I’ve come here many times and the people working in the photo center are usually very unfriendly but today was different! Mikaela or Makayla(??) was incredibly helpful and kind when helping us pick out how we wanted to print our pictures! She has impeccable customer service skills and really made it a pleasant experience. Give her a raise!

This place is terrible with assisting customers. I asked for some assistance locating a cannon 244 ink cartridge and i was told they are over there somewhere. Phssss.. went home and found it on Amazon for 1/3 of their price.

I called and was on hold for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, no one ever did. Do your phones work???

Nice store. Have a veriety of items. Furniture, school, business and home supplies, phone gadgets, printers. I bought my last 2 printers here. They were both good. Just upgrades. Usually good service. Use the UPS service. Good, just sometimes slow during peak seasons. Never used the printing service. Nice selection of command items too.If my review was helpful please hit like.

Overall, its a pretty good experience coming to this location. If theres any delay or issue, usually the manager? notices and helps you out. Employees are not bad either and with Staples price matching as well as having occasional good sales, you cant go wrong. Shipping is the only thing I would avoid, because unless youre just dropping off a package, its way too expensive.

Useless manager, a large dirty, tattooed woman could not have been any more disrespectful. Stay away from this store... they dont deserve to stay in business. Corporate is usesless

I have been a customer of Staples for many years, and have always been satisfied. This week I wanted a particular laptop, Best Buy had it at a lesser price. I called, spoke with Jeanine, she checked and reduced the price, GREAT! This is to be a gift from her grandparents on both sides, and I was delegated to purchase it. I went into the store to buy it, the young man made out the order and said I would have it by the weekend for my granddaughters birthday party, GREAT! Unfortunately, when I went onto my e-mail later that night, there was a notice that the estimated delivery would be the 16th, NOT GOOD. I called the store the next morning, was told that as they did not have one in their warehouse, a vendor would be sending it, hence the later date. I called Customer Service, and because it was a vendor, it could not be rushed to me. I called the Office of the President, and they resolved the case. They offered a reduction in price I could not refuse, FEELING BETTER! Jeanine, having been told of the problem called me, and went further in making me feel better, she printed up a foam board birthday card with a picture of the laptop so that my granddaughter would see which one she would soon be getting. Also included a sleeve and a sketchbook, TOTALLY EXTRA MILE! I gave this review a 4 instead of 5 only because the problem happened.. I have always been given great service at this Staples, and expect that it will continue to be as such. I thank them all for working with me on this matter.

Called to check availability of a Fire Tv box. Salesperson left me on hold for almost five minutes. Finally comes back and tells me they have one in stock. I said great and went to buy it. I get there and I was told only the manager can go to the back and get it. Now Im standing at the desk waiting for some sort of response from the manager, who was preoccupied with a customer. The manager didnt even acknowledge me standing there, so I waited for almost five minutes, watching her chatting with the customer. I finally asked, how come only a manager can get the box. At that moment, she popped up quickly and stormed in a huff to the back with out saying one word or even looking at me. After all that, she came back and said they didnt have one. I said I was told there was one in stock. She replied it was a defective item that was returned. Not only were they completely incompetent but the manager was extremely un-professional and rude. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with this store. I will not shop there again! I would have given 0 stars if I could!

I went to Staples to get pricing on creating an outside banner for the Coast to Coast Rosary that our Church is Participating in on Oct 7. The Staples Employee helped me price out various options, download and transfer promotionsl files from National website to find an option we could afford.

Quick and easy, just needed to send a fax.

I dont think I have ever had a positive experience with Staples Copy Center, but enough time was wasted today that it finally warranted a review to ensure other consumers do not fall into the same trap. I typically take in a flash drive to get things printed, and have been told submitting the file online saves time. I therefore submitted the file online at 11:45 this morning so that it would be ready by 5:30 this evening (it was a single 24x36 plot. I called at 4:15 to see if the file was indeed ready since the guaranteed time wasnt until 8:30pm, and they assured me it would be done within the hour. I arrive at 5:45 to wait ten minutes while individuals in front of me have their prints started immediately upon submitting them, which I see as encouraging that my print must have indeed already been processed if there is no queue and prints are being processed immediately. However, after the 10 minute wait, I am informed that they are swamped and the print has not been started, but it will be done in half an hour. I ask if it can be started immediately since plots of that size typically take 5 minutes, 10 minutes tops, and they inform me its a really old plotter that takes half an hour to print. So word to the wise, when the print center gets swamped, take your file in to be printed in person, and you will have the fortune of having it printed while you wait while all of the previous orders will sit in the queue for six hours.

They did not have what I needed but that is because it is a rare item. Wide selection of products for office and home. Including your computer, phone and tablet needs. Three stars only because their pricing is expensive.
