I just got possession of my new house by Rohit and I could not be any more satisfied with the end product. Our journey began from the show home where we met with the ASM Fady Georgi. Purchased my home from Rohit, beautifully designed and Fadi Georgi was incredible to deal with, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the house. The walkthrough was done by Shawn and he did an awesome job explaining the maintenance and ensuring the property was Move-in ready. I was followed up with multiple times to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and when I had a couple of issues pop up, they were quick to respond and investigate. I havent been in the home long but so far I would definitely recommend!

AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS. We made the mistake of entering into a contract with Rohit to build us a townhome in their Keswick neighbourhood (an area they state they are both the builder AND developer in).We patiently waited five months at which point, not only had they not even started building our home, but we received a letter from their legal team stating they would simply be voiding our entire contract due to an inability to build on the land for “reasons”. Reasons they did not provide us, no explanation was given beyond that.Is it a coincidence that we purchased right before lumber sky rocketed and suddenly what we paid them to build our home wasn’t so attractive to their wallets anymore? I doubt it.I put in a call to their legal department asking for more details and they informed me there was someone with “an interest” in the land holding up the development of the lot we had paid them to build on.I asked them how long they’d known about this obstacle, and how long the interested party had been holding up the build process. They stated they knew of the issue for 6 months (ALMOST TWO FULL MONTHS BEFORE WE BOUGHT). When I asked why we were not informed of this issue when we purchased the legal rep told me, and I quote, “we just assumed it would get worked out”. You work in legal. It’s not your job to assume a resolution will take place, and a consumer has the right to know a lot they are paying money for is currently contested land that can’t be built on!Absolutely CRIMINAL.So to recap, Rohit took our money in January for a lot they knew could not actually be built in, told us nothing about the dispute for 5 months while our money sat in their accounts, then with zero warning, voided our contract, offered us a measly $300 in interest (over 5 months) and said good luck.I repeat. They knew about the issue before we bought, knew about the issue while we waited, and at no point were we informed until it suited them to terminate our contract.Meanwhile home prices as we all know skyrocketed so comparable units are now selling for about 35K-40K more than when we purchased. But hey, at least we made $300 right?Avoid them at all costs. They are clearly a shady company with near-criminal business practices and zero regard for customer service.Ask around, you will hear many similar stories if you do a simple google search. This builder is not to be trusted.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I had visited numerous show homes and talked to their sales reps but we felt there was something missing until we came in contact with Fadi Georgi.Most sales reps you meet just want to sell you a home, Fadi was the only rep that started this relationship with deep interest in what we were looking for and guided us through the pros and cons of each option that was been considered.We were not just sold a home, we were educated, enlightened and guided to a decision that made us most comfortable and we felt was the best option for us.Fadi is a sales person with a conscience, with great customer service, a sales person who does a great job balancing the needs of his customers and the expectations from his work.Fadi is really great at what he does, he listens and acts. He was able to suggest options that met the most important criteria for our intended home.

Im a small contractor in Fort McMurray that worked for Rohit, they were always bad for paying on time but when they left town they never made an attempt to settle all their billing. Beware to contractors and to home owners, the lean will be on your property and they dont care.

There were builders/contractors left and right of my lot. This is my first time experience building in a Rohit Community. Total different environment. If you plan to buy a lot in Rohit BEWARE of other builders. The PROBLEM is the other builders and contractors do not play by the books and will do anything to save them money and time. They do not care or have respect for other peoples property. Ive spent thousands on unnecessary work due to their interference.

Their service team is also excellent. We had minor issues after possession but they made sure everything is fixed properly.Looking forward to have same experience in coming future.

Rohit is the gold standard of property rentals. Their team, especially Saif, Paige and Kira were and are exceptionally professional, efficient, highly responsive and I am truly grateful for all their positivity and professionalism which made moving, a typically stressful thing, much easier and more pleasant. I am a recent home owner with Rohit. Fadi Georgi the Area Manager was very helpful, he is very knowledgeable and very practical. Fadi is the best, he knows the job well. Rohit completed the work very timely, I must commend them for that. Megan is the sweetest, she is very supportive and helpful, she makes sure all complaints are resolved. Working with Fadi and Megan from Rohit was a great experience to build my home.

