I came here for my 25th birthday and had an amazing time! Our waiter, Valentine, made the experience especially memorable. He noticed me mention interest in the outdoor seating and made sure we got a table outside next to the beautiful flowers. He was extremely sweet, took some group photos for us and made sure we were enjoying our food and brought over a birthday dessert! I highly recommend This restaurant- the service is great :)

Amazing experience, really nice Indo Chinese food. They started outdoor seating which is really helpful and the ambience is perfect. Its clean and though we were here for dinner, there were no mosquitos or anything annoying. Valentine and Ganesh served us and what a happy set of people they are. Really enjoyed the service and food.The indoor seating is also very nice and welcoming. The restroom are clean and smell good. The place and staff are family friendly and very welcoming.Highly recommended.

At the rate these workers took to acknowledge our presence, we would’ve cooked, ate, and cleaned at home. Poor and SLOW service. The table next to us, got 2 orders of their meal before we even have our drinks when we had placed our order before them. Definitely don’t know how long the food will take. AND, this place needs cleanliness!

We’ve been coming to Ming since they opened 20 years ago. Food has always been fantastic and they didn’t disappoint today but their signature dish…my most favorite…Spicy Lemon Coriander soup was not Lemony nor spicy. Other than that, our lunch was good. And the service was great. Wonderful outdoor ambiance.

Some of the best food & waiter service we have received. The ambiance and decorations for the outside seating were great - lights, flowers, nice furniture, and even a flower wall for photos. Our waiter, Valentin, was very kind and friendly. He gave us a great seat outdoors, and didnt rush us even when we took a long time to order. Food was prepared quickly, and tasted amazing! Definitely plan to come back with family or friends.

We had a birthday party yesterday at Ming. The food was absolutely delicious. Very authentic Indian Chinese cuisine.Service was very good. Specially, Valentine was very warm and prompt to cater for us. We stayed long and felt absolutely comfortable. The food was just awesome. I highly recommend this place for foodies like myself.

We came as a party of 10. The quality of food was excellent and they made sure service to be quick as we had 3 kids with us. There was a little confusion with one order, so they replaced it instantly and served another on house. Overall a very pleasant experience. Totally recommend it!

I came to Ming restaurant at Edison NJ location and we sat outdoors. The ambiance they have created is so beautiful. So many lights, music and great service. The meal itself was so yum. Me and my husband enjoyed our time and service was great. I would highly recommend coming to this restaurant!

The place is awesome, the servers (Ganesh!!!) was awesome, Took care of our group as a family, we just gave him our choices and he catered to our appetite. Unbelievable first time experience. This place (went there last night) has a great variety of soups/appetizers/entrees - the service is excellent too. The waiter was friendly and provided customized suggestions based on likes and restrictions. In particular, the basil chicken and spicy fish are great.

Great place to eat. Yes, some of their food is spicy, but they have plenty of other options and go to great lengths to accommodate their patrons. Very clean and great service. Was there for a meeting and they brought a sample of appetizers, chicken, seafood and lamb. Everyone at the table raved about how delicious every meal was. Highly recommend!

I had a really nice experience having dinner here. The food was really good, the menu had a great selection of food and the desserts were really unique and tasted nice. Very friendly and prompt service. Added value is amazing food. Ordered Lotus root and Lettuce wraps for appetizers, chili garlic noodles and Szechwan fried rice with sauteed asparagus and okra. Definitely worth the time spent here.

We had a perfect evening at Ming’s last week on August 19th, 2021. The food was the best Indo-Chinese food we have ever had on this continent. Our host, Valentine, was extremely gracious. He seated us immediately and recommended dishes that we could order and was very prompt in bringing out the food. He was very courteous and helpful. He also volunteered to take our pictures. We will recommend him and the restaurant to all our family and friends!!

I was always fond of this place until my recent visit, food quality & quantity went down, dine-in area looks like a run down place and the men’s restroom was filthy. It is time for them to focus on food quality and reinvest in ambiance! I will not take my guests from out town at this place again. Also food is not cheap and they tack a 20% service charge for so so service and food quality.

Amazing experience!!! Made the last minute decision to go with family and don’t regret it. The food and service were both great. Our server surprised us with one off the menu appetizer and one off the menu dessert. Both were delicious.

Awesome experience today. The main waiter went out of the way to provide us a great experience. We only said get us some appetizers and he brought items that were not on the menu, explained to us what it is and all his selections were awesome particularly the basil chicken and lamb pepper fry. The main course was perfect. The entire staff was very courteous and timely in their service and response.

