mall to kindly look into the matter? I have seen (feedback) + heard abt this disgusting issue quite voluminous. Please note that this issue has become a big big reason to put-off shoppers.Otherwise the Mall can be rated 5Star.

Very few knows about the Marina mall.compare to other malls, it is relatively small in area.Location of the mall is good as it is fully surrounded by IT companies & residential flats.It is well maintained & all branded shops are there.Food courts & Cinemas attract more crowds. Ambiance is good & enough parking space available.

This is a big mall with a lot of shopping and food options and INOX multiplex. Easily the best mall on OMR. Spacious parking, with parking charges in line with those of other malls. Its after the toll when you drive from the Shozhanganallur direction, so that might be the only minor issue with its accessibility.

Nicely design mall. Needs more food stalls from famous names. Convenient for people who stay south of the Siruseri toll plaza. Has a huge underground parking with charges 40/- per hour.

Instead of charging parking charges on hourly basis if you fix flat fee for three to four hours u will get better business. This is not cramped city to park only in mall, we have vast place outside near mall. Lot of people are parking outside due to that u are loosing business. Its one of the new mall around chennaiIt infrastructure and architecture looks so good and different from others.The mall usually will be with certain amount of peoples only so you can get a peaceful atmosphere here at this time when Im writing this...The food court has many varieties of shops and with various seating optionsAlso there are many well know brand shops are placed over the mallFor kids also there are many games and toys storeYou can easily find The Marina Mall from the Main road and there is a underground parking area for you vehicle. White sauce pasta was best.. INOX cinema is just superb. If you are new in Chennai I would recommend it to visit this mall at least once.

Marina Mall on OMR Road in Chennai has a few branded cloth stores, a cafeteria & Inox multiplex. You can find Spar (grocery store), few electronics & branded watch stores too. An Apple store is also available.

The mall is not big as forum or VR or phoenix but a n easily commutable mall for those who are residing near Navalur, Siruseri, Kelambakkam. The food court has more of fast foods and baskin Robbins in food court. Cream & Fudge also present in the ground floor. Starbucks in ground floor. INOX is last floor. Parking space is ample. 25 /hr for 2 wheeler, 45/hr for 4 wheeler.

Located at the centre most of the IT hub area, the mall can be defined as perfect mall at the perfect location. 🤠 Located near/ opposite to Sipcot IT park 🏞️ @ OMR is the highlight of the mall as already Vivira mall located near to it. The mall is huge and daily essential and almost all items in the hypermarket available at reasonable prices, when compared with other malls which charge higher prices. Food court is huge located in the topmost of the mall and small small snacks shops can be seen in the 1st floor too. Parking last year for two wheeler, initial 1st hour it was free and now they are charging two types of parking for two wheelers:1 > Per hour 20 Rs/-2 > 24 hour parking for 50/-.Overall excellent mall.

Amazing mall ! The design and infrastructure is really unique and very intrestingly built. There are almost all major brands for shopping, food stalls all shopping outlets are available. The kids entertaining shops and stores. There are cinema screens also. Overall amazing experience in the mall for cinema ,food and entertainment. Finally I loved the stairs arrangement in mall the most. Its very unique and fun .

This mall is unlike any other mall. It’s very unique in infrastructure and size. And I love the parking lot. It’s very bright and clean. And bill for parking is superb. Nice work marina mall. If you want to know about the marina mall parking secret. Come and enjoy. You will really love it. And many more places to shoot good pictures of yours. And air conditioning is very chill and good 😌 no problem at all. My impression of this mall is when I enter the mall. I felt like I was entering the airport. It gives you that feel. It’s subtle and awesome. And you have a plenty of shops to shop from and enjoy. And theatre at the last floor. And moreover the slanting glass is superb 😍😍❤️❤️🔥🔥at the verge of the floor. Newly Constructed Shopping Mall on OMR. Approx 7 km from Sholinganallur Junction. Play zone, multiplex, multiple brand stores, Food court are there to enjoy. You can find all mid level brands over there. A perfect shopping destination. You will have to pay Rs 50/hour for car parking and I have no idea about bike. Food court is really awesome.

If you are coming via Sholinganallur, enter the service road after the toll booth else you have to travel long to enter the mall. Parking for two wheeler and cars are available.For parking they will ask your mobile number after noting down your vehicle number.This is practiced in every mall after covid. Theatre screens are in 3rd floor. You can access the screen via lift or escalators. I visited this mall for watching MASTER movie in screen 1 . The interior works for the theratre entrance are fabulous for taking photos. This is my first experience in this mall. The screens are really huge and curved. My suggestion for booking tickets is to book center rows ,dont go for side rows ..you will get better view only in the centered seats as I suffered by watching movie from the side rows.Now the sound system ...really enjoyed thier sound system .. recently went to LUXE theatre ..comparing them it was great here. Very neatly maintained restrooms ...parking are costly for two wheelers...if you are new to this mall and then go day pass which will cost you 50 rupees as I paid 100 rupees for 3 hrs movie by selecting hour pass.

The mall is getting back on its feet after the long lockdown. Only half the shops were open and the crowd was less even though it was a weekend. Visited the Body Shop. Had some new collection. Nice place to spend the weekend with family in the present situation. The only drawback is the expensive car parking.

A lavish mall with all the basic needs at one place also have spar supermarket on the ground floor and all the major indian brands. A very cool food court and the luxury of inox is also there.

One of the best malls presently in Chennai. Its properly constructed. You get 3 floors of basement parking and 3 floors of shops. As its relatively new,(while writing this review- June 2019) some shops are in interior designing stage. Inox is present in the third floor. The parking rates are ₹25/hour for two wheelers. Have fun.✌️

One of the best mall in siruseri. Good place to hangout for IT employees and couples. Since covid most of the shops are closed and crowd is less. I bought this book from a store inside the mall. We just bought this book for 550 which is the actual MRP. Whereas you can find the same book for 350 online. So if you are planning to buy stuffs. Its better to buy outside or local rather than the stores inside the mall

One among the best malls in Chennai in design infrastructure and ambience point of view. I often visit this place for INOX and BIG PIX. INOX movie experience was really worth watching. Sound 📢 System was best of its kind. Seating is really comfortable. Many food courts are available with great views. Good place for shopping. I really disappointed 🙁 with the bike parking prices. I felt that per hour 35/- is too costly and for a movie comers more or less ticket 🎫price almost equals to parking price. It would be great if they reduce the parking prices.