Bought 2 houses from them, both having issue of water leaking to ceiling drywall causing black/grey spots at attic, also had to top up attic insulation, poor design and poor quality of finishing...Also the PEX water manifold built by them has horrible configuration, trying to squeeze all hoses onto a small board and it made so hard to replumbing some water hose connections, cant trust the finishing, will have to get away from them if I have to buy another house...

Fadi and Megan are sooo nice and fantastic, super helpful like friends who will think for your benefits. Fadi also provides education to new buyer if you dont know how to get start just like me, and Megan did a good organization when paper work comes and keep me updated throughout the construction stage. They are the best choice.

I just phone the service department to fix my light bulb on the stairs area which needs a ladder to change the bulb but the lady I just spoke with just hang up on me when I asked the number of the manager. She refused to give me the number of the manager of the maintenance service department and insisted me that she can’t do anything. I don’t believe that they don’t have a service department to fix these kind problems cos I’m remember I call them to fix my light on the dining area. I don’t understand why that unprofessional customer service doesn’t know she’s doing or perhaps she doesn’t care at all. So disappointed. Future home buyer don’t go to Rohit at all. If they can do these to one of their home owner then for sure they will do it to others too.

They will not honour their warranty and by not building with them you will end up saving thousands of dollars! Don’t fall for their nonsense! I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to have to deal with these guys.To your reply:First off, 90% of people that will read this use salt on their driveway so they don’t break a leg. Your experts had told me that the reason the driveway spalled was inconclusive, I didn’t hear anything about salt being the reason, so thanks for that. Again, that’s no excuse to have a driveway fall apart after less than a year. Have some accountability for your work. Good luck selling homes if people are never able to put salt on their driveway, never mind one year into ownership.

I dont normally write nagative reviews about any business. as a first time home buyer I had very good experience throughout possession process.Issues stared to begin when I had to deal with customer service, I had several issued which were not taken into consideration from Rohit because it was my fault according to them. Definitely they have some great individual who takes their time explaning things. But after possession the experience will be terrible.#1 - Driveway cracks within first year - I always clean my driveway in snow and never used salt, they said its because I did not put the concrete sealer to protect my driveway. I filled all cracks and applied concrete sealent by myself. Worst concrete work. They did not fix it because its my fault for not applying concrete sealent. I have lot of my friends who own a house and they never had issues of cracks and they dont have concrete sealent on their driveway.#2 Tree in the front - The tree was not growing so I asked customer service to replace it and they agreed that they will. After couple weeks I received an email saying they cant replace it because its out of warranty period.#3 Siding - The siding was hanging so they came and fixed it, second time it happened again due to wind and they did not fixed it because it was caused by the wind which I totally understand. I was expecting at least a courtesy from their customer service team to do one time exception and fix it but they did not consider it. Cheap quality of work again. At least someone from the siding team took the ownership and I had it fixed recetly.# 4 Flooring - Hump in a flooring was mentioned to them during first year inspection and they said it will take time to settle down, I sent them email in April that I have flooring issue and they were supposed to send someone to fix it. Right now they said its out of warranty period and I have to check with Alberta New Home Waranty. They(Alberta New home waranty representative) said you have to go through builder. I am hoping that Rohit will do something about flooring at least.I hope whoever is reading have clear idea of poor customer service Rohit has.

One year warranty inspection was thorough and great! John was very friendly and provided great customer service. I am impressed with the level of service I have received.

Went to a lot of show homes with different builders.Most of them would give us the keys of the show home and ask us to visit and take a look.Since we were first time home buyers had a lot of questions in mind but all unanswered until we met Fadi Georgi who is the Sales Manager at Rohit communities.He walked us through different show homes that fit in our budget. Spent a lot of time with us and explained all aspects that a new home buyer should know. With each house he explained us pros and cons. Also understood what we like and what not and then accordingly suggested.The experience from thereon has only got better, he helped us not only until we bought a house but it’s been a year, we moved to our newly built house this October and he has always been there to help. You have questions, issues he is always ready to assist. After living in a new Rohit home for a year now, I can give an honest review and say that I do not recommend buying with Rohit. There are many other great companies. You just have to do a lot of research. We are experiencing poor communication with Rohit. Especially in terms of landscaping and lot sale. We failed our final grading inspection by Rohit. We passed the citys inspection and meet the requirements for our community. We called and emailed countless times to clarify the reason as to why we failed. They take on average 3 business days to reply to emails. However, if you have a follow up questions to the reply, it takes another 3 business days for a response. It has currently been 15 days since we originally emailed without getting an answer as they take so long to reply and give you the runaround. Dont bother calling as they answered once in the countless times Ive called. Dont bother leaving a message as they still will take a week to reply. Ive also left a message to the reception and havent received a response. People need to know what they will get if they purchase with Rohit.