This was my first time here and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. I wasn’t a fan of the the spring rolls, pad Thai nor the drinks. I had two drinks, I was iffy about the first (pomegranate & basil martini) and margarita. The margarita tasted like simple syrup and alcohol, it wasn’t good. I gave it two stars because the pretty set up they have outside.

Fantastic service and food! High quality Asian cuisine. Crispy Lotus Root with Honey was fantastic! They did a great job with our large party of 16. We showed up close to their closing time and did a fantastic job of service. Family friendly!

No one does the basic Indian-Chinese like Ming. We come all the way from jersey city just for the food many times. However, my reason for coming back has always been the service and hospitality. They never get annoyed and always ready to make your visit better.

Really lousy food. It was like the chef didnt put any thought or effort into making everything.All the food had a lot of food coloring. The crispy vegetables and Manchurian were soggy and tasteless.The Singapore noodles were a saving grace.And the servers were walking around in under shirts, so unhygienic. Disgusting.

Very bad food. We had ordered sweet corn chicken soup, fried fish in oyster sauce and garlic fried rice. The chicken on the soup and rice was not cooked. Every dish was spicy except the soup. We had to order 2 mango lassi to neutralize the spice. If you are a person who loves eating spicy food maybe you can try but still the chicken won’t be cooked well.

Look for Ganesh he’s amazing and accommodating we were here a few weeks ago and took a trip directly from Florida this morning and headed straight to the restaurant. The amazing combination a pan-Asian and next door to the Mughal offered a flexible combination of great authentic food and hospitality second to none. This place is truly one of a kind. Wonderful evening spent with family. This is my third time dining here. For appetizers we ordered the papaya salad, lettuce wraps and the Manchurian cauliflower. Quite frankly the Manchurian cauliflower was the best I’ve ever had. Entrees are ala cart. I ordered the chili lamb. Delicious! We dined indoors. Overall; the service was good. My only feedback would be that the servers should smile more and not come across as so serious. There should be a sparkle in one’s eyes when working w the public. Would certainly recommend this establishment

We were told that this is one of the best Indo-Chinese in Edison, NJ area so we thought of trying it. Their food was better than many Indo-Chinese places that I have been to in Chicago area. We were there the other day, ordered a bunch of food. The thing that caught my eye was their customer service. I loved the servers, 10/10 for them. Cumin Chicken which was not in the menu but our server recommended it. That was so delicious. Not to mention theyre coriander soup, drums of heaven, shrimp tofu, shezwan rice chicken etc. Great food, great menu and that one amazing server, dont know his name though. Genuine guy. Will definitely be coming with my group of 20-25 people in a few weeks.

An Ok restraunt , we had chilli garlic noodles, lotus stem appetizer and clay pot curry, the taste was not unique or great, we can get the same quality in any indo chinese section of a normal low end Indian restraunt.

As a non Indian this is by far my most favorite restaurant. The servers are super polite, they are complete gentlemen. Every single time I come here the food gets better and better. Nothing you order will disappoint you! They are very generous with the portion of food.

Went to Ming to eat Indian Chinese and we were totally satisfied. We ordered soup spicy coriander which was really really good , we also ordered garlic fried rice and our server suggested delicious entree . They have maintain their food quality even in covid situation . Well Ming and Moughal dominates all restaurants on oak tree for sure and they proved it today. On our way back from vacation, we decided to have lunch at Ming, a restaurant in Edison that serves a pan-Asian fare. I wanted a refreshing mocktail so I got the Virgin Ginger and Mango Mojito, which consisted of fresh mango, mango juice, muddled mint, ginger, club soda, and lemon/lime soda. It was light, fruity, bubbly, and quite refreshing. We started our meal with Lettuce Wraps, which consisted of chicken sauteed with celery and green onions in a tangy and mildly spicy brown gravy sauce served with lettuce wraps. The Shrimp Tofu consisted of shrimp, tofu, and black mushrooms in special sauce. I liked the dish but the flavors were a bit bland. The Stir Fried Garden Greens consisted of water chestnut, green bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, celery, asparagus, baby corn, and chinese bok choy sauteed with a light garlic sauce. The Yang Zhou Fried Rice consisted rice, carrots, peas, shrimp, chicken, and egg cooked with soy sauce. It was quite tasty.
