I am writing this after 1+ years of working here.ProsYou can learn many things and become confident to face anything.ConsNot a healthy environment to work.It is one way communication hierarchy and lot of politics.Ready to work 24x7 if you want to join.Cannot manage your personal life.No job security, you will not know when you will get fired.You cannot voice your opinion.You might get calls even at midnight, so be ready.Dont believe the ratings here as these were done by employees during the tenure

Good place to learn new technologies and work, but people who are in high positions and seniors are mostly Sombu Thookis, They wont allow you to grow over there. all they do is make you to do their task also and in the last they update to the management that they had done this task. People who are working hard wont get any benefits, but people who are thooking sombu will get all benefits, You wont be getting any proper appreciation for any achievement, but If you have done any small mistake they will make an escalation and they will take action on you. So for Sombu Thookis Augusta is the best place.....
