I absolutely have to take a star off. The reason for the rating is the security, the fame, but he fact that the place is after a famous judge and the great lawyers practicing in this building. That said, it is impossible going inside this building unless you have an appointment. It lacks maintenance. People shell out money just for the name it carries. This place is otherwise in shambles.

Commercial space beside BSE building. Small office spaces for professionals especially Lawyers and financial consultants. Parking is trouble. Lanes are narrow. Otherwise easy to reach. Local food is available down the building. Cleanliness is maintained.