I am told that buying any new home is typically accompanied by some stress, but, in our experience, buying our first home was completely overwhelming. There is just so much to know - hours and hours of Googling cannot prepare you enough!However, the first-time-home-buyer process was made significantly easier with Daphne and Bonnies help. These two ladies from Rohit Communities were friendly, promptly answered any questions we had and guided us through the process every step of the way. Not only were they very knowledgeable about their company, they were also familiar with the First Place Program and other steps one must take in order to buy a new house. We had looked into many options for buying our first home, including other First Place Program builders, and easily decided to build with Rohit.We have yet to take possession of our home, but I am currently very happy with our decision to build with Rohit and the First Place Program. We loved that the Rohit show homes we visited demonstrated exactly what you will be buying (no hidden upgrades that cost extra). I have been a mortgage broker for the last 15 years and I have never seen such poor business practices.Rohit is trying to weasel their way out of a contract because they have another offer on the property for a higher amount.Someone from their company named Tiffany called my mortgage office to ask personal questions about the buyer. After we refused to give them any information they proceeded to tell my associate that they will not remove the conditions. They don’t have any sellers conditions!I would not buy a home from this company and I recommend anyone who is interested stay far away.

I have paid close to half a million for the house and the quality of the concrete work within the first year appeared very poor. Rohit does not stand behind its product. For them settled, chipped and cracked driveway, walkway and garage floor is fine. Other builders changed numerous of driveways and sidewalks with lesser damages.Check the picks

Tried getting a straight ahead answer to a question I asked but never got the answer I asked. Tried twice, still nothing.

After my initial review I have a call from their customer service department and Lina and Scott stopped by our house and listened to our concerns and now my driveway is getting sandblasted so at least it looks a bit more even also they fixed minor issues that were forgotten on the initial one year warranty so now there is something that is actually getting done so I update this review since they took the time to come and listened to our concerns they were also very friendly and did their best to help us with our issues

We recently got the keys for our newly purchased house, overly energetic and satisfied with it at the time. However, we did find issues with the fridge that was ordered and delivered to the house. There were damages within and outside of the fridge itself, scratches and dents. We tried to communicate to the company that had delivered the fridge to us, however, we had difficulties being able to have it replaced under warranty by the company that had delivered it. However, Fadi Georgi, was able to effectively communicate with the company to have the damaged fridge replaced within the warranty, which we are receiving today. We are grateful for the exemplary service that Fadi from Rohit Communities was able to give to us.

Im not exaggerating when I say that it has been a difficult road to purchasing my first home. Nothing like having a repair completed within less than 24 hours of acknowledging we even needed a repair!! Rohit was so fast to address our issue; despite the fact we have lived in the house for 4 years and they were no longer responsible for it - they were friendly, fast and I so appreciated them helping us out. We bought our house from Rohit and would highly recommend buying with this builder! Our house used to be a show home and was built 4 years ago. Even though they couldnt give us the first year home owner warranty, they promised to take care of everything if anything were to come up and they sure did! We have had a couple of leakage problems due to minor issues and when we were in touch with Shawn, Customer Care Coordinator, he sent work orders to the contractors to have them fixed in such a timely manner. We are very grateful of his professionalism and support every time we reached out to him. We feel we are in great hands with Rohit and wouldnt hesitate recommending buying or building with them.

Rohit only cares about you before you sign the contract, the moment you got everything signed up, they start playing tricks! The quality of the house sucks. When its heavily rained for days, water is draining through fan and roof and dropping on my dining table. Can you imagine that happens to a brand new built house that is only 1 year old? Very poor customer service and poor communication. Finding many reasons to not give you the landscaping deposit, after inspection passed, even finding excuses on architectures, just dont want to give you the damn deposit!If you do care about your money, your investment, your life, stay away from Rohit and the community that is developed by Rohit!!!One star is the minimum I can give, I wish I can rate zero.Highly NOT recommended! Be cautious!!!

