I accompanied my 90 year old mom to her appointment, and was impressed with the respect and attention shown to her from the moment we walked in, to our departure. She was treated like a Queen, everyone was patient and kind. Truly appreciated.

One of the best place to find good quality eye glasses. Dr Torbieh has been our eye Dr for more than a decade now. Very professional and very knowledgeable. A very pleasant Doctor and a good listener as well. I also love Olive. Very patient and very helpful in finding the right eye glasses for you. She will not stop until she find the best for you😍 But in all honestly all the staff in total focus are very helpful and kind.

Ive only had good experiences at Total Focus Northgate. When I ordered my prescription sunglasses, Sophia went above and beyond helping me stay within my budget. Even though I was there for my sunglasses, Sophia made sure everything was fitting and working properly with my glasses as well, even ordering me new lenses to correct issues with my depth perception. The great customer service is definitely the reason I will continue to go back. Frames are a little expensive here but I guess thats whats to be expected with designer glasses.

I’ve been having my eye exam for 2 yrs now at Total Focus Northgate,since the beginning , I got a great service with the staff and special mention to Dr. Torbeih. He was the one who detected about a certain kind of tumor at the back my right eye.He is my angel sent from heaven, without him and his high tech equipment and modern technology, maybe my tumor got worst, who knows. Every 6 months they called me for follow up check up. All the staff are so knowledgeable, and easy to approach, very helpful. Yesterday Sept.15, got again my check up and have my prescription glasses. Olivia is very nice helping me choose frames that suits my face shape. Very accommodating and knowledgeable , friendly too. Gave me a good deal for 2 pairs. I gave Total Focus 5 stars for everything they did too me. I had a disappointing first experience. I received an email from Total Focus Northgate saying I was selected as the winner of one of their social media contests, and that I would get $210 off my next set of frames and lenses. The fine print said only Select designer frames only. I called ahead of time to ask which frames were included and the employee I talked to on the phone assured me that it was good for anything in store, despite the fine print.However, after picking out my frames after arriving, I was informed that my winnings didnt apply to that type of frame (likely because they were too inexpensive). With this type of business practice I dont think Ill be returning.Pros: the staff were pleasant and attentive and the store was clean and organized.

This is my go-to for glasses, eye emergencies and eye exams. Ive been going to Total Focus for over 6 years now. They have a good range of frames to choose from. Its very family oriented as well. I always feel cared for whenever I go there. I also trust them with my expensive frames/loupes when adjustments are needed. Ive been wearing glasses for a very long time and have tried enough bad frames. Recently, I decided to change my style and get something different. I am very picky with my glasses but they delivered. After trying on many pairs, I found the cutest frames! They also understood and solved my pain points with those unsightly yellow tinted blue light lenses, which my old glasses had. Im so glad I was able to get non-yellow, clear blue light lenses as my second pair - finally. Thanks to Sofia! Im so grateful she patiently helped me out with finding the best frames for me. I have a high prescription, so we needed to ensure that the arms/design would work for my low nose bridge and not slide down my face. Sofia is awesome! Her adjustments were spot on! My glasses are very comfortable. The price and service time were also reasonable. Most importantly, I can see again! Im so gassed about my new glasses!

I dont like the policy wherein you cannot cancel your order. I just left the store less than an hour and decided to cancel it because the price of the eyeglasses is way too much but you need to wait for almost 3 weeks for you to have it.

At this day and age an eye doctor(male) left me in his chair Shocked!!while he need to cool off to vent somewhere😟He got angry at me just because I asked for the female student doctors name as I am going to write a review about her being rude. He got angrier even more when I try to reason and he began to get closer at me and his voice and body language was the kind of behavior I recognized well😑 (Bully & abusive) As soon as he open the door, I ran out to the counter and asked nicely for an exchange or refund for my contacts. MR TORBEIH came towards me and said no and he literally kick me out. I stayed my cool and calmly said I paid for my products! As a professional doctor he told me to get out and never come back😮He accused me for giving them grieve last week. I havent been bk there since Halloween night!! He must have mistaken me with another Chinese lady. He said he had enough of US people . There was a 360 change when Ken walks in. MR Torbeth( I will not address him as Doctor because he is not fit to be one) he began to admit that he had a meltdown inside the room with me. Just want you all to know this place is call TOTAL FOCUS at Northwood Mall. Greed,unfriendly environment and with no people skills. As a patient, I felt humiliated,bullied,discriminated and wrongly accused!!

