They dont have enough delivery associates. Ordered and waited for 3 hrs. After that they dint deliver. Worst experience
Very bad experience on delivery, not delivered item in given scheduled slot, themselves changed delivery schedule 4 hours later without any communication. Finally I had to cancel the order
I placed a order on Saturday for Sunday morning delivery. 3 times the portal showed some delivery Hero is on the way and will be delivered in 2 hrs. But after 16 hrs wait At the end of the day the order stands cancelled by licicious without any reason. Looks very un professional. Now I hv no idea when they will refund my money as I hv no plans to shop with them ever again in my future. It was a disgusting n frustrating experience as they kept misguiding from morning to night with false n bogus inf on their portal n I kept waiting trusting the company is genuine.

Have been buying from Licious for past 6 months now and ordering a COD is a ritual every Saturday morning as their online payment system is always out of order. Did the same yesterday too(14/9/19). The delivery executive who showed up had no patience to wait for two minutes to collect cash and hence left without taking the money. The ordeal started since then!He called me on my number 15 times through the day while I was at work and when I asked him to come at 4 in the evening to collect cash, he asked if I want him to come at 4 in the morning!!!!Well he never showed up and now on a Sunday morning he called me 5 times and after breaching the security at the main gate, ranged my door bell three times.I have spoken to three different executives since morning who only know one word and kept assuring of an action to be taken but to no use. The delivery executive once again showed up and threatened my security guard if not allowed entryThis is RIDICULOUS AND I AM FEELING THREATENED NOW !!!!!!! This is so not acceptable as these executives knows everything about us but we don’t have any idea about their whereabouts as it is LICIOUS responsibility to install culture/ sense into their staff.I am feeling totally disgusted with this experience. As I am penning this down, the matter is still unresolved and nobody from Licious has bothered to attend to same !!
Constant badgering with marketing sms and phone call. Please avoid.Such companies need to be taken to court.