Rohit did have some good quality home but I would only give 1 star for their poor after service. They can be very nice and efficient before you made the decision but apparently once you purchased the house they are off the hook. They never give any instruction on landscaping and now accusing me for planting a smaller tree, and hold my deposit for almost 3 years! We followed the exact timeline they required and the communication is just broken. Now I am regretting recommending Rohit to friends. btw this is the only part they have in the new home package

I am really disappointed with this builder.Make sure before you sing a contract with them that you will hold some of the money until they complete their 3 month inspections and repairs and also some money for grading and landscaping. otherwise you will be at their mercy for completion and they will drag their feet for ever...Make sure you have a completion date for your house specified in the contract as well...My lawyer did not place any hold back for any items. I am recommending any new customer of yours to do so. So they can have a better service that I had, Rohit is only looking after the money.

I live in the Elements a Rohit community in Aspen Trails. I have been there since July of 2016. I noticed that some siding had come loose on the west side of my duplex. Even though my warranty had expired over a year ago Shawn and Cassandra had the siding company come down and repair the area of concern. Shawn has helped me out on previous issues and looked after them promptly. Great job

We have been living in a Rohit home for a year now and the quality of the home is average. We were treated well prior to buying the home. However, their customer service is terrible. We have attempted to contact Rohit various times via email and phone call. They take on average 3-5 business days to reply. Currently we have an issue to address regarding our landscaping inspection. We failed the inspection but cannot fix the problem until we receive clear answers from Rohit. It has been 22 days since the first form of contact and still unresolved due to poor customer care and extremely slow response times. If you leave a review, Rohit will leave a comment saying they will address it. However, no one has reached out to us since my partner left a review on Facebook and google. We would like to fix our landscaping to pass the inspection. Due to the slow response time, we really don’t think we will be able to fix it before the first snowfall. We do not recommend Rohit to any of our friends or family and hope this review sheds some light on the reality of Rohit’s customer service.

I put an offer in with this company for a small family house. After negotiations the offer was accepted by both parties and conditional date was put in to have the financials sorted out.The day I put the offer was accepted was on November 28, 2017, and I was told I would have up to December 15, 2017 to finalize the mortgage on my side.Fast forward to December 6, 2017, my realtor contacts me to inform me Rohit has sold the house to someone else. Not once did they mention to me this was happening.I guess running an ethical company, where you come to agreement with your customer is not something that is valued by this builder.I guess the dream of owning my first house will now be delayed. Not once did I hear from them or receive an apology.Absurd that a company would do something like this. Based on my experience, I would steer clear of this builder. Customer appreciation is something they clearly lack.

Not recommending from this builder to buy a house. The reason is very simple quality of the house is sucks. Squeaking the floors having bunch of other problems. When you reach to customer service and there response is your warranty don’t cover. The house is only two years old. Since bought this house having issues till now.

Where do I start? Honestly my first time home buying experience was amazing, I had actually been looking at this particular Townhouse for more than a year, Derek was my sales person and he had kept in contact with me for all that time and had never given up on me, he was actually able to secure the last available Prime townhouse. Derek Singh is a blessing, he helped me through the process and was even able to secure me financing at a great interest rate, he always looked for my best interest at the same time, my realtor was even impressed with all his hard work and dedication. I was treated as if I was buying a million dollar home, Derek is a great at his job and definitely will ONLY consider him if I was to buy another home in the future as he was genuine. The Rohit Team did an amazing job, I have to thank Sukh Singh for helping with my walkthrough process and breaking it down for me to make things simple. Thank you so much for my Dream home guys!! We bought house from rohit communities and we were scared after reading some negative reviews but I am totally happy with their Services. Whatever service we asked from rohit, they did fixed withing three days. I will recommend you guys in my family and friends. Nobody can beat rohits Services.

Moved into our Duplex recently and the service has been really good so far. Fadi Georgi and Sukh Singh have been really courteous and helpful with our concerns and requests to have things fixed as we moved in and explained all the different features of our new home.We have had some issues with the fit and finish of the house but that is the nature of residential construction; nothing is perfect. However, the service department has been helpful sending people over to have things repaired within a reasonable time frame.

