Nice place to live.......clean calm and safe.....management is good....and the good thing safe place for kids no traffic no outsiders allowed.......

We lived here for more than 3 years and would have never moved out ,but due to a job opportunity had to leave. I really miss my Mariner’s Landing. The best condo in Edgewater. The office management is attentive and the condo is very well maintained and clean. I have read the review regarding the ants, yes, they appear in the rain season but the office management arranges the pest control very quickly and all Other necessary fixings are done very quickly. The apartment was ready to move in and cleaned very well. The Pool is heated and always has a safe guard on place. Breathtaking view. Even though we lived in the building 4 that is close to River road we have never had any problem of hearing a busy River road. The attached garage is very convenient for a family with kids. I remember each Halloween holiday that was maintained by the office management too.

There is a huge parking problem in the complex. Although there are garages under each apartment building unfortunately they are higgledy -piggledy assigned. You might be leaving on one side of the complex and your parking spot might be at all the way to other side.This becomes a super big problem if you are carrying heavy stuff from your car because there is no way you can park in front of your building unless you block your neighbors cars.Even on your move-in period you are not allowed to park at leasing office parking spot(middle of the complex) for carrying your boxes.And don’t forget this is a non-elevator building so if you are living on 3rd floor you have to carry the boxes from the other side of the complex and keep carry on up to the 3rd floor.The guest parking spots are also not distributed evenly. There are only a few spots on one side of the complex so if you are living on the other side your guests will have a nice stroll in the community to reach your building.If it is raining/snowing or you have a sleeping/sick child that problem is getting more serious.Also there is a terrible noisy , dangerous construction in the middle of the complex .This complex should be the last choice of your living in Edgewater..

This is a trash place to live. Sike. But seriously, they need to insulate the walls more

It used to be a great place, but now a 15 Story building is going up in the middle of the complex. Its dangerous, noisy and the management doesnt do anything about it. Im going to try to get out of my lease as soon as we find a new place. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Was not impressed with the staff. With so much competition along River rd, staff would be more attentive. I asked for 2 bed pricing but she insisted that 1 bed was a better deal. Since I went with a real estate agent she didnt bother to ask my name. Instead she repeatedly addressed me as Ms, weird.

The apartments are infested with ants and management is very dismissive about the issue, which they frequently seem to have according to the lady in the leasing office. They do not disclose this issue to people renting the apartments ahead of time, and once you actually realize that this is the NORM here, they are very slow to do anything about it.
