TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drove all the way from Maryland to get flowers in this store and got 3 boxes of jasmine flowers. 2 boxes had decent flowers and 1 was all dead. I suspect all the boxes with red tape are old stock. They also did not let some customers inside the store. They did not tell me the results why they let some customers inside and not others. They were very rude in responding. Found a few other stores close by who sell flowers and pooja stuff. They treated customers well and provided good service. But at Vivek flowers customer service was terrible. Will not be visiting vivek flowers again.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM. Do not ever place an order here. They lied to us, changed the order few hours before the event, charged more than agreed upon even though we confirmed with them IN PERSON the day before and then called us liars over the phone that we weren’t picking up the phone, refused to compensate for the inconvenience and were extremely rude and unapologetic and unprofessional. The way they talked to my mom and called her a liar was intolerable. It’s my brother’s mehndi and to deal with this on the day of the event? Few hours before? Ridiculous. Ruined our day. Please don’t let them ruin yours.

This is to warn any new customer Do not order at this place at all!!! They have the worst customer service. Cancelled my order calling my home on the day of the delivery telling me there is no flower available and thus we cannot make the order! Fought nastily with my mom calling her a liar! Though the order was confirmed in person a day before and also during the week we called and reminded about the order every other day! Charged me extra though i paid cash! Item was missing at the last moment which thank God i checked before paying!

Decent items for pooja thali but kind of cluttered and crowded.

I would give less than one star if i can.For my house warming function we ordered from Vivek flowers for close to 350$.On 24th morning they emailed me telling the order is shipped on 24th from NJ and I was expecting it to deliver by August 25th. However on the night of 24th they are emailing telling it’s delayed and can deliver on Thursday afternoon. My function is in Thursday morning and what’s point in delivering by Thursday afternoon.They also took until afternoon of 25th to cancel the order.These made me to scramble for options.I am struggling now to look for flowers and garland.They say consignment is delayed and I get that however they should have planned this well and definitely not this as reason.

The worst online shopping experience of my life. I had ordered two rose garlands from their website for my wedding to be delivered two days before my marriage. Firstly, never ever rely on their faulty website, I learned this lesson after ordering the garlands from their website. Without our knowledge the website defaults to some Garland available at the time of ordering even though you select a different one that you like. Secondly, after receiving the garlands just two days before the marriage (Friday) (as they do not deliver on Sunday and just because it costs more for Saturday deliveries and as they do not have a way to charge you that extra fee using their website they persuade you to pick Fridays for deliveries) when I opened the package the flowers were all spoiled, not fit for using them for wedding, so I called them on the phone to check why the flowers were spoiled and the answer I got from them was the flowers are good, there is nothing wrong with flowers, I have attached the photo of the flowers to this review, look at them and tell me if the flowers are suitable for wearing at a wedding. Their way of handling the situation is also so bad that they never acknowledge their fault and never even care to offer an apology or refund. From this experience I learned one main lesson, never ever rely on these out of the state florist for any occasions, especially weddings because as we need fresh flowers for wedding we tend to order them 1 or 2 days before the event and if anyone screws up anything in this process be it the florist or the shipping carrier, your event is kind of screwed up. So, my humble advice is to never ever rely on these out of the state vendors for any of your events. I hope anyone reading this review will learn from my mistake rather than waiting for yourself to commit the same mistake.

I am so disappointed with Vivek Flowers as they are so overpriced with flowers.Felt they are greedy and making money during the festival season.I would rather go buy Flowers from the florist than them.Wish I could not give them single star too.

They are very helpful I have called them a week ahead with request for flowers they were very prompt and on the dot. We had a very successful event, thanks to them.These guys work very long hours and just do what customer expects them of and beyond.They sincerely believe that what they are doing is not a business, but an effort, in pursuit of helping the devotee (customer) reach his spiritual solace.

We went there to get banana leaf and she said she will get them from warehouse and asked us to wait, we waited there in hot sun for like 20 minutes. And later she comes back saying that she doesn’t have any stock left, as she got some huge order. Very disappointing and she is very rude.

Worst customer services. Worst business ethics. I ordered flowers for my son’s wedding. Flowers were delivered two days after the wedding. They did not call to apologize or return my money. People who have rated more than one star don’t know what a business model or customer service model should be. The owner has no guts to call and apologize for messing up my order. Can the owner recreate my sons wedding? They take orders routinely and not fill in the orders. This was third time they messed up my order. Please if it’s for a wedding that you need garlands DO NOT buy or place orders from here. Wish there was minus one star to give for rating.