I want to leave no star if the system allows me!!Dealing with Rohit is one of things I regret the most in my life!**Our first mistake was buying a house that was built by Rohit. The house looked nice when you visiting their show homes. After we moved in (2014), headaches just kept coming up. The sidings were blew away 3 times. The aluminum fascia fell off more that 3 times. We found the pieces in the mid of road and backyard of my neighbours and the pieces were very sharp. Cannot imagine how terrible could be if the pieces ever hit someone!Last Winter our ceiling and bedroom door frames was soaked because of lack of seal of insulation above the ceiling. Water and ice was accumulated in the roof. That took us over half of year to get it fixed. There was more, the deck was collapsed in the middle of night!Last month, there was gas leakage from the pipe which connected to the hot water tank. The ATCO emergency crew checked and confirmed it was due to the bad quality of the valve and over-torque of the connections! Quality? It is just a joke from Rohit.**Second mistake was buying a house which is located in a Rohit developed neighbourhood. Our landscaping was done in 2016 and yet receive our deposit back. There always excuses of rejection from Rohit. According to the guide information, minimum of 6 shrubs are required for front yard. We put 8, but they told us the quantity was not adequate to the size of rock-bed. But there is no information about this in their guide pdf!! We did all they required just trying to get our deposit back but they never did. Keep asking us to send photos again and through our builder. Sent pictures back in June, updated pictures in both July and August. Asked again for the status, I was told by my builder that Rohit want to do a site inspection. Now its almost Winter in Edmonton, we just got a call from our builder, was told to send more pictures !? Did Rohit said they will do a site inspection? No direct communication at all.Home buyers, please please stay away from Rohit.

We are first time home owner and had a very wonderful experience with the help of Tonya and Jonathan at Rohit communities Timberidge, Edmonton .Tonya and Jonathan are both pleasant, patient, understanding and always available to assist when never we called upon them. Just not happy with Rohit as a company for not including Real property report and using their lawyer for smooth buying process , Rohit needs to informed home buyers at the initial stage of purchase especially for first time home buyers

Those 5s are fakes. I live on street built by Rohit, everyone has problems with them. They treat customers like a dirt on their boots. Dealt with several builders before, complete shock. Avoid.

The responsiveness of head office is terrible, I am told one thing from the sales rep and then head office will not do.I love the floor plan and appears to be good quality work. They need to work in communication and meeting client needs.

This is really what a designer magazine worthy home from Rohit actually looks like. Extremely poor quality and workmanship. Expect everything to start falling apart after the one year warranty. Leaking roof, electrical issues with flickering lights, mold in attic from improper ventilation, driveway in 5 large pieces from majoring cracks,exterior door frames wrapping, baseboards coming off, bathroom sink falling out due to no anchors being installed, stairs creaking, floor uneven in upper floors and the list goes on. Warranty staff are only good at deflecting concerns and responding disrespectfully (forget about anything being fixed they also have ANHW in their pocket). BUYER BEWARE from this company who is only worried about profits and taking your money. Read the Allard community Facebook page for many more horror stories from Rohit built homes. They cut corners at every step to save a penny. Don’t trust all the fake reviews. Do your homework and think twice before you give your hard earned money to this company. There are plenty of law suits if you do your research.

Very poor built quality and overall not satisfied with the builder. Would not recommend to new buyers.Our entire community was developed by Rohit and almost all houses have attic leak issue. It was fixed by rohit after repeat complaints however issue reappear the year following. No one that I talk to in my community is satisfied.Also, the trees are planted very close to house and it has potential to damage my basement.Google should have a negative star functionality.

Purchased my first home with Rohit in Feb 2016 and have been loving it ever since. I have experienced great customer service whenever an issue arose and my issues were handled in a timely manner. Shawn Chaudhry has gone above and beyond for me in the Customer Care/ Warranty Department, very responsive and helpful. Shawn also helped me with my walk through before possession helping me tag minor defects that were going to be fixed before I moved in. I suggest if you are looking to buy a new home to really consider Rohit, there are many options to purchase and they offer the First Place Program (which I took advantage of) which helps first time home buyers get into their first home. If you do purchase I hope your lucky enough to deal with Shawn Chaudry in Customer Care...he makes everything that much easier!

