I went in today looking for hinge replacement for a bifold cabinet door. Person at the front was serving another customer and told me he would be with me shortly. Once done he helped me with the replacement hinge. The cost was much cheaper than at a big box home centre. I wanted some assistance with installing and was introduced to Eva. She provided great instructions and displayed patience in teaching me about how to proceed and reassuring me that I had the correct hinges. Great service and I would highly recommend!

I dropped in to see what Marathon Hardware had to offer, and I was very pleasantly surprised! So many quality choices, and, among the staff, I was most impressed with Eva! She has a vast knowledge base and a keen sense of design. I will be back!

Wow! What a great find. I had some really old kitchen cabinet hinges that needed replacing. Had been hunting high and low, including online and got no where. Went into Marathon Hardware and met Eva who immediately took me to a display with the hinge in her hand and found EXACTLY what I had been looking for, for weeks. It is unusual these days to find someone as knowledgeable and pleasant as Eva. She really knows her stuff and had the hinges at her store, extremely quickly. I dont write reviews very often, but this store is special. A huge selection of every kind of hardware you could imagine. HIGHLY recommend for all of your hardware needs. 5 stars without hesitation! We met with Eva (Assistant branch manager in Edmonton) this afternoon. We had to return some handles that were purchased for a home renovation that did not suit our final design. Eva dealt with the situation promptly courteously and was enthusiasm. Her interior design background helped us quickly pick out the correct handles for our project. It will look fantastic! Walked in here today to browse some handles, the guy behind the counter didnt even bother saying hello. I asked about some pricing and felt like I was ruining his day. Ended up leaving right away. I would highly recommend Spec Hardware instead.

Not super impressed with this store.. while it did have quite a variety of pulls and handles, we walked in and the guy sitting behind the desk barely looked up 0.2 seconds to say hi. Spent about 15 minutes looking around and never once did he ask if we needed help or anything. Went elsewhere!

The lady who helped me with the hardware for the kitchen was great! She pointed out some things I would have completely not thought about. Sizes of hardware on the door sizes etc. Thanks for the help!

Needed new hinges for my kitchen cabinet door. Eva helped me to get what I needed when I got there a couple of days ago, dispite the fact that the showroom was closed because of the virus. This place seems to have gone down hill, since I havent seen that Rhonda girl around anymore. Hope she comes back one day soon, wouldnt blame her if she didnt though. That other lady is just plain rude, and thinks she knows everything.

I have had nothing but the best service from Eva and Rhonda at this store location. Always have been very helpful and Customer Service is excellent.