I ordered flowers for a wedding. Since the original order, we contacted the shop multiple times to ensure our order was correct and that everything would be on time. Even the morning of pick up, we were assured that the order was ready. Upon going to pick up the flowers, the order was only approximately 25% complete, with shotty work and nobody in the shop seemed to know about the order. Upon asking why this was the case and asking for an explanation, I was told you should be happy with what you get (even though parts of the order now had to be cancelled) by the manager Krishnan. I was told that given covid 19 we should be happy we got any flowers . As a Frontline worker, this was appauling to me to state that reducing quality of work and customer service was ever a option. The poor customer service, poor quality, poor communication are unacceptable. Please stay far away from this shop.

Somehow , few months back when I was looking for flowers and good price and in bulk found this place. They have website and store also.They have different options and items for religious vidhi and pooja or functions.I ordered online different varieties of flowers in bulk and they delivered very well on time and well packaged with dry ice bags.After that many times I went to store also and bought some items.They have quick and good service.Store has small space and lot ofItems so less space to wall or for people.

Poor and worst service, Cheated by giving old and new flowers mixing. Make fun of people instead of helping them, Owner (Vivek) and the staff- never answers what we ask. All the time old flowers and over charged.Recently they started spraying the flowers, got color on my dress too.Fresh or old who Knows....We can not trust this people and the store.

Looks like its always full of people. Moreover they take a lot of time to just give us the receipt. We did a online payment for the wedding flowers and it still took solid 30 mins to just get out to the place. Two folks behind the desk was really running around to make it work

Rude behavior!! We went to buy banana leaves and they made wait for 20mins and they said they are bringing it from warehouse but later after waiting for such long, they said that they don’t have any. They were so rude and they weren’t even sorry to make us wait for so long.

Orders garlands months ago for my daughter’s wedding & called to confirmed everything was received and good. I was told it will be handled within 10 days of the event date. 2 weeks before I received a call saying garlands cannot be delivered to the venue and so I was forced to pick up. Went to pick up and stood in the store for more than an hour with rude employees and Nonoe can give a direct answer where my garlands were. They pulled out 2 with someone else’s name and couldn’t answer for the 3rd garland. I would never order from this vendor again or recommend anyone to.

Negative Stars...The reviews were correct about bad customer service. I called in to give the local shop an order to be delivered across the street and was hung up on. i called back with no answer. So I placed my order online.

Very poor service and baseless prices.Almost ruin our function by not providing delivery on time. Not only that Vivek (owner) left me without proper answer for incomplete delivery.Ladies who works over there always on the phone and will not attend you promptly. You might have to wait 15-20 minutes just to ask her if they are selling particular items or not.They Will not give you detail receipt for which thing they charged you what.you will get final bill from no where. I did not get what i was promised by them for my friends wedding not only that they wasted my 2 hours ,just during pick up as they were not ready on the date of delivery. Also, i paid ridiculous amount for my order.Felt like they are in the market for long time so they dont care about their reputation.Guys, if you are shopping small order that is ok but do not jeopardize your precious occasion by giving them big order. We went to this place recently and surprised to see the copper vessels and mud made vessels(In tamil we say paanai). This place has flowers and they do Garlands for any occasion in the order basis. The owner of this shop is very responsible and handling the customers with care.

The first question this lady in the shop asked us that whether are you Tamil. We asked her the price of an item which she told me. We had enough luggage and so could not take that item home on that day. Next day when we approached her for the same item, she told us that the price is increased by $5, but I will give u that as a discount. Poor service and irrelevant prices basically.

Come here if u like to mess up with ur delivery before big day. When we went to pick up our order, we were told that they had delivered to our place when we requested for a pick up on the day before the wedding. They keep making excuses and kept delaying us for pick up of my Order from 07:30 pm till 10:00 pm. Made stupid excuses saying shipments are delayed, finally they told us to come at 09:30 for our order pick up, when we reached the store they said shipments is on the way, and saying come back later/ tomorrow morning- so they want us to come gather our order on the day of the wedding. The staff were really rude, not listening and shouting at us. Very unprofessional!

Use this store only if you dont mind missing items, wrong items & items different from the ones you ordered.In Aug 2016, we ordered a small set of items for a Pooja & a traditional Indian baby shower from this store based on a recommendation. We sent our order by email to minimize confusion & then followed it up with couple of calls to make sure they understood our order. But on the day of the event this is what we found in the order box.1) Dry coconuts that were rotten & unusable.2) Betel Leaves missing.3) Instead of 7 boxes of strings of flowers we got loose flowers in all of them. The flowers had to be then strung by family members over a period of several hours to make them usable.4) Poovai Jadai that wasnt what we ordered or what was shown in the product photograph.The only saving grace was that the flowers were fresh.I am totally disappointed with the service that was provided. My initial review had a 2-star rating, but then they forgot to send me the invoice until I called them up & on complaining about the entire experience I was told that I should be happy that I at least got the flowers that I ordered.