Presently trying to have basement floor cracking problems solved..they differ and differ. The Vice President stated the floor isnt their problem. I was two years into a new home when the basement began to crack beyond the dime acceptable width. The company states this isnt their problem (past the one year slab insured period). Please find another builder. This one is so pleasant until you take ownership and they have your payment for the home and then it is fully buyer beware. You are completely on your own. The ANHWP chairman of the board and board members are all builder owners -there are some independents, tho mostly industry builder members. Mr Rohit Gupta was a past chairman of the board at ANHWP. You will only find limited, very small claim assistance in Builder directed insurance. I would give Rohit Communities 0 stars but the site needs one star to be able to post. Sadly this company does not seem to have the integrity to stand behind their homes or concern for buyers once you have bought a property from them. They are not accountable or concerned.

Currently renting in the Starling Community with my fiancé and in-laws.I came home from work and had to park in front of the show home, as per usual since there is ZERO parking. The attendant of the show home at the corner of Starling Drive and Sparrow Crescent came out and asked me about the vehicle parked in front of me. It just so happened to by my Father-in-Law’s, so I said yes. She then asked if it was mine, I said yes. She then proceeded to ask me if we parked there all the time. I replied yes, since there is no where else to park. She then proceeded to tell me that I “probably shouldn’t of moved here then”. Great sales pitch. A+.Might I remind you that it is ILLEGAL to reserve street parking and poor practice to HARASS the residents of your own development.I was already unhappy with living where we were due to the horrible construction of our unit; but I would like to personally thank the Rohit employee who just re-affirmed why I am thankful that I am moving in less than two weeks to the home we had built elsewhere and why I will never purchase a Rohit home, recommend Rohit or ever again reside in a Rohit community.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, even for bad experiences that warrant one. However, the service I received from Fadi Georgi has been a cut above the rest. Shopping around for the person who is going to sell you your new house is just as important, if not more important than shopping for the house. I have done my due diligence and visited the every single builder in the communities I was researching. It was lucky when I met Fadi because I knew right away that I wanted to work with him - even after visiting many others first, Rohit showhomes included. He proved very quickly that I made the right choice. He has not only exceeded all expectations, but has treated me like his own brother throughout this whole process. He would offer the same kind of help and prioritize my needs as though we were family. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him and I am grateful for his expertise, competence, and geniune desire to help. He is refreshingly different from anyone you would find in sales. I would recommend him to my friends and family looking for a new build in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a new place yourself, I challenge you to take a look around first before reaching out to Fadi. You will not be disappointed.I take possession soon and will update this review with more on the house. Fadi has definitely delivered on his end and I am optimistic and hopeful that Rohit will too. Ranya has been helping us from the beginning til the end. Shes very friendly, reliable and a sweetheart. She never fail to communicate and answer all our questions even in the middle of the night! It is highly recommended to deal with Ranya everything went out smooth.

PLEASE DONT BUY A HOME WITH THIS BUILDER!!!!! I bought my first home with Rohit in Sherwood Park. Other then the fact that is wasnt worth what I paid.....I had other problem right from the start. On the day of my possession, the representative walked me into the house, told me to sign a piece of paper, gave me the keys and left. No walk through was ever done and when I went upstairs to inspect the home, there was still tape from all the touch ups they were supposed to make. None of the touch ups had been repaired. Fast forward....a leak started to form above the kitchen table....above is the master bathroom....after paying for their plumber twice to come look at it, it was determined that there was no seal around the overflow in the bathtub and when water went through, it went straight down into the drywall. Rohit refused to pay for it and stopped responding to my calls. I was supposed to have a one year inspection before the warranty ran out and I had a list a mile long for them when they were scheduled to show up.....they were a no show. I called to follow up multiple times and never was called back. Please learn from my mistakes and dont buy a home from this builder. One room is hot while the other is cold. You can hear everything from the basement, and much more. Waste of time, waste of everything I worked so hard to save for.

My boyfriend and I went into a show home in starling just to look, and Pam Haymour went above and beyond for us making the whole first time home buying process so easy. I was so stressed, but she answered all of my questions immediately no matter what day or time. Jeff McPhee was the superintendent for our home (it was a new build) and same thing with him, he went above and beyond, gave us his personal card and made himself available for us if we had any concerns or questions.
