Terrible experience, they will never pick up calls or follow up with you! Recruiter sets me up for interviews, spent hours on site meeting with bunch of people, and logically few days after emailed and called recruiter to collect feedback/get results...but absolutely no answer!! The person never bothered to answer my calls or at least send an email! This is unbelievable and so disrespectful. Stay away and don’t waste your time.

Cons: The money you spend is a lot more than what you gain. Used their services for their good sales talk, that our business process will be a lot more productive and efficient. But that wasnt the case, it just made our productivity decline.

Your job depends on client projects. If you are important to a client project, your job is safe. As soon as the client doesnt need you, the company will also find a reason to fire you. People leave or are kicked out in bunches!

The recruiters here dont value anyones time. They are overly sweet when you are potential candidate, and they want you to give a couple of interviews. But they dont even reply to emails if you dont clear the interview. Its disheartening!

The managers will monitor every single thing you do. Employees cant work comfortably because we have our managers breathing down our necks. The micromanagement here is irritating for most and unbearable for some. Management should focus on their own jobs instead of meddling with the employees.

The management style here is terrible. The managers like micromanaging the employees, which means that theyll be surveilling all throughout your work. this makes employees feel uneasy, and it creates a stress-filled work environment.

The biggest issues working at Iris Software are lack of trust in employees, a huge level of favoritism and poor management. Out of 10 years in technology, working with numerous companies, this was by far the worst place I ever worked.

A one-person company where people who praise the person get to stay and have fun while others work hard. H1B company that underpays and exploits the staff.

After service crew are clueless on the products and services their company offers. They cant even route you to the right department for your technical complaints. Its basically useless.

I worked for 18 Months with IRIS. They are very professional and ready to help the employee. I never had any issue with salary, insurance. Rather they went extra mile to help in certain cases. Venky, Amarpreet , HR (Persis) , Jatin Shah all are coordial and helpful. They deserve credit to be one of finest company to work with. I had to leave because of assignment expiray but they played there part very well helping me find more oppurtunities. Thank you team for your support.

Never join Iris Software. You wont get any employee benefits and everything needs clients approval. Unequal treatment of people is the norm here and job decisions are taken by personal interest. Very unprofessional work culture.