Nothing but great service from the start. I came in for a routine eye exam due to my work certification and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The staff were quick to check me in and showed me to the waiting area. I didnt sit more than 5 minutes where I took pictures of my eyes. The Dr was waiting for me after I was done. He was able to find an issue in my left eye that I wasnt even aware of. He referred me to a specialist right away. Thankfully he was diligent and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this office as they werent trying to push prescriptions and frames, but instead really cared about the patients well being.

Was experiencing extreme eye pain in one eye. They were able to see me same day and check to see why. They are extremely knowledgeable and through in their examination. Glad to have them as my eye doctors.

I was in there earlier in the week mid December and I met a really helpful lady named Judy. She was really personable and helpful and really nice smelling perfume on as well. A overall helpful attentive dedicated personality toward helping people pick the right glasses for a persons face shape and to what looks good as well as fits comfortably to. She asked about what kind of glasses I like frame wise and helped me with several suggestions. I will definitely be back to get a few pairs of glasses from Judy. And one other funny thing about her which was nice was when talking to her she really focuses on the person she is talking to. Looking directly right at a person which is a rare characteristic these days.

I had a great experience here, probably the best Ive ever had in 20 years of needing glasses. The prices were great for the quality of frames, and the lady who helped me, Judy, was phenomenal. She had a huge amount of knowledge about the good points of each brand and had a really good eye for what looked good on me personally. Ive never really been one to worry about eye health, but after my latest experience at Total Focus I understand its importance and will definitely be back.The Dr. took his time to educate me thoroughly on all aspects of eye health, not just informing me whether or not I needed glasses.It turns out I need glasses much more than I thought, they have so many frame options I wanted to choose more than one, but with the help of the courteous staff I settled on one and absolutely love it, nothing but compliments! This business is greed driven with zero service, NO SELECTION, and aggressive sales people. This was the worst eye-care experience I have had in the 32 years that I have required vision correction. If you want to be mocked for having a restricted budget and wanting to pay $35 to have PD measured only to be further humiliated and given advice (written on my limited useless perception that cost $95) This is the place for you to go. Doctor is not what we should call retail business owners. I purchased $250.00 glasses for my Teen who is ASD under duress as my child does not need visual aid. Computer glasses to reduce eyestrain was the reason we were looking at glasses. My child LOVES glasses, always has. Yet this is NOT what I purchased. The glasses fell off when my child tripped, the frame cracked and a rivet decoration fell out. Anti-glare coating provided is not equal to computer lenses as they do not filter out the blue light. See picture for the same glasses for the cost of $40.00 This is consumer fraud flat out.

Glasses are more than a device to improve your vision. They can be a fashion statement or an expression of your individuality. Unfortunately, most eyeglasses are not cheap, costing hundreds of dollars, especially if you want designer frames or have a prescription that requires specialty lenses. Fortunately, though, you can find prescription eyeglasses at a Total Focus at reasonable prices, not to mention the staff is super friendly and help answer all of your questions. What a great selection of beautiful frames to select from!I have a heavier prescription and am limited by the size and shape of the frame which best suits my needs. This location had multiple different frames which could have worked for me (compared to other optical stores where my selection is narrowed down to 1-2 to select from).The staff (I spoke to Abdu and Gladys) were very polite to deal with. I tried on multiple frames, and they gave me honest feedback on if a frame or colour suited my face or not. I did not feel pressurized into making a selection at the end of our meeting, and walked away feeling a little overwhelmed as to which frame to select.I came back two weeks later, and the staff remembered me and were equally courteous and helpful.I was completely satisfied with all aspects of this location, including the frames selection, and customer service received. I was introduced to this clinic by my friend marry and have been coming for 3 years for glasses the staff are so helpful and take care of there patients even after they have made the purchase unlike other clinics who are desperate to make a sale and then boot you out the door. I came in with my glasses bent out of shape and Hannah straightened them up for me,cleaned them and gave me a new cleaning spray and cloth! Great service

Absolutely the best optometry office I have ever been to! The staff is always so helpful and has great costumer service skills. Erica at the front is super helpful with taking care of all the insurance billing; which makes life so much easier.

I went in today for glasses for my daughter and was left empty handed because they did not want to chance the money coming in cheque form to us and we having to come back to then pay for the glasses.. what is the point of having insurance if they wont take it.. how do they stay in business? and was also offended when they thought I wouldnt come back to get my daughters glasses..No one helped us or even got up to offer help.This was my first experience here and will not be going back. They gave me this big long speech on how they couldnt except the insurance and when I phoned other places they said yes come in we are happy to help and we are able to direct bill the insurance company that they supposedly said they couldnt. Lacking in customer service for sure.

Dr. Torbeih always does an amazing job with me and my kids over the past 6 years. We love going here everybody is so nice. The guy Yousef helped me pick glasses for me and my kids he was so helpful and funny. I definitely recommend going here!
